Vital RezV Scam »From April 2009 ongoing to the present29/06/20092

Ordered 15 day Free Trial product, Vital RezV, from Internet on April 23, 2009, for $5.95 USD Shipping & Handling.  Product not received until June 9, 2009.  Meanwhile, credit card charged $5.95 USD April 23, 2009, then charged full amount of $79.95 + $5.95 USD for product on May 9, 2009.

Company emailed me saying I didn't notify them within Trial Period time of 15 days, so charges stand.  Product still not received at this time so I emailed them explaining this. No reply and new charges of $79.95 + $5.95 USD on credit card May 23, 2009, and again on May 24, 2009, for $79.95 + $5.95 USD.

Numerous phone calls, messages left, emails sent, all to no avail.  Finally asked for Returned Merchandise Number (as stated a MUST in their Terms & Conditions) and received email telling me address to return merchandise to China with an alternative saying I can keep product for discount price of $39.95 USD to avoid the hassle of returning the product!

I want my money back and I want these people caught and prosecuted!   Found more than 10 complaints filed at RipOffReport.com, and I have filed a complaint with RECOL.ca, who will forward to RCMP and O.P.P.

I recently ordered a pair of Nike Shox R4 from shoes9.co.uk but stupidly did not check the 'contact details' to confirm that the company is UK based.  To my horror my tracking delivery number confirmed that they had been sent from China. Upon receipt it was obvious that they were fake, very badly made & had started fraying already. The web-site does not have any contact details & states that if not happy with the purchase then send an e-mail to them & they will confirm address to send back purchase within 14 days - I have never received a reply. The domain shoes9.co.uk is registered to: Zhuo Liwei Address: LinJianye Referred, Card Dept, No. 136, Wusi Rd, Fuzhou 350003 CN. Other websites registered under these details are  go-x.co.uk and ilovetrainers.co.uk.  There have been complaints of a similar nature in respect of these 2 sites as well. Lesson learnt is at the very least when internet shopping to confirm the contact details is that of a legitimate company.

abuse »27/06/0929/06/20090

myself, my mum and my son called in for a meal, when we recieved our meals i realised i had forgotten to ask for my sons meal without coleslaw. i appologised for the inconvenience and asked for it to be removed (my son is 5yrs old an like other children his age he wont touch the plate until it is removed) the young woman who was serving us stormed off with the plate before i could finish my sentence, she returned (also minus the peas) and pushed it accross the table to my son forcing my 5 year old to hold the hot plate in the air bemused and then she stormed off again before we had a chance to say a word! we obviously asked for the manager at this point and we were sent the assistant manager who said 'he had a different version from the waitress and would hav a word with her' no appology! when we asked what would happen next he said he would speak to the manager if we wish, we asked when and he replied the manager is in the kitchen so sometime that afternoon!!! i asked to speak to the manager myself right away! the manager came out -looking a lot like the chef, he appologised and once again said he would 'have a word with the waitress'. as we were leaving we asked for the waitress for her name where we had more abuse from her- she had been standing at the bar the whole time gossiping to her friends pointing over to us!! nobody interviened to stop her at any point. this is totally unacceptable behaviour which i am sure you will agree

dont pay this company - its a con »26th - 29th june 200929/06/20090

After locating Blu1 as an adult model agency, I was foolish enough to take the chanceand pay them the admin fee of £251.25p on the guarntee I had coming work for that weekend. Ofcourse, I did not recieve the call from any company or get the work, whilst trying to get through to Blu 1 on 08717033433,there site is [www.hotchilli.com] (link: http://www.hotchilli.com), and when i tried to contact hot chilli, low and behold I recieved no answer and the answer phone message stated welcome to beautiful adults!

I have now contacted Blu 1 telling them if the £251.25p paid into the account they gave me, is not refunded back to my account, as they never stated I couldnt redeem my payment or it was non refundable, they also never sent me the log in details up on payment that I was said to recieve, and naturally I did not get the job, surprisingly after my payment they lost their venue! I will be taking further, possible legal action against them to redeem the money they basically fraudalently conned out of myself. I was clever enough to keep all emails and the reciept from the transaction, along side phoning my advisor, Nikki at the company and emailing, who basically acted as if nothing was known and failed to contact me back, I am looking very much so to take this further, at the very least to claim the £251.25p they basically stole from me!

I would also like to add - Blu 1 are now using the bank account with Barclays: Blue Media Limited, account no :73265536 sort code :20 - 53 - 06.

My daugter saved up for new ghd hair straightners, as she could not afford high street prices she asked me to look on internet.  I found the purple ones she wanted for £80, they stated they were from approved ghd retailer, so I ordered them.  2 months later they have broken, attempts to contact the company have failed.  So my 15 year old daughter is now £80.04 out of pocket.

Deceptive business pracitces »June 200928/06/20091

Took them up on their "Trial Offer" for a sample of Resveratrol for $1.95.  They billed me the $1.95 plus two other unauthorized charges for over $80 each!

I tried to call them numerous times about this but got through only one time - talked to a lady who could not speak english - but I told them they had made charges against my credit card that were not authorized and to correct it.  She hung up on me.

I contacted my credit card company, the Federal Trade Commission, the Florida Attorney General (learned he was investigating them too - case# L08-3-1245), the BBB of Boca Ratan, Fla (learned they have an "F" rating with them).

So, now, I am contacting Morgan & Morgan attorneys - they are looking into the matter - hopefully class action suit - in either case - these rip-off artists can't continue this way much longer...  they are coming down!!!!

Failure to send out car parts »25/05/200928/06/20093

Geo Parts contacted me after I had made a request through 1st Choice spares for 2 sets of suspension arms, upper and lower, for my VW Passat. We agreed and I paid over the phone but Geo parts sent out the wrong order, I actuall received a shock absorber and 2 upper suspension arms, 1 of which was totally useless. Icalled and spoke to an Indian guy called Colin who said he would post me the proper 2 lower and replace the faulty upper suspension arms. Needless to say I never got them and after countless phone calls made by me Colin was always at lunch or finished early and the another Indian guy(who sounded like Colin) couldn't find my details, I asked for Colin to call me and never did. Eventually another Indian guy said I could have my money refunded obviously just get me off the phone and never done a thing about it. My last chance I thought woul be to e-mail 1st Choice car spares, as phoning cost £1 per min, and ask them to intervene and give me some assistance as they recomended this company, they also ignored me.

I bought some GHD hair straighteners from ghdhair-online-shop.net on 21/06/2009. I have checked my credit card statement online and they have taken £65.90. I have not received these straighteners yet and am beginning to think they have just stolen my money as I have emailed them three times to ask for my money back and have had no reply. What can I do?

Spa Serve Swim Spa-damaged »August 200828/06/20091

PLEASE PLEASE read all these reviews and DO not use Spa serve/Trade Price Hot tubs.It simply is not worth it.We were promised first class service after we visited the warehouse in Rugeley and met with Stuart. We recieved a visit from a surveyor(can't remember his name or car) who assurred us that the swim spa could sit at an angle on cobbles and would easily be able to be delivered and positioned.Stuart then phoned to say that he had a swim spa that had been delivered to the warehouse as an order but the person had to delay the order and did we want it.As my son had been assaulted at school and had suffered a fractured skull and so we could not go away anywhere on our summer holiday-we felt this would be a nice surprise.Stuart assurred us that he would amke it all run smoothly given the circumstances and promised us a pop up TV instaedt of the one on a post.

We did have some qualms as saw a couple of bad reviews on a spa review website-but these disappeared and Stuart assurred us that no problems would occur. We proceded with the order and the swimspa arrived in August on a huge lorry. Two lads arrived with it saying that they did not have the right equipment to move it with and then proceded to use plastic drain pipes which broke. We have this all on video and some pieces of the plastic pipes. The spa serve was wrenched up and terrible cracking sounds were heard.i did phone Spa Serve and was told to let them get on with their job of delivering it.The driver of the lorry said it was the first spa he had delivered and he ended up giving a hand in trying to move the huge swim spa.

We were informed by the head delivery man that the spa could not be used at an angle and that they would be back to commission it.We were not happy at all about the mode of delivery and the huge cracking sounds we heard and noticed cracks in the outer wood. Also when the swim spa was being lowered off the lorry I could see that there was little to no insulation.I contacted Spa Serve by telephone and letter to no avail and then contacted my local Trading Standards who advised me to contact my credit card company as we had made one payment using our Credit card.

We have also been contacted by Stafford trading Standards.

We have been caused so much distress by this company and I really feel that they should not be allowed to continue trading. They seem to have ripped off many people.Surely there must be some way of stopping companies like this.

We have eventually received a full refund through our credit card company after many months of correspondence but are now left with a huge white elephant swim spa in our courtyard which we have had surveyed by an independent Spa company and we have been told it should never be used.

Please everyone spread the word about this unworthy company and anyone reading this before purchasing a swimspa or spa from Spa Serve/Trade Price Hot Tubs then please think very carefully about doing so.Do not become another victim like so many of us have.
