C Miller: After sending about 20 e-mails to tradingplanet and getting nowhere I contacted consumerdirect and filled a visa dispute form out also sent tradingplanet an e-mail yesterday 17/11 stating that I will return the items unopened and unused via registered post and that if I did not hear from them within 24 hrs I assume that they would agree to this and I would send them back. Later on same day I received an e-mail stating that I did not have to return them and they would credit my visa with all the monies paid, monies now in my account. Hooray
judith: I have received my cash back from trading planet ltd ref the acai berry scam - unbelievable, I sent 4 emailsin total & recd 4 replys initially telling me they would not refund due to the fact that t&c were accepted, I explained that they were never ticked by me, they are already actually ticked on the website & if they didn't refund me I would take this further, got latest email saying refund auth- cannot believe it - do not let this company get away with this- keep on at them phoning & emailing - it works - I followed sylvias story which is under website tlc investigations- this website also brilliant. yipee!!!!
Elaine Walker: I have now resolved the issue with Bowden Publishing. I wish it to be known that they have been supportive to me and I am in duscussion with them to bring this matter to a satisfactory conculsion and am happy that things will be brough to a satisfactory conclusion all round.
I have e-mailed the canyoutrustthem site a number of times to have my post removed regarding Bowden Publishing but it does not seem to have been done so far today November 4th 2009. Please remove my post.
email@example.com: Boots finally arrived after 2.5 weeks. Customer Service non existent as the emails I sent to the company remained unanswered. Still I'm relieved the goods arrived and I am satisfied with the quality.

kent geyer: dear sirs, one of my 3 claims was against colon cleanse. they have refunded my $87.13. it is an acaci berri front as are the other 2 compaints. thank you very much for your help and i hope the other 2 claims have the same great results.
Vivienne Frost: After sending my second Recorded Delivery letter on 16/09/2009. I received an email from the trader on 21/09/2009 stating that as the item was supplied correctly it was my responsibility to return it and then I would be refunded. I returned it on 22/09/2009 and have now received my refund. Hooray, persistence pays off!
Keepsake Rosaries: Roxanne Balog of Pittsburgh, PA is receiving a full refund. It's terribly unfortunate that I can not add emails & letters so that my clientele will know that she is lying. She states that we promised her 3-4 week turn around time which is completely untrue. She has lied so many times and it is terrible that I can not add attachments to this to prove it.
I'd like to make a complaint against her for slander.
Ken Brooks: I logged a complaint against Remote Island Ltd.
Whilst they have not provided help or assistance I have been able to resolve the product fault.
The fault was simply a wrong electrical connection made during manufacture, by trial and error I was able to find the correct connections and resolve the fault.
sadfool.me: Viv3 labs claim settled. Company gave full refund.

We have had the items delivered although it took 4 months
deborah allen: The owner of igomogul called and spoke to me on the phone to resolve my dispute with igomogul. I told him I was p***** at the unprofessional way one of his employees had insulted me when I asked for verification that I owned my domain name before I proceeded any further with the website. He apologized and told me that I was indeed the registered owner of the domain name and patiently explained how I could verify that information with godaddy. After verifying that I was the registered owner of the domain name I again spoke to the owner. I told him that I was willing to update my complaints to show that I had resolved that aspect of my complaint. I also told him that if I decided to move forward with the website that igimogul had designed and I discovered it was a case of fool me once shame on, fool me twice shame on me, I would be back on the complaints forums.
I make mistakes.... alot ..... but unlike some people I'm not embarrassed to admit my mistakes and broadcast them, so that others might not make the same mistake. At this point in time I am willing to proceed with caution and discover for myself if I simply encountered an employee that was in a bad mood or if igomogul can live up to its promises. If at the end of the 90 days I discover that I'm a twice the fool I will be back with a vengence making my opinion known.
Crotaluer Barnett: My complaint has not been resolved as it relates to Claimyourgas.com.
There should be some type of punishment given to people or companies whose sole aim is to rip of honest people, like myself.
I will be contacting Better Businaee Bureauon Claimyourgas.com.

A Readman: Thank you very much for all your help. It took 2 months to get them to respond, but after your assistance, they decided to refund me the money. It's funny how it takes threatening legal action to get them to do the right thing. I now know that if I ever have any problems like this, you will be the first one I turn to. Again, many thanks!!

jeff houchen: the head exchange have agreed to settle with me on an agreement that we are both happy with. i am a firm believer in everyone makes mistakes but its the holding your hands up and doing the right thing that matters.
