| Ok, so its not a lot of money in the grand scheme of things but with our current circumstances, it really matters. I bought a Groupon voucher for Walking with Dinosaurs as it is coming to Nottingham Arena. My little boy who is 8 desperately wanted to go and when I saw the Groupon voucher it looked like a reasonable deal. It made him so happy when I told him I had found the voucher as I'd previously told him it wasn't possible. There are almost 6cm's of Fine Print - I've used a few Groupons and thought I knew the ropes. After trying several times to book online, I realised that the actual website address is different from 'ticket zone', ok no problem, my fault. After multiple attempts to book (there is a countdown which then after a few minutes, kicks you out) I realised that I had gone over the midday deadline. So the website will not take the voucher for Nottingham. After contacting Groupon, they said that there is nothing they can do. I still have until 3rd May midday to book for Liverpool. However, even my techie husband was unable (after many attempts) to book. ITS A NIGHTMARE SITE. | I was talking to someone about loans and asked him at the start of the conversation if there was any service charges or any other sort of charge he said no is completely free so we continued the conversation i gave him my details under the impression it was for my loan and nearing the end of our conversation he said do you accept to the 79.99 charge that will be taken out of your bank after your loan is approved or on your next pay day so i asked him if that was including my loan repayment and he kept repeating the same thing do you accept to the 79.99 charge that will be taken out of your bank after your loan is approved or on your next pay day and then i declined it but was then told thank you for accepting and im now transferring you to someone else... i don want to have the money taken out of my bank i never agreed to it and i was already told there was no charges for this... i then said to the other person i don't want to pay 79.99 and if i could afford to pay 79.99 just for a phone call i wouldn't need a loan.... end of the story i want them to cancel the transaction and apologise and for it to be known that they are lying con artists!!!! | |||||||||

| I paid 78 quid for what I thought was my driving test to this company that I thought were DSA... Noo I was wrong, they told me I would get an email on the 23rd April confirming my date time of my test, still nothing, I've emailed and tried calling but had no luck. I'm very angry because I'm on a low income and have saved for weeks just to do my test. This company is horrible, thinking they can just rob descent people. It's not right | |||||||||

| I paid international property success £2700 On the understanding that they could find me a mortgage and a property. (My credit rating was good with Experian and Equifax, 765.) In the unlikely event that they would be unable to do so, They would immediately refund my entire deposit. Then, I heard absolutely nothing, for weeks. I tried to contact IPS, no reply. When I tried to contact their mortgage brokers who claim to be a part of Tim Smith Associates Financial Advisors imagine my surprise when I was put straight through to Tim Smith himself, who said that though one of these women was known to him, neither of them were, or ever had been, a part of his company!!! I sent a letter Special D to IPS CEO Jon Ainge, with my concerns And he did contact me apologising , saying that this situation should never have occurred, as my credit rating was good,that they would look for a property and mortgage for me. And that in the New Year there would be some non status and 100pc finance Properties in Spain available, and that they would contact me. No one ever contacted me again, though I called and emailed constantly, And , according to their web site, these properties did appear! My work situation then changed, and I really really needed the deposit returned to me. I was becoming very desperate , and had no where to live. I considerd committing suicide because I did not know what to do. The only thing that stopped me was that I was afraid in case it went wrong, And things became even worse. I told them this, still no reply. Eventually I went to The Citizens Advice beureux and they investigated the background of the company, via Companies House, and IPS LTD appear to regularly Change company name , company address and company directors! The name before International Property Success was International Property Secrets And there was another name before that!!! The CAB advisor said that he thought I have been misled, And that the situation with the mortgage advisors was surely fraudulent. He has advised me to send a letter before action , giving them 14 days to respond, Sent by Special D which I have , and that if I hear nothing, which I havnt, To apply to the County Court for a CCJ, which I will do, with damages. The CAB have passed the details onto Trading Standards , who are taking a keen interest, And they have asked me to keep them informed of the the outcome, As they will to take further action. | |||||||||

| I bid for a Mercedes B160 car from them and Dave phoned me back that i won. He then e-mailed me to pay by Chaps Transfer and a i did 2 days later. Since I pay i phone to know when he is delivering the car "said the insurance did not relased the car ok I said can i have my money back He said he will, anytime i phone he will say the acoount dept. got problems. | Bought an exchange engine from these rogues for £1080. When it arrived it was wrong engine code so wouldnt fit in the car. They uplifted both engines to make alterations and returned their engine over a week later. Engine was fitted with new belts etc as per their warranty insists. Cam belt failed after 1000 miles cusing £1500 damage due to a bent timing casing. Phoned them up and they say its down to us as we should have noticed when fitting. Why didnt they notice when sending or swapping components? I fitted a unit which was unfit for purpose supplied by them. How can it be my fault? Wont return phone calls and wont reply to emails. Dont buy anything from this bunch of conmen. | |||||||||

| We engaged this builder to construct a new house for us. The builder provided a tender price that was accepted and signed a contract with us. The contract contained a clause requiring liquidated damages being paid for late completion. When the builder passed the date for completion he simply stopped work on site and forced us under duress to amend the contract giving him a further year to complete with no damages and required that we paid additional money to him. We had no option but to agree as we had overpaid him to date and we had nowhere to live and needed to get into our home. It is a year later the builder has not completed, taken our money, the construction has mistakes and the builder is trading insolvent. Whilst this builder appears to be a reasonable and nice person, he is not. He is manipulative and has caused lots of grief. I have no problem with the quality of his build only issues with the construction mistakes and his total disregard for any contracts and terms of agreement that he signs. He is only interested in maximizing his profit with total disregard for the client and the cost to them. This is a person that I would recommend any potential clients stay away from. | |||||||||

| i have phoned virgin media over 10 times in 6 months to complain about the broadband service i am getting i am being charged for 60megabites and most days i get less than 1 megabite which is appalling today i,d finally had enough so i,ve told them i no longer want virgin services and was told i,d have to pay another months money and 80 pound cancellation fee. i find this disgusting as i have been told that many lies by different members of the team. Also today an engeneer came to my property and found out it was a utilization fault and the problem would,nt be fixed till 5/10/2013 he said they are having problems with 60mbs and 100 mbs he said i,d be better off having 30mbs. i was told by another i would be best using te internet between 12.am and 5 am (i do have to sleep ) haha another said it was an area fault and it would be fixed end of march then end of april i think the staff need to comunicate better with one another and get their stories straight . | |||||||||

| I could't help but notice a PayMatters Ltd advert that states it was founded and run by a TAX experts. Funny but I know Miles Grady and he is not a TAX expert. If fact he spent the last 15 - 15 years running a debt management company called Harrington Brooks. Miles Grady is not a TAX lawyer, I worked with him nearly all his working life. Debt Management is certainly not a background for TAX advice. Not sure about the credibility here at all, but that's just my opinion Iv'e only known him over 20 years and I am now just about to sue him for millions for corporate fraud over Harrington Brooks which was my company which I founded. If you would like to check this go to companies house and check previous names of Harrington Brooks Or Griffin Finance. Don't take my word for it just look at the complaints he knocked up while I was not in control! | |||||||||

| Looking for possibility of a loan, never actually got one o used any other services to get one, just an online search thing. 2 weeks passed and the instant I got paid, a debit was transacted, not authorized by me. my bank could not help me n said I have to wait until it goes out, in 3 working days, after being on the phone to debit disputes, I found two loan brokers had taken fee's without my permission, unsure how they got my details. Smile finance being one of them, the other issued me a full refund, thank you Loan Options they were very helpful. Howeverr, no contact at all from smile finance, after research I have two other names they trade under and a phone number. | Just looked at my account and this company has debited money without my authorisation. I have never heard of this company and certainly never agreed for them to debit my account, I have tried ringing them but had to leave a voice mail. This will now end up costing me more money trying to call again as an 0844 number and sending them a recorded delivery letter to request a refund. Totally disgusted this has been done can't afford to lose this amount of cash, companies like this need to be shut down immediately. | |||||||||

| Jeremy Barrett from polygraph security services www.liedetection.co.uk carried out a polygraph on me at the cost of 1500 for two sittings. I later found out he is not only not registered but not qualified to do such a test. So the whole point of taking the test was worthless. He sold his services to me as the leading expert in the UK. He even boasted about testing Bill Clinton among others. I was demoralised to find out from of a real forensic psychologist and polygraph examiner he had caused huge problems in a murder trial some time ago. And had a terrible reputation within the industry. Not knowing this at the time, I went to use him again on a separate incident with my girlfriend to find out if she had cheated on me. incredibly Jeremy actually spoke to her and told her of the questions and our conversation prior to the test. If this was not bad enough, I had stipulated in our contract he could not speak to my girlfriend prior to the test or have any contact... The most dishonest, unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in my life I want my money back. He is a disgrace, I put my life on the line with this man. I trusted his word (ironically) only to find out his credibility is Zero! Now I have to do it all over again. He refuses to give me back my money or return my e mails... If you can't trust a Polygraph examiner who can you trust??? Jeremy Barrett is not registered with the UK polygraph registers! His tests are worthless and forget testing someone else. I'm not sure what his angle of speaking to the person is before their test, to warn them of the details of the test and questions prior to the test. I can only think of extortion but I can't prove that because I stopped it as soon as they spoke. It was my actual girlfriend who told me. AMAZING! NEVER USE THIS PERSON, YOU WILL NEVER KNOW THE TRUTH!!! | |||||||||
