| Right after christmas when times are hard as a single mother of 2 young children i was struggling, decided to look for a online loan.... During the process these vile people took 70 out my account which was my rent. I also never received any loan. This has left me truely devastated:( Kicking people down at there lowest. absolutely vile. Ill prob never see this money again and will now be in arrears with my landord. These people need stopping!! | On 9/12/12, I was browsing for a payday loan to help me pay my rent. I registered with Loans+More thinking they would just show me a list of loans suitable for my needs. But how wrong was I, to find that they would take £69.00 out of my account and leave me even more unable to pay my rent. I am a single mum with a 17 month old child so cant even afford to lose the money. I am absolutely fuming have written to them 3 times and haven't heard a response. I'm guessing "the letters never arrived" which seems to be a common theme with complaints about this company. Has anyone had any luck with receiving a refund? I know they have a 30 day refund policy but in my experience you can normally get around this with a little bit of exaggeration. | |||||||||

| Same story as I try to get loan from eswelcomeloans and I was ripped off by them for£69.99 before I realise they took my money can't b bothered waiting for them to call me bk u try another company call uk financials I spoke with them they say that I've been accepted all they need is my address and bank details I give it to them and the fee of paperwork of £40 ment b taken out of my bank after I sign loan agreement. Stupid me I never recive any docs to sign and on my bank staent was - £40 taken by uk financials mail them almost every day no answer can u pls help | |||||||||

| I get into lots of financial troubles in two months time so I want to sort all of them out by taking one bigger loan to sort all out and instead 3 different. Monthly payments I wanted to have one,as I need it quick I apply online to ecs welcome finance, on 23 of nov 2012 I had a phone call from Sam that was his name,told me I have been accepted I get money in 3-5days all he needs is my card and acc number details. After that he ment to call me bk to confirm when the money go into my bank. So I was waiting and he never call bk when I recive my bank statment on 3rd of dec 2012 was £69.99 paid to eswelcomeloans I go mad try to phone that Sam same number but person answered said there's no Sam and I have wrong nr. I tried mail them phone them hundreds times no answer, and today I was trying again find any of their contacts details and luckily I found ur page I hope u r able to get my money back thank u very much Monika | |||||||||

| I have no idea how this company got hold of my bank details. I have tried to contact them sending an email but nothing. As i am unemployed £46.00 is a lot of money. If they got my details from a company that sold my information i am disgusted. I am looking for a full paymeny back of the above amount and for them to stop taking money from my account. | |||||||||

| I bought one student 'pod' at Montgomery House in Manchester. In September the guaranteed rent stopped and in late November I discovered that my pod had been converted into a kitchen (along with 29 other pods) in order for Freshstart Living to get it's HMO licence with the required number of kitchens. This was all without my knowledge or consent. What Freshstart Living (FSL) have done should be illegal and is a violation of the lease signed by them and myself. Despite numerous phone calls to try and get a meeting with the CEO Charlie Cunningham or even to get to speak to him, I have been fobbed off with excuses. The current situation is that Montgomery House is in a state of disrepair with the boilers out of action (due to zero maintenance) with around 15 investors now with no investment, no possible rent and no possibility of selling due to their pods having been converted into kitchens without their consent. I cannot mention everything that is going on - but FSL will soon get what they deserve. Basically FSL is an immoraly run company with an immoral director and CEO. Please DO NOT buy ANYTHING from this company !! | |||||||||

| You cannot trust the Mark Group. Please do not use the Mark Group! The Mark Group reps knocked on my mother's door who is 85 years old claiming she qualified for free loft insulation. it was a man and a woman. They made an appointment for a 'so called surveyor' from the Council to call by at a later date. When the Mark Group surveyor came, he asked her for money for the parking meter! As he said the local Council did not pay for his parking! Only the meter doesn't take cash, just credit cards! When she declined to give him her credit card details the Mark Group surveyor asked her to wait at the front door and watch his car while she went into her loft to measure-up. During this time he had full access to the house totally unsupervised while she was at the front door watching the Mark Group car! He then came down and said he would be back again another day, but made no appointment. The Mark Group surveyor called my mother one morning on the phone un-booked and said he was in the area and could he come in 30mins! He arrived and again he said the council did not pay his parking and could she pay for his parking. He called the parking office from his mobile and said he couldn't understand what they were asking him to do, but asked for her credit card details! when she said no but she can call from her house phone he declined the offer! The Mark Group surveyor, who was only supposed to be there for a FREE loft insulation consultation, then tried to talk my mother into buying a new boiler and double glazing, even though she already has secondary glazing! He said new green government legislation would come into effect in Oct 2013 and she would need to replace her boiler! It was at this point she asked him to call back later and and proceeded to call me. I called the Mark Group office and they are not to connected to any Councils in any way and they still wanted to sell my mother a boiler and double glazing! They could not account for why the Mark Group surveyor asked for my mother's credit card details. The sales tactics of the Mark Group are dreadful and having read all the other many, many complaints you will find on this site about them, I think my mother and I got away lightly! I would never recommend using the Mark Group! DO NOT USE THE MARK GROUP! There is a comment on this site that starts: "We would now really recommend Mark Group. They accidentally caused some damage but have resolved everything, we are so pleased they have looked after us." This is a fake comment as they never say what damage the Mark Group created and how exactly this was resolved! Please do not be deluded by this fake comment. If a company caused you damage, then took ages to fix it, why would you go on the Internet to post a comment to then recommend them!!??! | |||||||||

| I applied, what I thought for was a loan, and was aware of the �£1 verification fee.... but a few days later �£68-00 was debited from my card. I have had no loan from then - nor will I nor was this amount made aware to me when I applied. How can I claim this back !!!!!! | |||||||||

| I bought 3 pairs of boots from this company and one of them just came apart when I tried them on.I contacted the company sent photos and they told me to repair them and they would share the cost,after 17 emails they offered £50 but will I get that! I will never buy anything on line ever again, especially from CHINA,We are not dealing with proper trade people,I would expect to have my item refunded to the full amount or sent a new pair.So my advice to you is buy from our retail shops in UK | |||||||||
