| I applied for a loan on gumtree as i dont have a very good credit rating at present. I paid GS loans a £75 processing fee then one m onths payment of £277 as a security fee. I heard nothing from them for a week or so then was asked for a further £277 as i had gone over the allocated time limit. I spoke to 2 people richard and jay. I would love to get my cash back from the bank account of Mr T Sidders who i paid it into. I have also heard from other people that they have been through the same thing while trying to get a loan. | |||||||||

| I rate FADI Tailoring as ZERO stars. If he is capable of doing a decent job, he didn't show it with my alterations. I also found that FADI is, unorganised, volatile, rude, abusive, inflexible, and threatening. He raised his voice to me, and swore at me when I tried to question him about the alterations I had paid him to do for me. However, when I stood up to him, he accused me, of being rude and offensive. I gave him 2 expensive leather jackets to alter. Not only did he fail to do exactly what we agreed, and what I paid him £400 for, ( in advance because that was what he expected ), but the work he did do, has left me with two jackets that now need the skills of a decent tailor to put right FADI's work. If indeed it can be put right. I have since taken my jackets to two other tailors, and they have both told me the jackets are effectively ruined because of the bad alterations carried out by FADI. FADI refuses to accept any liability for this, and I will have to take him to court to get satisfaction. I strongly advise anyone who is thinking of using FADI to make alter or repair anything, to write your own instructions, in duplicate, and get it signed by FADI, and independantly witnessed, BEFORE you give him either the items or any money. If you don't, you run the risk of having the same experience that I have had. | |||||||||

| I ordered some flowers for my partners birthday on the 21st December for the 27th December and they never turnt up. I have been in contact with the company which conveniently does not have a contact number and they are not replying to any of my three emails. They are claiming through their tracking system that they tried to deliver the flowers on the 29th December at 19:04 but i was in at the time so this is quite obviously a lie.I have paid for the flowers as it has been taken out of my bank account and i wish for a full refund. It is disgusting service and there have been so many complaints about the company. DO NOT USE THEM! | |||||||||

| 1 pound= 3 day trial was for love films.co.UK which i have cancelled as terms stated no charge incurred if canceled b4 trial expires. but instead they stole 45 pounds sterling from my bank account.leaving me without money for food or heating over the Christmas or new year holiday period. | |||||||||

| I am a reg disabled o.a.p.. These people took almost £70 from my bank acc just before xmas. this left me with not only bank charges but food and fuel for 2 weeks was short. now I cant even borrow money to help me out. this company should be outed from all websites and exposed in all the media venues. | I am also an investor with Fresh Start Living in the student accommodation units at Greenock and i am currently owed 5 months rental on each unit owned. There is obviously a major issue with cash flow for the business and as no-one from Fresh Start Liivng will communicate with the investors. I am currently having dialogue with my solicitors (local) and I am also in discussions with solicitors in Scotland (due to particularities of Scottish law). It seems that the best course would be a class action between as many investors as possible, spreading the costs and making the action cost viable. | I APPLIED FOR A SMALL LOAN OF £500 POUNDS FOR CHRISTMAS ONLINE. I RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM A MAN CALLED ALEX, WHO SAID I COULD HAVE THE LOAN. ALEX SAID I HAD TO PURCHASE A UKASH VOUCHER FOR £50 ON THE 19/12/12 I DID THAT, BUT THEN ALEX SAID THAT THE VOUCHER DIDN'T WORK. SO ON THE 20/12/12 ALEX TOLD ME TO PURCHASE ANOTHER UKASH VOUCHER AGAIN, WHICH I DID. I GAVE ALEX THE VOUCHER NUMBERS AGAIN AND HE SAID THE MONEY WOULD BE IN MY BANK ACCOUNT THE NEXT DAY. I HAVE STILL GOT THE VOUCHERS, BUT NO CASH IN THE BANK.THE PHONE NUMBER I WAS GIVEN TO RING IS 08443091967. EVERYTIME I RING THIS NUMBER ALL I GET IS AN ANSWERING MACHINE SAYING THE EXTENSION NUMBER IS NOT AVAILABLE. I KNOW £100 DOESN'T SOUND MUCH, BUT TO A PERSON WHO IS ON BENEFITS, IT'S A LOT OF MONEY. | I came across a payday loan site which redirected me to another site (being right financial) who would process my loan decision and debit the amount from my account within 45 days.. From the information given on the website, I was under the impression that I would get the loan before the fee was taken. To check I was right in thinking so, I called the customer service helpline who told me that this was not the case and the money would be taken on my next payday. I told the representative I wanted to cancel it there and then as I was not willing to pay £69.95 to be passed through to more and more people and probably wouldn't even get a loan and he said to me (speaking in a very poor English accent) that he was unable to cancel it and that I had to call another number or alternatively send an email in order to get it cancelled. I took the number and the email address and contacted them via both means. I couldn't get an answer on the number and to this date never got a reply to the email either so whether or not I was supplied with false information so they could get their hands on my money is unknown. Unfortunately I have been unable to contact them today as when the money was taken was just as their offices were about to close for the weekend! I am furious and will be on that phone first thing on Monday morning! | |||||||||

| Problems from the beginning no designated salesperson to overseer my order hence problems finally decided on a date unfortunately prechristmas, had problems with the design as the incorrect fitting units were installed - was offered compensation of �£700 or wait to have correct units delivered to be reinstalled - as my mother who is ill with cancer and sent to a hospice for the kitchen installation - I opted for the former so that we could get the kitchen finished in time for the festive period - because of the numerous problems, the installation took nearly three weeks and my mother only came home christmas ever and when I went to make an omelette found out that the induction would not accept my normal pans - left with no working dishwassher never told that the freezer wasn't working , wiring suspect and not done professionally, damage to doors existing lightswitches etc. wrong sink delivered had to wait for right one now water pressure doesn't work. the salesperson/s were informed of my preference for ceramic hob - an induction hob was fitted instead and now ALL my pans have to be replaced - my expensive worktops have big gaps so poorly fitted - I have been left to chase engineers to get the appliances and for the shoddy work and suspect wiring. please help me - i want to have some quality time with my 85 year old mother - we didnt have a Christmas | |||||||||

| I click on to loans website and came up with priority money club to verify card details they needed to talk £1 from my account which i did then they would send paper work with in a few days with details of lenders which they did but what they didn't tell was they where going to charge me £68 which they took out of my account on the 27/12/2012 no left me with no money in my accout | |||||||||

| This company rang me in regards to a loan, they asked for bank details just to ensure that you have an active bank account but when they asked for my 3 digit security number I declined and asked for my info to be removed from their data and also got the guy to confirm that no fees would be taken in which he replied "no fees would be taken and if i was to carry on with the application the fees wouldn't get taken until the loan had been paid out" I still declined but they kept ringing me regarding loans, insurance and other products. Come christmas day I went to the bank to find that they had taken £79 out of my account and when I tried calling them it keeps going through to an answering machine service that state that they are close over christmas but will be open monday 27th, tuesday 28th and monday 2nd jan??? Not only do they scam you but they have no clue of dates!! | |||||||||
