| I was told if you do not get the loan you asked for then your fee will be refunded. I emailed them then they said you have to put it in writing which i did twice and still no refund. I sent them 20 emails in the space of two weeks still no refund. This company is a scam and conning people and will not refund your fee when they state in their terms and conditions that they will. | I have been charged 49.99 by green leaf finance ltd I want my money back or the loan they have supposed to have supplied me. How can they take my hard earned cash with no service provided. I am supporting a wife and 4 children and at this time if year that is a lot of money to me and family. I need this money back ASAP | |||||||||

| I have ordered a dining room table and chairs especially for Christmas Day. Furniture123 said it would be 28 days. I have sent 20 emails and called countless times but never get a response. Do not buy off these cowboys! The company have changed there name a few times but unfortunately they have never changed there morals! | |||||||||

| I have had 68.00 taken from my bank account by priority money club which i never applied too I recieved details from my bank on who took this payment and after doing a search i found that my name and address were on there but my DOB was incorrect I contacted this company and was told to submit a cancellation form which I have done The money taken has left me with nothing at all | |||||||||

| This company is a rip off applied for a loan which and stupidly entered my details and it stated that they only take money out when someone has contacted me which no one did yet they were eager to take the money off me I heard nothing back from them and I got a loan from elsewhere. I got bombarded with hassling emails off what I can only describe as dodgy company's I rang the "helpline" which werent any help what so ever, they told me to write an email to say I was writing a letter to claim a refund which I thought was quite weird. I also asked the "helpline" for a telephone number for the customer services which she replied there wasn't any but only an email address which is automated I sent a letter and countless amounts of emails to them asking different questions which I got the same reply off the same person which was callum.. I've ran out of things to do no one is answering me and I want my money back I've not even had a loan. | |||||||||

| I purchased two units at the James Watt College Campus in Greenock, Scotland. The promise being of three year rental guarantee and a promising return on the investment going forward. To-dat i have not received a single penny from Fresh Start Living group who we have a contractual agreement on the rental returns. The more concerning issue is that they will not return any correspondence and have even suggested that I should go and "do my worst" in order to get my money back. Over the last few weeks i have uncovered many more investors and we are now communicating with each other and trying to get more on aboard to form some form of class action against them. Obviously a singular action is not a cost effective solution and FSL know this hence why they are able to not pay the investors. So far they are 5 very dissatisfied investors and i am sure I will unearth many more in a similar situation. | |||||||||

| ESF Loan port - I went on line ot look for a loan and one came up saying totally free of charge for them to look into it for me and get the best loan for me, and only if I took out a loan would they charge me. So silly me gave my bank detials and yes guess what? even though I decided not to take a loan and yes they charged me anyway. right before xmas what complete scammers to use the vunerable is unberliveable - my bank are looking into it. | |||||||||

I was looking around for a small unsecured loan, a company called right-finance contacted me, a very fast talking agent explained to me that they could help, after a lot more fast talking the agent told me that there would be a 69.95 fee, i then explained that i did not have that money, the agent then assured me that he could waver the fee and i would not be charged, i then asked for confirmation a further four times that no money would be taken out of my bank account, he assured me that this would not happen..I have been to my bank this morning and the money i had paid into today has gone,right-finance has taken there fee, unathorised from my bank account, furthermore i was 250 miles away from home and no money!! This company is operating in an unsatisfactory way and this is disgusting for people who hardly have anything, especially with Christmas looming, how are these people getting away with this??? I want my money back..I am going straight to my bank this morning and reporting this company for FRAUD!!!! Please be careful!!!!! | |||||||||

i have been filling in a few forms lately for a loan but only giving account number and sort code some one called your finance took the 79.95 fee and i never even got a loan tried contacting them numerous time no luck very annoyed as this has never happened before the money i get is just for me and the kids 200 pound to be honest they took the fee without me knowing and now have been struggling all wekk i was left with 120 to get shopping gas electric and i have 3 children on nappies and baby milk they have cause me alot of stress | |||||||||

| I went out for a few hours & left my purse at home as I didn't need it. My son who had come to visit me for 2 days was left at home with his girlfriend. I didn't bother going on the internet as I wanted to spend time with him as I haven't seen him in months. After he left last night I went in the room he stayed in and see a note. Well that was when I see he had tryed to rip me off with this loan. Money had been taken from my card and also cash from my purse. As I have no address for him, I tried to phone him and he is just rejecting my calls. | on the 12/12/12 i went to withdraw my benefit money from my natweast account. i get £103.00 per fortnight. but i was horrified to find out loans express took £69.50 from my account when I have never applied for a loan off anyone. I couldn't afford a loan in the first place and i haven't got a clue how they got my bank details. This might not seem like a lot of money but to me it is a huge amount, especially this time of year. I cant afford to loose this amount of money and i need it refunded. i don't get any more benefits on till the 22/12/12 and ive only had £31 to live on this fortnight since loans express took £69.50 i have a gas and electric meter and i have had to use the £31 just to get power in my home. ive been relying on hand outs of food to keep me going and this is just not right. I hope you can get me my £69/50 refunded since I never even applied for a loan in the first place. | |||||||||

| i was looking for a unsecured personal loan of £2500 and i received a text from a company called city financial uk saying i definitely had a loan could i ring them for further details. i rang them on their 0161 number and they asked for a £65 broker fee which i paid on my debit card, they said i would receive the money within a few days, which obviously i haven't, i sent the signed terms and conditions back. i have tried ringing and e-mailing but no response and i want my money back as i am a single mother and could ill afford to pay this fee. i am now aware this is a scam | |||||||||
