| We had a major leak in our bathroom due to a cister cracking.We called the above firm who advertised in Yellow Pages as 24 hour emergency plumbers. They told me they had a £50.00 call out fee which we accepted but quoted nothing else.They agreed to come at 10 the next morning to replace the cistern as I had managed to turn the water off myself. Two men arrived at 3 in the afternoon and did not replace the cistern as they had the wrong one. They demanded £290.00 plus Vat for their time and said they would accept £250.00 cash and forget about the Vat. We paid as my wife felt intimidated by them and we have heard nothing more from them so still have no new cistern | |||||||||

| Female Recruitment from London is a SCAM!!!? I would like the whole world to know about the female recruitment. They ripped me off my money. I been reading comments from other people about them on ' Can you trust them' website. They are ripping off tens of people every day. Something must be done about it. I cant believe that those days they managing to still from all this naive people as myself and no-one is doing nothing. Can someone stop them PLEASE!!!. I contacted Action Fraud, Rip of Britain and Watch dog but I lost any hope for getting my money back. | Right financial are going to con me out of money I'm not able to give. I am a very shy, quiet 24 year old mother of 2 and I am in a desperate situation, behind with our rent and another more urgent (at the moment) problem is the bailiffs(marston group) visiting me at 10.15 this morning, demanding £285 by 12pm tomorrow.. i haven't even started to buy my 2 children christmas presents yet due to my money woes.. and to think yesterday that was the only problem i had!! what i would give to go back now.. We have luckily managed to scrape the funds together to keep our furniture. However, i had the bright idea to search for a loan online to cover our christmas costs. I filled out a few forms and was contacted by a company called right financial.. the call seemed promising.. I gave them my bank details and they sent me some emails to sign, the lady on the other end of the phone then started talking very fast and with a very strong accent, i could hardly understand one word out of three! When the phone call was ended I was felt confused about what had happened and i decided to do some research online and i found the most awful complaints i am unable to control my tears whilst typing this... luckily there are no funds in my account so they couldn't take MY money! can i stop these payments through my bank? somehow prove they are not who they say they are? | i know i was stupid i applied online for a loan for xmas, i was called up by the above company and was told i had a loan ready i had to pay £310.00 while i was on the phone as the first months payment as i did not have it secured on anything , i was worried about this as this was all i had saved for my sons xmas pressies, but they was very good at talking me round , and yes you can guess i didnt get my loan instead they kept calling me asking for more money i then found out they are not a loan company they are a brokers i have been onto all the companys like ombusman and the fraud site and i have found out by myself the people running the company have loads of companys in different names so they are still reg , i have written to them recorded delivery asking for my money back but have not heard anything and i,m so worried as now i cant do anything xmas without that money back , my bank cant help me as i payed it ... | |||||||||

We hold OlympicHolidays www.olympicholidays.com ( Travelworld Vacations Ltd, Interaction Worldwide Ltd) responsible for failures in this contract and we invoke their responsibilities under the Package Travel Regulations 1992 and the ABTA Code of Conduct.They are also in breach of The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. It is clear to us that OlympicHolidays, in miss-selling this holiday, committed offences of misleading actions, misleading omissions and aggressive commercial practices. It is abundantly clear that our description of our experience at the Avlida Hotel, Paphos (mis-sold by OlympicHolidays www.olympicholidays.com as a 4* Hotel whilst being 2* at best; dreadful inedible food; unhygienic premises; broken and faulty equipmemnt; dilapidated, dirty premises in a state of disrepair; unresponsive and unhelpful staff; hotel not representing value for money) is replicated time after time by very large numbers of other holiday-makers, over many years. The second part of our complaint relates to OlympicHolidays www.olympicholidays.com itself - and their refusal to accept responsibility for their mis-selling and misrepresentation. The attitude of the company has been appalling and evasive. Recently they have developed that into threats and attempts at intimidation. Again we see from other accounts on the web that many other holidaymakers with reasonable cause for complaint have been treated equally dismissively. There is no serious engagement with customers at all. We have informed OlympicHoliday www.olympicholidays.com that unless they respond concretely to our claim, firstly we will take legal action and secondly that we feel a moral duty to inform the public about both the Avlida Hotel and the behaviour of Olympic Holidays www.olympicholidays.com as a company, so that other holiday makers are not misled, mistreated or distressed, as we were. We intend to bring together the disparate sources of information referred to above – for the benefit of future holidaymakers. This will not be restricted to information about the Avlida Hotel, Paphos (which is already thoroughly well-documented on the web) but will also focus on Olympic Holidays www.olympicholidays.com itself, and the way that it chooses to treat its customers. We intend to provide prospective holidaymakers with adequate information (about OlympicHolidays and Avlida Hotel, Paphos) which allows them to make informed choices, both about their hotel and about their holiday company – objectives that any actually reputable holiday company will share. OlympicHolidays have had ample evidence provided, and ample opportuinty to respond resonably to our claim. Unfortunately their responses are neither reasoned nor reasonable and display an utter contempt for what are supposedly their "valued customers." | |||||||||

| hi i applied for a £500 loan over twelve months not fully understanding how the service works and gave out my bank details to which i wake up this morning to go to the bank and £69.95 has gone to right finance from my job seekers benefit and i am left with £19.99 to live on for the next two weeks. The company are now saying they have lender ready to give me money but i don't want to go ahead. i have asked for a refund and they say they will pass it over to their refund department. i don't know where to go from there | |||||||||

| Do not give your details or allow any loan brokering firm to take any money from your account. Once you sign the document that 'guarantees' you a loan, you havesigned consent for a brokerage to go and look for a loan for you, thats what the charge is for. When you read the fine print of the document you signed it probably says it. Thats how these people havent been shut down, technically they arent doing anything illegal, just preying on peoples situatins which is terrible. I was looking for a small unsecured loan, and have been approached by right finance and others. I never give my card details and never sign anything. If you are looking to borrow money why would you need to pay money???? The people you speak to on the phone are probably on comission and are heartless liars, no matter how good it sounds just say no unless perhaps they are willing to take the charge from the loan once it comes through, but they dont want to do that for some reason.hmmmmmmm | |||||||||

I did not receive a confirmation Email (or any Email) that the order is on it's way from www.trainersadidas.co.uk and the order number on their site is tagged under "Unsetteled". They claim to reply Emails within 48 Hours but they did not reply to my Email yet and it has been 4 Days now. After a short research online I found several www.trainersadidas.co.uk clients who didn't get their shoos / Got different and damaged shoos. They to have been consistently ignored by www.trainersadidas.co.uk. Note that I have no idea if this site has anything to do with the Adidas Company. | Hi the company's name is go2 telecommunications and its previous name was geezer telecom when i was joining them.their sales agent came to my shop and told me if i switch my phone and broadband to them from bt they will pay my termination bill which i get from bt and will apply it to my account as credit.also they offered me 50gb internet and phone for £22.99 so then he made me talk to their customer services over the phone and they promised the same price and same covering my termination charges from bt and they said that they can cover anything as long as its not above £200.so i decided to go for it and they gave me a switch over date of 14th september 2012.when 14th september came my broadband was still not working and i made so many complains to them but nothing happened and my business was really affected.then finally it was fixed on 30th september.then i got a termination charge final bill from bt for £157 and when i sent go2 telecommunications a copy of this they said we need some proof that u have paid to bt so when i paid bt i sent my bank statement to go2 as well and now they are not applying the credit to my account.also i wasnt told about vat on top of £22.99 monthly charge over the phone because i thought its 22.99 including vat.now they say that they will apply credit to my account but will extend my contract to 24 months from 12.i wasnt told this over the phone.i think they mis sold me this product,hide things from me and they are fraud.their service is poor and they are open from 9am to 6pm only on weekdays and closed on weekend while businesses need extended support.i had reported them to ofcom and looking forward to report to financial ombudsmen and office of fair trading.i want credit to be applied to my account on 12 months contract | |||||||||

| I bought a pretty expensive(979) laptop from Gigabyte electronics, Tottenham Court Store over one year ago and filled in all the VAT forms and had them stamped at the airport. I was due about 93 pounds back. After the first 6 months the refund had not been paid. I was never able to contact them by phone and a year later when I was back in the UK I went to the store with all the paperwork. It was all photocopied and they assured me it would all be sorted out. I foolishly then bought an external hard drive from them and filled in all the VAT forms and had it stamped at the airport. Of course I have had no refund for either the hard drive or the laptop. I wish I had done some research on the new as the store has plenty of bad reviews. The sinister part for me is that for a short while when I was back overseas a guy called Chirag emailed me and kept asking for more details. So I kept telling him all my details so that a payment could be made. But nothing. There must be a law that they are breaking. Trading as a Duty Free shop when they aren't. Yvette Spokes | |||||||||

| Hi my name is Martin and I am very concerned at the complaints on this forum regarding my product and service. I must admit that we have had a problem with our PVC Foil Supplier in that the last deliveries of white and cream high gloss were different shades to that of previous deliveries and we have experienced problems with different coloured doors but this problem has now been resolved and I can only apologise to any customers that have had a problem with this. I am more than happy to deal immediately with any customers that have an outstanding complaint. As for any other complaints regarding any matter then please anyone, and including people on this forum please contact me on andreasouthern2@gmail.com and I will be more than happy to solve any issues immediately. It's pointless me trying to make excuses as to why our carousels were out of stock or why a larder end panel should arrive damaged, or even why a single door arrived one week late or even two weeks. | DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered two items....a Swarovski watch and a Mont Blanc Pen....worth just over £230....looked genuine and sale prices. It took 3 weeks for the parcel to be delivered, when the website promises 3 to 10 days max. When the parcel was eventually received - they sent items I DID NOT ORDER. I've received cheap and obviously fake items that are not Swarovski and Mont Blanc....I could have picked up a pen and watch in any market for £10!...Looks like they did! I have been sending e-mails but not getting anywhere. They sometimes reply with an obvious standard e-mail, not really answering the problem. They don’t seem to understand English all of a sudden! The tracking number and web site for parcel is all in Chinese. The e-mails always start with ''Hi How are you!'' ''Customer service is our number 1 priority'' but don't believe them. The web site is clever and looks genuine, I thought I was buying from a UK site...not Beijing! Heed the warning! Do not use this web site to buy anything...I've wasted time and a lot of money.....learn from my lesson.
