| Year before last i had 4 double glazing windows fitted in my house and a conservatory by weatherseal. I was always happy with what they'd done and felt that cost / satisfaction were great, then i heard someone say they didn't always do the best job, i am trying to sell my house at the moment so had a surveyor come and check them all out as i didn't want to get caught out and he said that they were in great condition and everything was in good order. I felt i needed to say this in case anyone else was worried at all, they did the job perfectly. | |||||||||

| I think Weatherseal are fantastic!! Over 5 years i have used them for double glazing, conservatories, guttering and now in my 6th year of using them i am going to have a bedroom design fitted by them. I have always got on brilliantly with the guys who have come to discuss the work and done the work and felt completely happy with the cost and the work done. I'm really excited to get them doing some more stuff! | |||||||||

I ordered a pair of black tall boots from this web site, after 1 week thought i would check my account with the website and discovered that they were coming from china when the advert clearly said Austrailia. I emailed the company asking where they were. The penny then dropped when i resereched this company on this website. As with all other claims i have been overcharged should have been £63.99 when checking my Mastercard statement they took £65.37 and have still not received my goods. I contacted my bank as i had paid by mastercard and i have fraud protection on my cards and they asked me to print out all corespondance and they would send out a form. On your website i read that some people have not accepted the goods knowing they are fake or if they have had any contact with this company they have been asked to pay 20%. The companys cancellation policy is not possible as you have not received the goods by the time this policy expires. I have email the company again tellin them of my finding and that i have no intention of siging for this parvel if and when it arrives due to all the comments on this website, i even inclosed a link for him to read them. I got a reply to both emails, firstly asking to be patient saying my boots were in london. The second one was in reply to my claims of fake goods, and not paying for them, i was told too late they have been dispated and i could not cancel the order. Can someone advise me where i stand. should i accept the parcel if and when i get it or refuse it and see what happens, My card company said if i refused delivery i must get document from the drivere saying i refused delivery. You've heard it all before I am sure, "FREE TRIAL", "RISK FREE TRIAL" what a con! On the 30th of December I received confirmation from you for my purchase of the following products that I received on the 11th and the 18th of January. The products I ordered were Acai Elite, Youth Cleanse and RezV Max. However the products I received were: Colon Cleanse, Reservatrol Extract and Acai Berry Detox and looked different from the photos of the website. The following websites claim that I have a “fifteen day risk free trial”: http://jennysweightlosssuccess.com/acai/index.php http://www.acaiberryexclusive.com http://www.youthecleanse.com Two of the products: Youth Ckeanse aka Colon Cleanse and RezV Max aka Reservatrol Extract arrived on the 11/01/10 while the third product Acail Elite aka Acai Berry Detox took even longer to arrive and was finally received on the 18/01/10. On the 19th and the 21st of January 2010 three large unauthorized amounts were charged to my account by three separate companies. On the 19th ACTIVPRO charged £75.82 and on the 21st NUSKIN and PRO-BODY charged £74.82 each all located in Singapore. I ordered all three products taking advantage of the “buy one get one free” deal however there are no transaction for the two lots of $3.95 (or £2.45) and in there place are the above transactions. I liaised with an advisor via telephone using the phone number provided in the ” confirmation” e-mails that conveniently were no-reply and they “advised “ me that all sites contain terms and conditions thus meaning it is fine for the company to charge this ridiculous amount and whats more continue to do so every thirty days. The fact that there are numerous websites is very misleading as is the tiny link that leads to your terms and conditions on another separate page that is usually camouflaged using the same coloured font and background colour. The terms and conditions have deliberately been made to be almost undetectable for this reason. Not only that but www.berryexclusive.com uses a false image of a security lock claiming a secure transaction as well as other misleading information such as: “The 15 day Risk Free Trial offer is designed to display the quality and effectiveness of PureAcaiElite. This gives you the opportunity to try this remarkable program for FREE (just pay shipping and handling) so you can come to a decision for yourself if this is the right product for you” http://www.pureacaielite.com/. YI have not been allowed me to reach a decision for myself as I have only had eight days trial of one product and one day's trial of the other before you have withdrawn a total of £224.86 my account without my permission. Whats more these products have not been improving my health at all, in fact quite the opposite. Whilst taking these products I have been experiencing adverse affects to my helath such as: severe insomnia, thrush, gingivitis and anxiety. I have now stopped taking them for two days and my sleeping is back to nornal and my other symptoms are subsiding. I suspect the products do not contain what they claim either and want to know if I can get them tested and if so how and where. | I had a problem with a hopper causing damp inside my place and called them up. They were quick to come round (and to take my money.) A week or so later I noticed a big stick coming out of one of the gutters which made me wonder how thorough a job they'd done, then a month or two later I realised the hopper I'd asked them to sort out was still pouring water as the damp problem had become worse and now resulted it some wallpaper starting to peel away. Rang them to ask them to sort it out, they said they'd call me back to arrange a time. Two weeks later nothing. Rang them again and they promised they'd sort it within a week. They haven't. The story is the same has a lot of people I signed up with this agency last year I spoke to someone by the of becky which claimed once my registration fee went into there account I would receive work but like others I heard nothing from the agency afterwards I did make a few calls and asked for becky but was told rather she was busy or not there at all, all the people there said to me is that there wasn't a lot of work at the moment and that they was doing all they can, I also sent a couple of emails to them and later receive a phone from annie which was claiming to be the manager she couldn't apploigise enough ang said she would do what she could but still nothing from them basically my money went to waste and if there us anything you can do I would be greatful. | |||||||||

Went to UGG of Australia website, clicked on discount boots which advertised an anniversary celebration and had boots dicounted. The link then took me to Uggnation.Still under the impression this was an official UGG site. I Ordered a classic Ugg black tall boot. Received product over this past weekend and realized this is NOT an UGG of Australia boot. I've been wearing Uggs for years and received a torn bag/box from this company. The Boots were folded in a small box like bag, fake lable on the back of boots and croocked stitching, the boot feels like cardboard, the lambs wool on the inside is some type of fake fur, and the outside trim and workmenship a complete mess!! I have an address that I cannot read, I had no idea this product was being shipped from China, and am told if I want to return this product, I have to pay and locate an english address to send this product back. I am beyond angry and feel completley deceived. I just went online to the UGG site and this is costing me! I NEED For someone to do some damage control!!! Angry, and dissapointed customer who does not know where to run. If I send the product overseaswith a company this deceiving...who's to say I'll be refunded??? I am in Canada.Never dealt with this company but with another company for a very small amount only then the charges keep coming from this company. Bank not too cooperative in dealing with these crooks. Might have to cancel my credit card to make it stop | |||||||||

I checked my bank account and Pro-Body Singapore have taken 2 lots of money out of my account in dollars the equivalent of £73 both on 14 Jan 2010 and 19 Jan 2010 - I have had to cancel my debit card and am now without access to cash until my new card arrives in 7-10 days. The bank have told me they cannot guarantee I will get the momney back as I have to fill out a dispute form !!! I see on this web site its happened to more than just me ....... Anyone else pls add details so I can print out and send to the Bank with my form to support my claim for money back. Anyone had any refund or bank returned the money??? | |||||||||

I responded to what was a free trial offer that required just the payment of shipping and handling. No where on the main page of the website were there any terms that stated the full price of the product would be charged to me. Further, the full price was charged to me 10 days after the product was requested. I had not even received the product when the billing was through on my credit card. To read the terms and conditions now on their website, you can see it is clearly their objective to ensure that people do not get the chance to actually use the product before they are billed. Therefore the claim of a free trial is fraudulant.This is a scam, and it should be stated clearly on the main page as for what it is. I should not have to navigate to another portion of the website to read a legal contract to see that the intentions were never to allow for a free trial to take place. The box is postmarked on 12.28 and I was fully billed on 1.06. | |||||||||

so my friend wanted me to buy him this "clean smoke" thing that was just supposed to be $4.00. and i looked over the site thinking it was gonna be secure. then when i went to try and use my credit card for gas it kept getting declined so i thought nothin of it i thought maybe it got demagnetized. and then today i went on my online banking and seen that i got a charge of $128 for somthing called "smilekit" i then phoned my bank 10 times and each time they told me it had to do with the clean smoke thing. so when i would try to phone the company to cancell my credit card through them, none of the numbers would work! so now im really pissed off and just want my money back NOW... instead of waiting 30 days.. | |||||||||

I signed up for a 2 day trial for $1.the next thing i have charges every month for $79.86. I disputed these amounts as a soon as they were posted to my credit card, which was November 7th. I was told the account was cancelled ata that point so I couldn't get me refund. My next billing cycle,THERE IS ANOTHER CHARGE FOR DECEMBER! i Call over 6 times, and everytime I am unable to speak with a supervisor. The "CUSTOMER SERVICE REP",which is a joke in itself,tells me they have the authority to settle this dispute. However no refunds will be given.All they do is read off a screen or piece of paper what they are told, This is a typical INTERNET SCAM that has to come to the attention of the Better Business Bureau and other government agencies. | |||||||||
