I SENT FOR YOUR FREE! ONE MONTH TRIAL! OF ACAI BERRY DETOX CAPSULES AND THE LIFE CLEANSE CAPSULES. I WROTE A LETTER TO EXPLAIN I WANTED TO CANCEL BEFORE I GOT CHARGED ANYTHING I WROTE IN PLENTY OF TIME BEFORE THE DATE THEY GIVE YOU TO CANCEL. IM VERY ANNOYED I HAD MONEY TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. IM A SINGLE MUM WITH 2 CHILDREN I CANT AFFORD TO GIVE ANY MONEY AWAY, IVE HAD £151.36P TAKEN AND I WANT IT BACK A.S.A.P THE ADDRESS I HAD ON MY INVOICE IS SUPPOSED TO BE IN THE U. K. BUT MY BANK STATEMENT SAYS ITS FROM SINGAPORE! I ordered these on the 6th jan the company is ACTIVPRO AND NUSKIN DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT TO DISAPPEAR! I wont be trying any more so called free trials! anymore from anyone. | |||||||||

| I ordered a pair of Ugg's on 25 Dec i waited and waited for them to be delivered and then received a letter from Stephens & Associates Limited informing me that Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs saying they have seized the boots in a port in London and i have likely been the victim of trademark infringement by the seller of the goods as the company stated above does not have the right to sell products bearing the name UGG in the UK. I have now been asked to abandon these goods otherwise a company called Deckers will issue proceedings against me and could be liable for as much as £5000.00 of costs. Please someone help me its unfair that companies still exist - i see people have had problems with this company running back over 12 months. | |||||||||

| I signed up for a free trial for the Acai berry detox, but i was scammed. It said free trial in which i would pay for the postage of the item (which a the time was greatly reduced)and nothing else as the product was free. Then a few weeks later on 27th January 2010 i was charged £75.76 from a company called Activpro Singapore??!! I am fuming the site never said there would be any extra changes and the link i followed said that a guy had found all these free trials to save money. | |||||||||

a friend of mine told me about the website, went on there and purchased the uggs as i was told it was 100% genuine and australian. i tried them on when they came and realised that it looked completely different from how it looked in the shop. i did a bit of research and found out that they were fake.i tried to track down the company so i could call them up and ask for a refund but unfortunately i've been unsuccessful. | |||||||||

| This man has a bogus claims management company number registration nCRM 12881 and refers claims to various solicitors for a referral fee. The claims he refers are fraudulent, contrived accidents. He is a "cash for crash" con merchant and sets up dodgy accidents then sells their details. Beware - do not let this man handle your claim! Currently under investigation by the Ministry of Justice and BBC Watchdog - avoid! | |||||||||

| Stay away - these are internet con merchants who move address ever month to avoid people they owe money to. Also trade as betterfares.co.uk search for them on taxiforums.co.uk Over 300 complaints been made to Trading Standards. Inland Revenue investigating them. They even charge VAT on their invoices with a VAT number which doesn't exist! Check out how many CCJ's they have on the register of judgments!! BEWARE! | |||||||||

| I was called in Dec 09 by smart smokers Panama and they were to send me a10 smoke free trail for $9.95S&H around 17 Dec 09 they sent me an E-Mail saying there was a delay and added 7 days to the free trial. End of Dec. came around and I stell haven't recieved the product. checked my bank statement and they had taken another &99.99 dollars out of my acct. I would like to recoupe my money. I realey wanted to get the product to try and curve my smoking habit if I could.post | |||||||||

| I ordered Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse on a free trial where i was told i only needed to pay 98 for. The items arrived. A couple of weeks later (25th Jan) two unauthorised payments went through my account - one referenced 'SMILEKIT SINGAPORE' the other another name with SINGAPORE also listed. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! over £150 that I DID NOT authorise, whatever these horrible thieves want to claim in some hidden small print! I checked the whole page before buying and if I have signed up to something it most certainly was not evident! How are these firms not shut down??? Does anyone please have the contact details for these people?? I have cancelled my bank card and want to contact these people to demand a refund! Please help! Thank you | |||||||||

| Unfortunately I have fallen for this scam also and think it is a total infringement on human rights. I DID NOT sign up to receive any goods other than a free trial and how anyone is allowed to take £150 from your bank account without notifying you firstly is beyond belief. I have tried to cancel and ask for a refund. I have been given a refund number (bur have been told that no refund will be available), but as yet no confirmation by email for this. This is tantamount to stealing. My bank have not been particularly helpful and almost laugh at my misfortune. This scam should be brought more to the publics' attention and more done to stop these people trading. | |||||||||
