i was on a adult site few months back and there was a 3-day trail for 0,95 EUR. i thought,ok 0,95 EUR isn't much and i took the trail. (they charged me 3 times 0,95, for 3 sites) wen the trail was over, they tryed to charge me again (for a month i guesse) but it didn't worked cause there was no money on cc... they sent me 3 email that the payement didnt go good and that in 3 day my abonnement automaticly stoped. but nooooooooo and on january 3 they charged me 37,95 EUR (for 1 month and 1 site) !!!! for something were my account stopped. they also didnt sent me an email that i was charged! wen i try to call i cant come in. now i canceld the charging on a website ( https://secure.localbillinglimited.com ) but still... its crisis for everyone and that 37,95 euro i can use for other things! | |||||||||

| The company with 1000 names like: Trading Company Ltd. LB CyberNet Entertainmend Ltd. LiveLong AmazingLife StrongHealth charged my creditcard with 250 EUR. I just ordered 2 free trials - which i never got. Just on i didn't order. And now they charged my account with 3 x 84,74 (expenses included). I just called Mastercard and cancelled my creditcard. They told me i have to write a statement and they try to clarify that. I can just hope to get my money back otherwise i will try to sue the company. I don't know how this is possible, if so many people already were duped and complaint about the same case and company. Good luck to everybody!!! I'm open for advices to get my money back. | |||||||||

I showed interest in the above mentioned company, they contacted me and asked some questions, then called back later to say that they have got me a job for that night but I need to register first, this would cost £295. They assured me that I would make my money back straight away. Stupidly I paid the money staight away and from that moment on they were GONE!!! I never heard anything from them again, despite me calling them nearly everyday(costing me more money). I left it for a few months and yet I have still not heard from them. This is crazy that they can take this type of money from innocent people.!! I want my money back!!!

I purcahsed a Single Oxford 3 in 1 guest bed from ebay through what I thought was a reputable seller. The price I paid included free delivery to my home in Bucks and arrived promptly on 10 Dec 2009. This morning my son sat on the bed and the bed base collapsed on one side. I contacted Home Furninshings UK Ltd and explained the situation and that I would like a replacement bed frame asap. it took them all day to get back to me and first they offered a replacement as a goodwill gesture but that I would have to pay £20 for delivery of the new box base. I refuted the payment and they then came back to me to say that if I retutned the box base to them they would them send a replacement. I explained that when they were delivering the replacement they could collect the damaged/faulty base at the same time. I then asked for a full refund and that they would need to arrange a collection. I am still waiting to hear back from them. Surely if the bed is 4 weeks old it should not collapse when someone sits on it. It has been assembled with staples and in my opinion is not manufactured to fit its purpose. I did send a photograoh. | I bought and online work from home oppurtunity for £1.24. I was told this was a one off charge. However i have been looking through my statements and i have been charged on 10/11/09 for £49.67 and on 29/12/09 for £51.67. I have not received any confirmation from this company that these chrges are going out and in turn it has incurred charges on my account. | |||||||||

I order a tooth whitening product online that was supposed to be free. All I had to pay was shipping and handling, 1.95. A day or two later a lady called me about the free trail and asked me if I wanted to enroll. I told her I wanted no part of it, but they sent me the product anyway with only the instructions on how to use it. On my next credit card statement there was a charge for 87.62 from a company called ultifreshwell. I tried to call the company with the phone number provided on the statement and all I get is a busy signal. There was also another charge from another company called pristinehlth for 87.62. I also tried to call this number and guess what NO LONGER IN SERVICE. I want my money back even if it cost me more money to get it and bring these criminals to justice. | |||||||||

After going on line to find a loan Bentley Cooper contacted me via text message ask me to call them. When i rang i was told i had been accepted for a loan and was given a good apr,that was then this is now.With know paperwork or loan secured i have been chasing my refund since 8th december and been told a different pack of lies (when they actually answerd the phone!)each time,ranging from the refund department was having problems to Sam is the only person who deals with refunds and is never available. These scumbags prey on people who desperate for cash and take what little they have with nothing to show for at the end. I just want to see them out of business! | |||||||||

i have ordered free trials of some pills (acai, resveratrol extrat, and colon cleanse. i live in DK and i only had to pay for the import. wich was about 4 GBP but in 3 three weeks 5 x 119,02 USD has been taken from my account. and thats alot of money in DKK. i have never accept the big tranfers :( i really want my money back plz help | |||||||||

In October/November 2009 on seeing an advert for a free sample of Supa Brite, I gave my card details for postage only - only to be billed for two monthly supplies plus an extra NZ$29.99 and then to have another amount taken off my card of NZ$34.12 for Supa Worldfit which I know nothing of and which incidentally belongs to the same company. On contacting them by email they had no explanation but weren't willing to refund my money claiming I had only been charged half that amount which is incorrect as I have records on my visa. I didn't ask for the Worldfitness neither did I ask for a months supply of the toothpaste - in actual fact I have received two tubes of toothpaste (whitener) for the amount of NZ$310.93. Pedi una muestra de RESVERATROL EXTRACT gratuita, cobraban los gastos de envio que +/- eran de 3.50 euros y me han cargado en la cuenta unos 15 dias mas tarde, despues de enviarmela 84.06 euros. Quiero que me devuelvan mi dinero, esto es una estafa, no tengo el ticket de compra ni la factura, ya que ellos no la han enviado ni por e-mail y en el paquete habia nada que pueda identificar este pedido gratuito como una compra. Quiero ponerles una denuncia y que me devuelvan el dinero + los gastos correspondientes al tener que anular mi tarjeta y pedir otra en el banco + daños por perjucicios y estafa. ¿QUE DEBO HACER? ¿DONDE ACUDIR? ¿QUE ORGANISMO EN EEUU SE OCUPA DE ESTO PARA DENUNCIARLO ALLI TAMBIEN? I got in contact with this company on the 10/12/09 as i was desperate to make some money just before Xmas as i had just lost my job and am a single mother with two children, the lady on the phone was very helpful and assured me that there was no sex involved and that i would make my money back by the end of the weekend so i paid them £225 pounds, The company seemed above board so i paid the money but have not heard from these people again. It makes me wonder how these people can do this as i found there number through a job site. | |||||||||

On my December 2009 VISA bill, I have 2 item for which I have no idea how they got there. GOHEALTHY 866-535-0816CY POSTED 11/25 0.99 FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEE POSTED 11/25 0.02 1 called the 866 number shown above and got a text msg from 25434 saying that I should reply Y to find info on the number I am looking for. "#Info Svc $9.99/month Msg & data rates may apply for 20 lookups/month. Support/Terms? www.numsvc.com" So not only have they billed me for something I don't want and did not request, but they are also trying to get ok for a monthly 9.99 charge to my wireless phone bill! | |||||||||
