| I ordered 2 pairs of tall classic ugg boots from this site ugg.gg on the 18th november 2009, i paid £150.00 through my paypal account, i received 1 short pair of cheap boots last week 9th december 2009 which wasn,t what i ordered, i contacted paypal immediately to be informed that once i signed for the parcel i am not covered to claim my money back as i received a package from this company, i have emailed ugg.gg several times and had no responce back from them. I cannot believe that this company is still trading and ripping people off and nobody is doing nothing about it. I really believed i was protected when i paid by paypal but this is not the case, does anyone know what i can do from here to try and at least claim some of my money back | |||||||||

SUP*ForceMax took money out of my credit card account again, this is their 3rd withdraw now from my account, all this for a free trial at a cost of $2.95USD which i still have not received, I made this order about 5 weeks ago. About 1 month ago I ordered a sample of ACAI berry pills to try them out. I only paid for the freight costs.( very stupidly I used my creditcard) On the 4th of December the above mentioned firm drew 119 dollars from my account for nothing. I hadn't ordered any further pills and haven't recieved any further packages.I really feel cheated upon. How do I get my money back? Kindest regards B Johansen Ps. I saw this advert on the internet about trying a sample of whitening tooth paste and just pay about £2.00 for postage , I ordered the sample and gave my card detail for the postage fee(£2.00) to be taken few days ago I recieved a tiny sample which I havent even tried yet ,and when I checked my account I was shocked to discover they have taken £53.97 out of my account, I have no tel number or address of them and dont know how to claim my money . Company sent ordered boots which were suppose to be UGG boots. While openning the package the chemical odor eminating from the boots was so toxic that it changed the taste of the saliva in my mouth. The boots are counterfit. The shipping goes through Canada from China. The US post office can not mail them back because there is no return address. I used Pay Pal for my credit card purchase. I will get in touch with Pay Pal to try & get them to stop dealing with these crooks. This was suppose to be a christmas present but the chemicals are so bad I would be afraid to even use the boots. Just another poor product or rather dangerous product put out by a chinese company. | |||||||||

At end of Oct 09 I accepted 'pay postage only' offer of acai berry capsules and Detox capsules to lose weight, from Get Stronger in UK. BEFORE I found out about the deductions by checking through my credit card statements I find I have had 2 months of direct debit taken out for 2 items each month, total of $522.40AUD (plus bank charges for international payment) . However, these amounts have been paid to Beauty Sculpt - also of UK, also paid in $US, AND I have received NOTHING for my money. Who has this sort of money to be giving away to scams?? I certalinly don't. The bank has cancelled my credit card, but I'd like my money back please!! | |||||||||

I was told on their website that I was going to be charged shipping but I received nothing and they charged my debit card. I went to their site and found a contact link. I made a complaint letting them know I got nothing and they told me that I had the wrong site. i clicked on a Acai burn free trial link off facebook and without going through a confirmation page what they had said would be a $2 postage fee turned into 14.74. i was immediatly suspicious but shrugged it off as the product arrived and it didn't seem to mention anything about follow up charges or continuing services. but then about a month later i noticed my band balances had not been right and they had charged $95 under the name of SUP*MAXFORCE 877-5947828 and now again i have been charged this last week $98.11 and $49. this is outrageous, given that there is no service being provided at all. it was a complete scam never buy things off internet adds! now i remember why i never do this! never again... i want my money back i am a poor student. | |||||||||

I ordered a small sample of a "free" product and only had to pay about $1.75 in shipping costs. Several weeks later a charge of $86.93 was made from the same account. This was a total rip off. Apparently when you provide them with your card number they charge you way more than you were expecting. I believe this scam is generated by individuals touting their product on-line thereby encouraging others to try the product. Buyer beware!!! Do not do business with this company. | |||||||||

| salesmen tells me for just $1 I can try their product. As we are wrapping everything up he tells me of another product for $1.95. I tell him I am not interested in anything else, I do not want to purchase anything but the $1 sample. He assures me I will not be charge anything but the $1, the other will come as a opportunity in my packet. I check my packet there is no information about the company, nor how to contact them to continue receiving the tooth whitener or discontinue. This he told me would also be included. There was also nothing in there about the $1.95 product he mentioned. Checking my bank statement I found a debit for the $1.95. The company did reverse the charge. On December 03 and December 11 this companied charged me 86.93. This is for a product I had no opportunity to refuse. | |||||||||

In October I ordered acaiburn for a free trial which I only paid for postage and handling. I did not order anything else. Last week on the 4th of December I 've got a charged on my visa of US$86.93 (AUS$96.66) from SUP MAX FORCE. Firstly I did not know where they are from so I did some research then I got the number 8885912190, I called and did talk to the lady on 9/12/09. She said because I did not call to cancel that's why they charged to send the product (which I did not receive any), she told me when I receive the product, return it then within 7 to 10 working days I will get a refund. She send me a Acaislim Cancellation Notice. I thought that's good then I will get my money back. But on the 11/12/09 I've got charged again, one from SUP WORLDFIT US$24.13 (AUS$27.3) and the other from SUP MAX FORCE US$86.93 (AUS$98.36). I tried to call that number again but it's closed. I am very frustrated. I really like to get my money back please. | |||||||||
