I have joined Promails approx 4 months ago. Since then I`ve been reading all emails sent to. I have reached minimum payout in October 2009 but when I request payout it gives me "You did not receive the minimum amount required for payout". I carried on with the PRT site. Now I have reached $25000.00 and the same response comes up when I request payment. I have been in contact with Promails & received an email that I must wait 30 days for payment. | On the 30/10/09 i came across an advert online that said i could get a free trail of acai berry and colon cleanse. All i had to do was pay the 98p each postage. I studied it carefully to make sure there was no catch. I am a 19 year old girl and don't earn much money so was horrified to see on my online banking that 2 seperate payments of £73.90 were taken out on the 7/12/09. Thats about £150 of money that takes me about 2 weeks to earn gone, and i recieved nothing for it. I am extremely angry. I then thought i would try and chase it up so on my bank statement it said the company was healthfocus international. I went on there website and this is what it said. "If you are a consumer that is trying to contact us regarding a charge on your credit card, please be advised that this charge is not coming from HealthFocus International®. This charge is most likely coming from a company called Trading Planet LTD. They can be reached via their call center at +44 203 139 9027. Their website is www.acaiberryexclusive.com. HealthFocus International is not associated with this company or either of these products in any way." It is obvious i have been scammed and i am about to ring their office but i really hope you can help me. I have had to cancel my bank account to make sure they dont take any more out. I can now never trust an internet site again. | |||||||||

I ordered 1 Months worth of Acaiburn Weight Loss Tablets (which they said it lasts a month)and it cost me £9.56 and if I wanted to cancel any subscriptions to cancel within 15 days......which I did. I recently checked my account and they have taken £55.47 out.... for what????? I have been on the internet to try and find a phone number or address and - surprise surprise they is no trace of these anymore. I have done what they said and cancelled it but they still took my money so I would like a refund or some info of how i can get this money back? Thanks | |||||||||

These people have charged me on my credit card account, and I have no idea who they are and what it is for? If it has anything to do with maxforce supplements, I cancelled my account with them about a month ago, when our found out they were scamming money from me. Could this be them again? I ordered Smart Smoker on November 17th 2009. It has taken over three weeks to get to me. The first few times I called they told me that I should get it any day. I ask them if there where going to be any extra charges and all they told me was they would extend my trial period. Which was by a couple of days; for a product that I haven't even recieved yet. Before my added trail time, I finally made up my mind that I should go ahead and cancel the order. Previous to attempting to cancel my order they told me that there wasn't anything they could do until I got my kit. The next person I talk to, Christopher, told me that the kit did not have to be post marked or back at the company; all I had to do was to call in and they would cancel my order. Well, I did call back and when I did the woman told me that there wasn't anything that she could do. My second trial time came on December the 7th and I have been trying for days now to just get in touch with someone, because an extra $99.99 has been charged to my account. If there is anybody that can do anything about this, please let me know. I just want my money back and I would like to help others avoid this particular company of crooks. I would love to see this company go down. | |||||||||

| My debit card was charged for that due amount by a company in which I never received any items for. I've made a request for the company to stop billing my debit card via email but nothing seems to happen. Honestly this is causing me a lot of problem since I'm just an international student and I rather not have any such scams on my account sheet. | |||||||||

i did not authorize this purchase. I did not even know it happen until $86.93 came out of my account. Right now another $86.93 is pending on my account but i'm making sure it is not going anywhere. | |||||||||

I ordered a free premium white stick. I was to pay shipping only .That was 2 weeks ago. Today when I checked my visa I was billed $97.21.I did not buy anything nor did I give authorization for my visa tobe billed for anything. | i ordered 2 pairs of ghd's,they turned out to be fake,ive tried contacting the site but they have removed their email address,my bank will not refund the money as i paid by visa so therefore i have lost the money and the ghd's they sent are highly dangerous | |||||||||
