This company tried to set up two direct debit payments from my account, the first of £71.85 and the second of £72.30. Thankfully for me my building society (Abbey) were superb and noticing that it looked dodgy, straight away put a block on the payment. I'm really just posting this up here to shame the company and warn others not to be as naive as I was in believing this was a free trial and they just needed my card details for postage! we have paid in full for my hgv licence and all i got was an introduction pack i didn't even got the chance to have my theory test phoned them lots of times with no answers,so i went to london just to find out they have been closed by the goverment because of money fraud i have talked with my bank to see if i get my money back,i'm unemploeyed and invested all my saving so i could get a job know i have no money no job nothing.it's a disgrace something like this happened in a country like the uk.i'm gutted dont know what to do | |||||||||

| Ordered a weight loss supplement under an agreement for a free trial. Next thing I noticed is that this company charged my credit card for $86.93. Called the number listed. 877-597-7828. Found out this is the cost of the product each and every month. This was not clear since I was told it would be only P&H for the lifetime fee. This is a rip-off don't get this from them. Good luck getting your money back... waste of time. | |||||||||

Look out for another fake site www.ugg.gg. I ordered boots on 26/11/09, my card was debited immediately for more than the amount on the website. I started to have a bad feeling and tried to get in touch with them but was referred to Ugg original who confirmed that the site is a fake site. I sent various emails, threatening them with the police, and had a reply with a tracking number. I suppose I am one of the lucky ones as the boots arrived today - they are the worse fakes I have ever seen and very badly made. Clearly overpaid but as a matter of precaution, I have cancelled my debit card as very concerned that they have my card details. I wanted to give my daughter a lovely present but she's ended up with overpaid fakes! | |||||||||

| I signed up to Money Worries Debt Management as I was refused a loan to pay off £6000 of debt. They advised that if I pay £150 per month over 36 months they would pay my creditors for me. I signed up for this and started paying them. They advised me to cancel all dd and change my bank account. I have now found out that my creditors have not been paid since I took this debt managment plan out (September 2009). My creditors are now taking me to court. I am stressed and very upset about this. This company are preying on vulnerable and stressed people. | |||||||||

Ordered 2 x prs of boots in November. Sent a further email asking to amend order to 1 x size8 and 1 x size 10. No email received so phoned and spoke with Lady who said she would advise Warehouse. On 4th Dec contacted company to ask on whereabouts of goods. Advised that they were being sent out on that day. Emailed company to advise no show on delivery but got no email back! On 7/12 contacted company by phone - Lady stated that the delivery should be out today - Carrier Parcelforce. Sure enough arrived at 11.10 on this day however when opened found only 1 pr of substandard boots (Not the ones I had ordered (2 prs)). Contacted company by phone spoke to lady again and she said she would contact the warehouse and get back to me. Also sent an email to advise on what had been delivered. I have not heard from them via email or phone. Have since seen all the bad experiences people have had with company. Should I send the boots back or what should I do? | I had seen an online ad of dietary supplements which said they were sending free samples and that i had to only pay Rs. 200 as handling charges. I that time was asked for my card number. Also they had mentioned that if then I did not want the products in future to be sent to me I had to place the cancellation order within 15 days or else I would be charged UKP 69.00. I called them up and cancelled the order on 26th Oct (within 5 days of placing order). I was very surprised that i was suddenly being charged an amount of Rs. 5577.69. After this also I called them up on 11th Nov - Spoke to Anna - she promised me that someone will get in touch with me to solve the issue. Also they did not respond to my bank as well. Also if the money was charged, I have not received any product - its been almost a month now. | |||||||||

tried to use my prepayment credit card couldn't so I had a look how much was on it as there should of been enough and saw that elitepack had taken the money when I have had no dealings with them now I can't find their website it is like they have up and ran. could someone let me know if they r still about and if there is any way I would b able to get my money back. | |||||||||

| On 2nd Decmber 2009 my credit card was charged £53.86/$86.93 from a company I have never dealt with named SUP MAXFORCE(OFF Credit Card Statement - Retailer # 2524635 and Town # 877-5947828) based in the USA. I have checked this company up on internet chat sites and it was noted that they are connected to a "FREE TRAIL OF ACAI BERRY SUPLEMENTS". I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY AND I HAVE CANCELLED MY CREDIT CARD AS A RESULT. I followed a link off facebook to one of these sites offering the free trails and I applied. IT DID NOT STATE AT ANY STAGE THAT IT WAS A SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE & I DID NOT AGREE TO ANY FURTHER COSTS!!!!!!. The original bottle of Acai Berry came from a company named VIBRANT BEAUTY based in Cyprus (OFF Credit Card Statement - Retailer # 2524635 and Town # 8668237411)this cost £7.42 or $11.90, the product did come but was very poor quality. I WOULD LIKE TO CLAIM BACK MY £53.86 FROM SUP MAXFORCE AS THEY ARE OUTRIGHT SCAMMERS AND A DISGRACEFUL ORGANISATION!! THEY HAVE CHARGED ME FOR A PRODUCT I DID NOT WANT, I DID NOT ORDER AND I DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE!! THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE SHOULD BE PUT IN PRISON FOR FRAUD!! | |||||||||

| I applied for the free trial sample at a shipping only cost of £4.95. Since then at least 3 unauthorised withdrawels have been made from my credit card account of varying amounts. It seems almost impossible to contact these people. Their terms and conditions are long and complicated and seem purposely designed to defraud. | |||||||||

I signed on to try the trial period and if it worked then i would then buy the product. Who are you to say that i am satisfied with the results and wish to continue? Im the only one that can tell you if i am happy with the results and if i wish to continue using the product. I wish to be refunded the full amount that i have been charged and i will willingly return the product that you have sent! I do not want to have to discuss this further. I Was an idiot a signed up for a free scai berry free sample. Today i get an invoice in the mail charging me $82.95. I can seem to get in touch with this company anywhere. Theere INT tel number +44 203 139 9104 doesn't work, they have no email address ive contacted my credit card company and reported them but i would love to be able to contact the company myself | |||||||||

| 4 Days ago my debit card was charged twice by these unknown companies for a total amount of $156.66. Unfortunately, no phone or address or any type of contact information was given for this company and I have never heard of it before. I have now cancelled the card and am trying to track down who exactly these people are and what products they have charged me for. I am not sure if they are related to Acaiberry products I had ordered through free trial period offers from the UK (trading Planet LTd & LB Envision Net Worldwide LTd) and the US AcaiSlim Edge product that I can no longer find the website or contact details for to question whether they had overcharged charged me. Both these products took up to a month to deliver (even though they claimed it would only take 3-5 days to deliver to NZ). Then they sent a second shipment even though I had cancelled within the trial period time frame!! I will never use the a credit card or debit card over the internet again!! | |||||||||

| I bought my free trial teeth whitening from Dazzlesmile and fell for their advertising trick of $1.95 and paid £11.98 for shipping and handling cost from US. Free trial was received after 16 days of ordering. To my utter amazement when I received my bank statements I had been charged 2 payments of £54 by a company called Pristnhlth. Called my bank and asked them to stop this company taking payments from my debit account. They have told me that many people have been scammed by this company. I seriously advise people to contact their banks or credit card companies and stop the payments or cancel their cards. My bank has already told me that the money that has already been taken from the account cannot not be disputed by them. Innocent people should not be duped into these so called advertising gimmicks. Health Warning: Stay away from this company at all cost as they are a bunch of charlatans. | |||||||||

i paid my money for the gearbox to be delivered , it would be with me in 5 days . 3 days later i got a call they there was something wrong with the gearbox and they give my money back . On the 6th of Nov 2009 the money was paid only on the 12th of nov 2009 it was taken out again . I got an email saying my bank refused to allow them to return my money into my account only they (my bank ) had not stopped it . They Chadderton had put a deduction from my account for said amount to come out on the 12th . Chadderton salvage do not answer their fone or emails , I have been instructed to send one last letter to them for my money if not trading standards will get involved | |||||||||

I ordered a pair of ugg boots after spending ages online trying to find a genuine company. the website looks genuine and i have previously bought ugg boots online which are genuine. I made my order 23rd november paid through paypal. i haven't received boots yet. have received a couple of emails saying my boots have been shipped but i don't believe it! this has made me very annoyed! | |||||||||
