Myself and my partner are getting married in September 2010 and we needed extra cash and was only going to do it for a few months, so I contacted Evening Encounters and spoke to 'Justine'. She asked for me to email pictures which she said she had plenty of good feedback from and told me there was a registration fee. she kept phoning back and I honestly believed every word. I paid £375 and was told I had a date on Sunday 1 November. I was told my number would be released and I would receive a call. That day, my phone rang but when I answered it it cut off. No message was left. I then found out I had received an email from evening encounters saying the client had not been able to contact me and they had had to release another number instead. Now, everytime I have phoned to speak to Justine, she is never there or on another line. Is there anyway we can get this money back please? | |||||||||

I too have been duped by the so-called miracle weight loss pill - acai. i wanted to try the free sample and have since been charged 130.02 for one additional supply and now there is another package at the post office which i will pick up. i fear another charge will appear on my visa for this one. how does a person protect themselves from thieves like them? | |||||||||

I was told by this company that I would get work straight away and that they had clients waiting for me if I paid a one off fee of £125.00 christmas special.I deposited this money into their account and since then I have not heard anything from them and they have fefused to answer my e.mails. I feel such a fool and their promises of work has just not been true to their advertising. They were never off the phone trying to re-cruit me. For this reason I want my deposit back and IF they do find me work then I will give them their registration fee from my first earnings. | I have registered my partner with this company and paid for a 5 Day Category C (Class 2) course. I booked this through Sid Turner. He just needed the 5 day training course as he already has his provisional licence and has passed his theory test and hazard perception. I have paid for the FULL amount of £1099 but have not received a receipt for it yet. I have one for the deposit i have paid for £850 but not for the full amount. I have been assured that i will receive one in the post and on email by 3 different people including a manager, but nothing yet. I was then informed we were just waiting for dates from the DSA i have now been in touch with the DSA who had checked the company details and do not have them on record. Spoke to RHA too and they had told me that they were no longer trading with them due to unpaid invoices. I just want my money back | |||||||||

| On the 28th of November I placed an order for two pairs of Ugg boots.I received an email saying that they have been dispatched with a tracking number so that i could track on the parcel force website however the tracking number does not exist i have sent numerous emails to which i have received no reply | |||||||||

| I ordered a free trial on 20-11-2009 from PREMIERWHITENING.COM and paid £4.95 for postage which i never received,but money(£4.95 date 20-11-2009) has gone to another company ALABASTERWHITE.COM and then about two weeks later they charged it again for £158.27 date 01-12-2009, but this time again money(£158.27 date 01-12-2009) has gone to another company GLORIOUSSMILLES.COM and i still do not received anything. I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM CLAIM2GAIN (WILSON&BATEMAN) PHONE NUMBER 01253 749233 THEY SAID THEY COULD GET BACK MY BANK CHARGES IN THE PAST 6YRS AND THAT THEY NEEDED MY BANK DETAILS TO GET THE MONEY PUT BACK IN ACCOUNT BUT AFTER I GAVE THEM MY CARD DETAILS THEY TOOK 2 LOTS OF £49.99 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT I PHONED THEM AS SOON AS SURE IT HAD GONE THEY SAID WAIT TILL THE PAPER WORK COMES SEND IT BACK TO US THEN YOU WILL GET A REFUND WITHIN 30 DAYS I SENT IT BACK RECORDED DELIVERY AND THEY RECEIVED IT ON THE 27TH NOVEMBER AND I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM TO SEE WHEN I WILL GET THE MONEY BACK AND THE PHONE IS ENGADGED OR THE PHONE CUTS OFF AFTER 10SECS COULD ANYONE GIVE ME ADVISE ON HOW TO GET MY MONEY BACK AS I CANT AFFORD TO BE OUT OFF POCKET THE £99.99 | |||||||||

I ordered a (so-called) free sample of tooth whitener after seeing it advertised on MSN. I paid a small fee for shipping with a credit card, and now they have billed my credit card for three extra items,"betterdtox" (£30.21),"beutyclub" (£7.34)and "SUP*SMILEBRIGHT" (£54.10). This is a total of £91.65 for items never ordered or yet received. I do not want them or any others. PLease cancel and refund. G Foulis. | |||||||||

| Appllied for a free trial in Oct 09, credit card was debitted £7.50 received the goods that did not work. On 6 Nov 09 was debitted a further charge of £54.63, had to wait all weekend to eventually phone them up on the 9th Nov 09 which I did and received a cancellation email along with seperate return instructions. I followed the instructions to the letter and even sent my parcel via return delivery which when I went onto the Royal mail website, it told me that my parcel had been delivered on the 12 Nov 09 and that within 10 business days my refund would be processed but to date nothing at all has been credited back to my account and I can no longer contact Dazzlesmile to ask them what is happening with my refund. Since then a further debit of £15.02 with a reference of SUP*WORLDFIT OH 24.13 USD @ 1.6065, has been taken from my credit card and with no way of knowing who this company is now as I only signed up for one trial and that was cancelled within the specified time period. I have gone onto my bankers to try and claim back my money but I am currently playing a waiting game. Please advise at your earliest conveinance. Kind Regards | |||||||||

Sup*maxforce charged my bank account with a $43.00 charge and I haven't recieved anything from this company which is alittle convient because I don't even have an account with this company.The charge showed up on my account on the 7th of december and I don't have the money in my account to cover it.So now my account is accumulating an $8.00 a day charge for something that I never even seen before.I am a soldier in Afganistan and I have no way to make this rite so I am hoping that the people who done this will make it rite. The last time I looked at my account it was overdrafted by $106.00 and it is going to keep charging my account $8.00 aday and I feel that it is Sup*maxforce that is responsible for the payment. | |||||||||

| Ok once was enough but now i have been charged again for another amount six days later??? What sort of con is this?? I want both of my refunds given back as soon as possible!!! | I have been charged for a product that i do not wish to buy! It said trial period not you have to buy it period so i want a refund! There was also another transaction come out six days later. Company took AGAIN from my account money ( this time 2 * 119,02 USD = total 238,04 USD) for things I never had ordered and never got, and do not want to get never. Now total amount they took in one month is 972,45 USD !!! | |||||||||
