| I recently checked my internet banking and realised smile finance have taken money from my account unauthorised although i have had payday loans i have'nt had any dealings with smile finance so you can imagine how i angry i feel as i am struggling with money at the moment,all i ask is for smile finance to refund the money immediately and dispose of my card details. | |||||||||

| 30.03.2013 I bought Vauxhall Zafira 1.9 CDTi 150 Diesel CRD Design, number plate 56 from Evans Halshaw Mansfield Citroen. It was part exchange. I trade in my Toyota Yaris 2003 1litre petrol four door car. First of all we have to spend all day at their premises with 2 little kids as salesman every 5 minutes disappeared for 20-30 minutes somewhere. We have been told price for our car right at the end when we where exhaust and it was very low. But as we spend all day there already we agreed. After 15 days of having Vauhall Zafira on school runs amber light on panel came up. I checked in manual and it said exhaust. I decided to wait till my husband will come home and then decide what to do. But I still needed to pick up kids. On the way home car lost power and black smoke came out. I stopped and called recovery. Mechanic checked car and told me to give it back as it not reliable. Fault code present P2279 turbo charged. Pressure not possible. Intermitten mechanical engine rattle. As I had it only for 15 days I rung Evans Halshaw and said I want to return car. i have been told I cant do it as warranty has been explained to me and it does not covers it. I contacted Citizen Advize and they advised me write letter and send it recorded delivery. Before that I contacted dealership principal Robert Hamilton on the phone and said that I want to use my statutory rights and have been told that it does not work like that and that they going to look at the vehicle and then tell me what they can offer. After they received my letter I had phone call that they refuse to refund me but did not offered any other remedy. They said Sales of Goods Act 1979 does not work like that with used cars. They wanted to have a look at car. Car pick up has been arranged for 22.04.2013 I received emai and txt confirmation about it but car has not been collected today 25.04.13 nobody contacted me about it. They contacted garage where car is saying they do not have track for it as car cant be driven and I live in Grantham they are in Mansfield. I contacted Citizen Advize and they advised to send final letter asking for refund and warning that legal actions will be taken if I do not receive refund as no remedy has been offered. I posted this letter yesterday recorded deliver. I am thinking to write to head office to let them know about my complain. I am really desperate as I need car to do school runs. That the reason why I have car. I told them that I need car urgently and they just stretching time. Any advise will be much appreciate. | |||||||||

| I contacted Enkhanz, and spoke to their director for a few accessories for my Range Rover, I first asked them if they can carry out an upgrade to my existing headlights, The cheapest i found it was £399 on ebay. I provided the company details to them for the listing of £399 headlights, and they immediately diminished that company by quoting they will use cheap material, cheap lights, i should send the job to himself at Enkhanz for the best result and he will also beat the price by £50. I acted on his reply as i wanted to save £50, he then charged me shipping, to send the lights out that cost another £20, and he then once receiving the lights emailed me to say if i dont pay for returns shipping of £20 he wont send it back, So i paid another £20, making me save £10! As well as that i purchased a bumper piece from him with 2 led lights to fit into it, for £450. He posted the bumper out, and led lights for bumper was perfect, we fitted it professionally was ok. He then shipped the headlights, 1 weeks after the agreed returns date, and 2 errors, first one of the led lights wasnt working, second, he promised to paint the interior of the lights like the ebay listing and he failed to do so. I rang to have this problem rectified, and his colleagues said he is on holiday and they will send me a bulb for me to have it repaired, cost me £80 by having an electrical specialist to fit it, this electrical specialist also said the job they did is poor, where they should solder the electrical wires they used tape and glue. on 22nd April the led lights on the bumper has 5 led bulbs, 2 started flickering, i showed it to my electrical specialist and they said its a poor led kit and i need a replacement kit to rectify it, the cost to have that fitted will be, new lights plus £40 I rang Naveed Khan and no reply, i have sent him txts, voicemail, no reply. This is someone who tweets 24/7 and updates his stats on facebook but cant reply to a complaint or a botched job, I am hoping he has the decency to rectify my problems and credit me. If you are looking to save money and use his company Enkhanz, Please pay a little extra and take it to a specialist. I also remember having a conversation with him about me purchasing body styling parts from a highly respected company called Project Khan, please do not confuse the 2 companies, he also diminished them, saying they are good for wheels, but not good for body parts! | |||||||||

| I am disgusted and angry to see this company has taken £68.99 from my bank account they are a con and should not be allowed to do this sort of thing to people. They say they can help you! all they have done is put me in a worse predicument they have taken money that should have paid my rent I NEED THIS MONEY BACK! | |||||||||

| my car had an oil leak in dec 2012 i took it to halfords as that is where my warrenty company sent me the team valley gateshead branch they said my turbo had gone £500 paid by warrenty company and 700 by me the day i got it back on the way home i began to feel faint and sick i realised fumes were leaking in my car so i took it back the mechanic just said he had not fitted the turbo properly and did the work again for me in ther process he broke an oil sensor a few weeks after christmas now we are into 2013! my car began to leak oil again i took it back to halfords who said this time it was a seal that had gone, a few weeks later it leaked yet again so ii took it to gateshead metrocentre branch they said the seal had gone again and to fix it they took off the gear box,a week or so after shopping at tesco my car conked out and i was recovered by the AA it was the engine that had come loose off its mounts and broken several bits so i called gateshead branch of halfords who said it was not their problem so i asked for someone higher up chris travis general regional manager he said they should have done a proper job and would take my car back in give me a courtesy car and when i got it back it would be like a formula one car,4 weeks later i get a call to say my car is ready they will drop it off at work 4 me but on the way up it conks out now apparently a gasket has gone a week later they do drop it off with the first work invopice i ever had off them! now my car is making a rumbeling noise and the rear wiper wont work it was not like that when it went in, now chris is not anwsering my calls and i still have had no compensation back i am calling trading standards and maybe vosa they should not be allowed to work on cars | |||||||||
