| I RECENTLY WENT TO THE BANK TO WITHDRAW MY FUNDS AND I WAS TOLD I HAVE NO CREDIT I ASKED FOR A STATEMENT WHICH HAD A £69 DEBIT FROM THE ACCOUNT LOANSPLUSMORE BEING RESPONSIBLE. I WENT TO LOANSPLUSMORE WEBSITE AND ASKED HOW I GET IT BACK THEY TOLD ME TO SEND A LETTER TO THEM BY FREEPOST SO I HAVE THAT WAS 4 DAYS AGO. I HOPE I GET IT BACK. I WAS THINKING ABOUT MY TIME I HAVE WENT WITH NO MONEY TO SUPPORT MYSELF COULD I BE LIABLE TO COMPENSATION. I ONLY WANT MY MONEY BACK BUT I DONT KNOW HOW LONG I WILL BE WAITING. | |||||||||

| I had been looking around for a few loans and completed a few applications with a few companies, but NEVER paid anything to them and cancelled before any transactions could be made. This 'Green leaf' finance crap is pissing me off because I have NEVER inquired about any loan with them. In fact I only knew I'd been scammed when I checked my bank statement online and noticed I had less money in my account than I'd recently summarized/worked out. | |||||||||

| on the 30/10/2012 at 11:57 i recieved a call from rightfinancial offering me a loan seen as i had no money at the time she said that i had been accpeted and that i just needed to wait for lenders to contact me about loans> since monday 5th of november they had been trying to take 69>95 out my bank without my aunthoristaion, today i went to a cash point and was left with 0.74 to my name until next friday. i rang co-op bank and taold them my situation and that then told me that right financial had been constatntly been into my account trying to get this money. i would like a refund as soon as possible as i have a 4month old baby boy who will go without formula and food< becuase of this con> if you wish to contact me then please do on my email address which is uniw0rk2010live.co.uk | |||||||||

| rented a town home and lived there for 8 months and had our deposit held due scuff walls and dirty carpet .amazing when we moved in we asked for them to paint the walls due to all the scuffs on the walls and they said no. now they want to charge for this . i would never use this company for any of there services or ever rent from this property company the mans name is Mike Morawski. horrable business man that we will see in court | |||||||||

| I had a phone call from a company called loans for you. They told me I could have a loan for £1500 over 18 months. They sent me a contract by e mail and it says I had to pay the first months instalment of £90 then they would deposit the funds into my account up to half hour after they receive it. Well they said it wasn't showing up on their account I had to wait 48hrs. Then when I finally spoke to them again they said its all ok, it wasn't. They then said cos I had bad credit rating the banks bbp put a stop on it and I could get round this by paying an insurance of £139. I paid this and was told I would get the payment by half six that day. Well I'm still waiting. When I try to call they don't answer but when I ring from different number they do but then when they realise its me they put me on hold and I wait for ages and noone comes back to talk to me. I'm in bits over this as I had to borrow the cash from my mum thinking I would be able to pay it back. Now I have nothing I really don't know what to do. The person I normally talk to is Paul jones if that's his real name, and a nancy who is meant to be a manager. I have a company number and a contract so I thought it was all legal. I guess I been ripped off but is there anything I can do... Please help thank you | |||||||||

| I got directed to this site while I was looking for a payday loan they took £69.99 from my account and when I went on to the membership section they told me to click on a lenders link to complete my loan I did this and it did nothing I then tried to send them an e mail but this would not work then they cancelled my membership so that I could not get a loan at all when I checked the address they claim to be trading from I found it was a scruffy street in Speke Liverpool and No 47 does not seem to exist do not be fooled by this scam as I was I could not afford to lose £69.99 as I am sure most people cant in fact to be safe do not apply to any loan companies online I certainly wont ever again | |||||||||

| I was contacted by you on the 19th September 2011 with regards to claiming PPI; I agreed to your terms and have done everything that you have asked. I initially paid you £719.96 to complete this on my behalf; on the 29th September you took 6 x payments of £599.98 = £2’999.90 When i contacted you about this I was told the money was taken to be used on your voucher scheme, Which was supposed to take twelve weeks and as each individual claim was settled a payment of £ 599.98 would be refunded, this has not happened. I was also told that any interest occurred would be refunded, later to be told that I was misled by one of your managers. I have phoned your department on numerous occasions and have being given various excuses, your voucher scheme line does not work, all enquires have to go through your 0844 669 333 line. I have been told to phone Ultimate Law who you claim are dealing with my claim they have no knowledge and state that they have returned all paper work to you I put your fees on a credit card which has cost me more in interest than I have received in various settlements that you have obtained. I believe that you are in breach of contract and have not provided the service that you initially promised. I would grateful if someone can look into this as at present I have paid you a total of £ 3’719.86. Every time I speak to anyone with regards’ to my situation you send me another set of forms to fill in for settlements that I have previously received can someone sought this out asap | |||||||||

| I am in the same boat as most of you, lifestyle claims told me that i had ppi and took a sum of £359.98 to proceed with 5 claims, this was back in dec2011. they continued and took another £2399.92 from my credit card account, which i have been trying desperatly to get back for some time now. Today however fri 9 nov 2012 i rang them yet again as i had not heard or received anything from them, only to be told from someone at the end of the phone that i was now speaking to a different company and that lifestyle claims has gone into administration. this new company told me that they will pursue any ppi and that lifestyle claims admin should refund my £2759.90. Will i ever see my money again. I just dont know what do do next the stress is making me ill | |||||||||

| I was in the need for some money as had a bad month with a lot of unexpected things coming out of my bank, I thought to look online and see if I could get a small loan. I got a phone call from akm uk essentials who took me through the procedure, after taking down a lot of details they said you have been approved for a loan, they said we will only take money when your loan has paid out, I got told to check my emails and choose a provider I wanted to use. After choosing one I then had to out in all my details again only to be told I had failed and could not get the loan, so I left it at that...I was struggling and called a favour in from my dad who kindly helped me out, I borrowed just enough to pay off what I had to pay exact to the penny, well although I thought. Checked my bank today and £79.00 had been taking from akm uk essentials, I had not got a loan so this is outrageous, I have now missed an important payment and will be looking to take this further if I don't get my money back ASAP...I'm skeptical about these things and luckily recorded the conversation where they state they don't take money until I recieve a loan, I asked the lady this question twice to make sure I had it recorded. | |||||||||

| Signed an authorisation form online and was informed i was to be contacted by available lenders in the next 10 days. I rang the company up and they said that I would get a call in the next few working days from a lender. It has been a month now and havn't heard anything from the company and also couldn't find a contact number on their website. | Loansplusmore isn't a company I am familiar with yet they have taken £69 from my bank account without me knowing. On searching Google I found literally 100's of pages from people in the same situation. It amazes me how a supposedly FSA regulated loan brokerage can keep doing this and get away with it. I have emailed them twice now as I have no credit to call them as they took the last of my money. I have recently been laid off from work so money is super tight especially as I have 3 children. I would love to hear from anyone else in the same situation as I've been told by my legal rep that if I found a few other people in this situation then they would be happy to bring legal proceeding against loansplusmore which could end in a compensation claim on top of them having to return the money they stole from us. | |||||||||
