I saw Acai Burn extreme advert come up on my computer along with Colon Cleanse Elite as free 14 day trials for weight loss for men, stupidly I agreed to try them.

The company dont tell you that the free trial is only free if you cancel otherwise you get charged for the trial and then every month after that if you dont cancel. I have been trying to cancel both supplements as I have received nothing except the free trial bottles some 12 days after the order, but my Credit card has been charged £200 plus already and the Credit Card company can do nothing about it because it is a so called Guaranteed transaction so cannot be stopped. I am awaiting the Credit Card companies response to their investigations.

The company is based in China so is very difficult to contact and replies to emails using auto responses under various gmail accounts that clearly have no person at the other end. With no way to contact them you cannot cancel the payments or orders, please be very wary as the exact same products are available at a well known auction site for 10% of the cost.

i cancelled my acaiburn contract in april 2009

after many emails and replies, from ACAIBURN saying no more money would be taken from my account! but up until june money was still being taken from my account! WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!

THE ONLY REPLIES I EVER RECIEVED WHERE ASKING ME TO CONTCT A FREEPHONE NUMBER WHICH THEY INSISTED WAS A UKNUMBER! BUT IS IS AN INTERNATIONAL NUMBER UNACCESSABLE FROM MY TELEPHONE

Ordered 4 DVDS. When checking credit card statement noticed they were charging a monthly membership fee of 56.99 per month. Not advised of this and taking money without my authorisation out of my credit card.

This company charged four lots of unsolicited goods to my credit card without approval, I would like a complete refund of all monies and for them to stop sending goods  items to me.

I sent off for the free trail and paid for the postage to the uk.

Then i looked at my bank statement and saw two payments taken for the amounts of £73  and £40 plus on 25/08/2009 without my consent. and the product is rubbish!!! I want my money back as soon as possible. can someone give me the telephone number and address to write a letter of complaint??? i am NOT amused !!! i have no money as it is !!! the stealing Bastards !!!!! Please help !!!!

Sent for free sample, sample came without any literature was not sure about product so phoned and cancelled so that no more would be sent never received any more but was charged £148.58 on my visa bill when i  phoned was told there was nothing i could do

I paid £6 for a month trial and be2.com without my autorisation took a further £119.54 without my knowledge and signed me up for a premium membership. Can they take my money without my authorisation? But now I get the reports the website is a fake ? please help what should do?

i was advised by Wentworth i had been approved for a £10000.00 loan from one of there lenders at a rate of 15.9% they confirmed the amount of monthly payments and the term and even stated that i would not be charged any early repayment charges if i decided to settle early, they sent out a list of loan figures that corrosponded with what i had been told on the phone and i also asked the man on the phone if the loan was definitly approved as i was dubious about paying the fee, he swore the loan had definitly been approved at the rate stated and it would be in my account within 10 days of returning my paperwor  all i had to do was pay £59.00 brokers fee for their services in finding me the loan. i made the payment then received paperwork from ralph Marlon LTD with an application form, when that was returned i received a txt to say they were contacting other lenders on my behalf, i then received loan confirmation from a company called FLM offering me a loan for £3000.00 at a rate of 53.9%. i would never have paid the money if i had not have been assured by the guy at wentworth that my loan of £10000.00 at a rate of 15.9% had already been approved all 3 companys are part of 1 i have reserched them on the net it is all a SCAM!!!!

Wish I'd found this website before I placed an order!  Order perfume on 7 June 2009 and received email on 10 June to say dispatched.  To cut a long story short, after lots of emails and lots of promises, still waiting on refund.  This Chris guy said he had sent perfume and blamed Royal Mail - I also asked for tracking references etc.  He said he had sent refund cheque out and would also give a £5 separate cheque for inconvenience - not received anything.  Much the same story as others who are still waiting on being refunded.  Most recent email received today said it will be approx 56 days before I get cheque due to large volume of customers to be refunded - ha ha - he is a joke.  I have advised him I will be taking legal action if he doesn't get his finger out and refund me.  He said his address is 42 Glenloch Drive, Clifton, Nottingham, NG11  9AH.  If anyone gets a refund from this crook I will be very surprised.

This company is Engine warehouse and is advertising its website as  Reconditioned engines, the same cowboys  do not go near them, THEY DO NOT recondition your engine, they put the quote up once your engine is in pieces and will bully and haress you untill you pay £700 to get your car back. with the engine in pieces in the boot.

They have threatened to scrap our car if we do not pay the £700, they also threaten a  fee of £10.00 aday for storing the car in warehouse which we have no proof of. other ripped of customers have been charged £15.00 a day.

This website was posted on ABC7 news in july as some sites to go to for book selling i wish they would post them as a site that rips people off also, anyways,I sent 30 books to this company 08/19/09 and they said i would receive payment upon receipt in my paypal account i have received nothing. I emailed my emailed came back returned as failure and the website is now on a placeholder by dreamcast. This is frustrating this was a new business i started for my children. Any help would be appreciated.

Purchased engine for €914.00 from Chadderton Salvage.  Completely the wrong engine sent.  Advised them asap.  Wanted a refund and to take engine back.  Rang them numerous times and sent many emails.  None of which were answered or replied to once the sale had gone through.  Spoke to John Johnson the manager said he would sort this but didn't, so started dealing with Sharon.  Said she would sort it.  But still nothing.  She told me they had a problem and to ring my credit card company.  I did so but not able to help only to log a dispute & make a complaint.  Also she said I was blinkered and didn't understand and hung up. Back to John again who just wont ring me back.  5 weeks on and nothing has changed.  I have waisted a lot of time and energy not to mention the cost ringing from Ireland.  This is outragous and no way to do business. Stay well away.

I ordered this product - the ad said it would be shippedout immediately - it is now Sept 6 NO ORDER RECEIVED. I'm feeling that something is wrong here and would like to address it before it progresses to something bigger. Charges on my account are billed "Vitality Clean"

Bought a gazebo, followed the instructions for erecting and as we had the gazebo on our patio, we couldn't peg it down so we used the supplied guy ropes to secure it to trees and our house.  It lasted 3 days and then with overnight rain, it crumpled.  Camping World have told us that their tent and gazebo poles are not covered by a warranty.  They also told us that we erected it incorrectly and that it is our fault the gazebo did not live up to expectation.  No where do the instructions mention weighting the gazebo and the pictures on the website show no guy ropes or weights on the legs anyway.  We have been offered NO OFFER OF REPAIR, REPLACEMENT or REFUND.  Steer clear of this company and certainly of this product.

In may 2009 I received a phone call from "claimed4u"( apparently that was the name of the company), this guy named curtis gave me information about the kind of thing they would for people who had taken any finance or credit cards before april 2007, certainly it did apply to me and he assured me that they would sort everything out if not i would get a refund,my case was given to someone called sarah, who sent me some documents in which i have to give full details of my credit cards, also signing to authorize them to deal with the card company, i sent everything back to her spoke to her on the phone the same day, and she said , i just to wait and she'd be in touch... IT NEVER HAPPENED! i have been trying to call them but there is either no answer or the phone is engaged.. I would like to know where and how i can make a formal complaint about this people , if anyone knows please let me know.

Money was taken from my bank account by SAGE PAY to HEADSHOP...site promises next day delivery and recorded post via royal mail..no tracking no. for royal mail given..cannot contact them by phone number given...times out after 6 mins. no answer to emails...I've been ripped off basically by this Rogue company...I've lost my money, they have my bank card number now,  VISA debit card so am worried they have access to my bank account too...SAGE PAY !!! cannot be contacted and provide no way to, just sstate to contact seller, which is impossible

I bought a PSP (play sation2) on ebay the 21st of july 2009, and I payed 160 Australian Dollars (133.23USD) for it, the seller sent me a small camera for psp with a bill of 83.43AUS which is confusing.

I recieved this item the 5th of august and I sent it back to the seller the same day with first class us postal.

I contacted by the seller for the first time by email mentionning that it's not the item I was expecting, he answered that it was clairly  said that it's an accessoriy for a psp not a psp.

I openned a claim with paypal in order to get a refund , and I sent several emails to the seller asking for a refund after he recieved the item back but he never answered my  next emails. The seller told paypal that he didn't reciev his item back.

It's unfear because I was trying to buy a gift for my friend's son. but I got no item and no refund from this seller.

Placed order for Acai Berry & Life Cleanse as a free trial for 28 days and gave my debit card details for postage of £3.65.

I didn't receive the items until 24th August and then discovered that a total of £151.72 had been deducted from my account.

I request that this amount is returned to me.
