I was looking on the leeds festival website for weekend tickets, but they were sold out, so i clicked on a link on the official leeds website so i started to put in my details and orderd them. 2 weeks later i got a phone call from the website and i had put in some wrong information on the order, so i gave him the correct information and the payment went throught. So i waited for the tickets to arrive a week before the gig and they never turned up, so i went to the festival anyway to see if my conformation form will work, but they never heard of ticket-mate so i never went into the gig. It was a waste off a weekend but most importantly a waste of money.

please help me out it will be most helpfull

Hi, I received a free sample which they were advertising just had to pay postage for £3.99.  Recieved free sample, 2 weeks later sent me out another bottle which i had not requested and charged me £75.10 through my bank debit account.

In february 2009 sent them £49 fee for loan no loan phone calls and letters still no loan or fee back then they sent me a letter with forms to fill and send to a credit check for which I have to pay wrtting to them again hope to get a reply.

i recieved an email offering a free sample of whitening toothpaste with only p.p to pay wich ended up £9.oo,i got the sample and ever since then they have been taking £51.oo out of my bank account every week,im trying to get in touch with them to tel them to stop,i have two kids and need that money.

I took advantage of a free trial for Acai Berry, for the cost of the postage £3.95 only to have £75.34 taken from my account.

I have contacted the company who supplied the goods, Trading Planet Ltd on +44 203 1399104 and spoke to customer services who said no future payments will be taken but the that the £75.34 can't be refunded.

I wait to see if any further funds are taken but would like my £75 back!

I ordered a trial pack of Acai Berry Detox for which I was aware of being charged for postage only. A few days later, another pack arrived by mail, containing no invoice or other paperwork. I though it had been a double up order so did not worry about it. I have not used either of the packs. Today, in the mail I received another pack along with an invoice for the full amount. When I checked my credit card ststement, I had been charged full price for the 2nd and 3rd packs. The first charge was made much later than I had received the second apck. I phoned my bank straight away and they advised that I had to contact the company to stop debits. I have had no luck in searching for an email address as there is none on the invoice. I did try to call international but was advised the number was disconnected. I really want my money back. What a rip off! If the amount had been charged immediately to me card, I would have realised sooner and gone through the process then.

I purchased the free trial acai burn and got charged 119.02 extra on a different date. The tabs are not what they say they are anyway. This add comes up on nearly all advertising sites.

I ordered 2 pairs of straightners at this site and received a email stateing they had taken more money than was ment and i could not find any contact numbers.  so i rang the bank they said the company had already taken 1 payment before the card was cancled, and had tried to take 3 other payments. Im not holding my breath on actually receving the goods now! especialy after readding the other complaints on this site, if i only found it earlyer.

ordering 2 products on the internet called ACAi Berry & Life Cleanse I was to be charged 3.99 GBP for shipping.  Two weeks later when more product arrived that I had not ordered I refused delivery.  Today I received my credit card statment to find that it had been billed twice, once on August 04/09 $130.83 for Natureberry (ACAI Berry) and $130.83 for Life Cleanse.  Then on August 19/09 my credit card was charged again.  This time two charges at $133.30 one for Natureberry (ACAI Berry)  and again for Life cleanse.  I immediately informed my credit card company that I had not authorized these charges and they are investigating.  This company needs to be stopped.  Unsuspecting  individuals are being ripped of for hundreds of dollars.

I will not rest until my money, all of it is returned to me...  Be assured .

on the 3rd of august i payed for a free trail of natureberry pills but on the 17th of august i was charged 74.09 for more pills which i never got i would like this money returned to my bank account i did not agree to this paynent bieng took out of my bank

I saw on internet acaibery weight loss program, on their website they have shown free trial in which a customer has to pay £4.99 shipping charges, Which I paid on 31st july. On 19th august they deducted £76 from my account without my permission. Then again 26th of august 2009 they took £ 76 again from my account. I received the second delivery on 1st september, 2009. Their were no terms and conditions listed on the site of the company. The company is now saying that as you dont returned us back the item within 15 days so thats the reason we have deducted £152 from your account. This is defenitely a geniune scam, and i want my atleast last payment of £76 to be refunded.

Hi, Please all be aware that this bunch of professional fraudsters are now using the comapny name 'Partner You'. Don't touch them! Does anyone know a genuine agency?

On 22-7-09 I ordered trial of Acaiburn before I was due to go on my holidays,I recieved the trial pack and was charged £9.28GBP which was supposed to be free.This was a small amount paid so I didn't mind then 3wks later recieved another 3 tub's of acaiburn which when checking my bank statements I have been charged another £79.00GBP in total over the space of two weeks and I am not happy as I didnt even take the tablets.So i now have 3 tubs unopened and I am £79.00 out of pocket for something I am not going to use!!!!....I really want a refund and I will return the three unopened tubs!!

i placed order on 1st august 09 and have fobbed with excuse after excuse and still no goods or refund. have had 5 emails ignored says goods have dispatched on 25th august but nothing has came. it may not be a large amount of money but you still expect the goods

hi i want to let everyone one about this company my husband used chadderton salvage to purchase an engine which he paid £845.25 on his card over the phone, he was told seven to ten days delivery to which it never arrived, but we did receive a receipt, After the ten days he phoned every other day and they said it had just been dispatched every time, on the 31st of july i telephoned for a refund i was told to send an email and i would get a refund within 3 to 5 days this never happened, in total over the next 3 weeks i have telephoned them about 30 times mostly speaking to a lady called sharon who deals with there accounts (badly) she has promised on numerous occassions to refund then used excuses like that the bank refused it, none of which is true, she never returns your call when she says she will,on one occassion she told me they had my card number wrong as when you place an order your details are written on a piece of paper but they took the money ok... on friday 28/08/09 when i rang i was told to go to my bank and do a chargeback, my bank is already involved but i wish to stop people becoming the next person to get nothing but a receipt for £845.25 and a whole lot of stress and upset. i am now in the process of cancelling my husbands card details as they have a copy on a piece of paper as they said and if this is true these could fall into the wrong hands so please be cautious when using this company. in fact i wouldn,t advice anyone to use them....

I applied for a free trial for these tablets and today was charged £31.62. I have looked everywhere for a telephone number to cancel them but have found nothing. After reading about this I have found it was a fraudulent company and I want to claim my money back. the charge on my bank statement shows this : Natureberry, 50.00, XR 1.58128, CD 0345. I was told by my bank I cant cancel the card as the details will change over with the new card details. I phoned viv3 and cancelled and was told they have both been cancelled but didn't know anything about FWM Laboratories who is named on the acia berry detox bottle so am a bit confused as to whether I will still be charged for the acia berry even though I was told they have both been cancelled!

I have also put a claim in with IC3 official internet complaints and claims - https://complaint.ic3.gov/ctf.aspx, I got this from a link at Florida attourney generlas website so I know this is genuine...

I recommend you all do this too as the more complaints the better to get something sorted for each of you too.

I signed up for a free trial for some detox and cleansing pills.  All fine just pay the postage, if they are no good only last a few quid.

One month later I get another £158 taken from my account (and have not received anything to show for it!).  I called the company, initially to have not one answer the phone for the first few days, then to be told their conmputers are down for the next 3 days and when I do finally get through, I am told it is basically my hard luck that I did not read the T & C's (which I did not see this on), which may give them a reason not to refund my money (not a good enough one though), but does not explain why I have not received anything.

I also asked them if I could speak to a manager, to be told that No that was not possible.  All e-mails are returned asking you to call them.  When asked for a complaints procedure I was told there was nothing they could do.

Looking on the internet I have seen there are about 5-8 complaints a day posted about this company and that they are closed to being removed from the Companies House Register, but has anyone got any advise how I go about getting my money back?

DO NOT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY

We purchased our new build property December 2006. The bathroom did not contain a shower however on discussions with the sales rep and workman on site we were advised that this could be fitted easily. A few months later we arranged for a private plumber to fit the shower and tiled the walls and floor. Early this year we noticed the tiles were starting to lift, on further inspection we noticed that this was due to a leak from the bath. On reporting this to gladedale a plumber was visited the house he confirmed that the leak was coming from the bath however despite admitting that this was there fault gladedale refused to pay for the damage. Two inderpendent plumbers have confirmed that this is due to the bath not being sealed upon instalation and our insurance company have advised that they wont pay out due to this being gladedales fault. Following a series of correspondance Gladedale have advised that the bath was never supposed to have a shower over it and the bath was never sealed, at no time were we advised of this infact we were told the opposite on a number of occasions. At the end of Aug Gladedale sent the site manager out, he confirmed that the damage was caused by the leak and that he would be recommending that the work is funded and completed. however 2 days later we received an email saying the opposite. we have now arranged for the work to be done privately and will be trying everything possible to claim the payments back. In addition to this issue we have now been advised that our central heating boiler has not been installed correctly putting our home at server risk of carbon monoxide. Today 02/10/09 our central heating went off on calling british gas they fixed the problem however when completing various testes they noticed that the flu pipe has not been secured and easily slides back and forwards, more seriously they advised that the flu has not been fitted to the boiler which as a result means that the carbon monoxide gas is going into the pipe and may be leaking back out again, the gas man said 'your at serious risk and its a wonder there hasnt been an explosion' Gladedale have been out a few times in the last couple of years regarding the flu pipe and advised us in June that this has been fixed.

in a nut shell bought a cer form welcome which was a rip off the car was a s plate  rover 400 which was worth around £2000-£3000 at the time 2001! they set up a car loan for £6500 grand !! with monthly repayments of £279 for 4 years  this banger! during paying for the car they offered me a loan of 14000 to pay off for that loan and subsequently made me top up the loan 3 times!! which now stands at £27000!! which i am paying a whopping 455.68 a month!! now for the last year i have been trying to claim my ppi off thes cowboys to no avail my solicitors are still fighting these creeps becaus ethey know they owe me thousands of pounds in ppi charges and interest. whoever reads this before u take out a loan with welcome  jump off the nearest bridge first!!! honestly death is better than dealing with unwelcome finance!!!
