I received a call inJanuary from a distributor (Mobiles4Free) on behalf of 3.
During the initial call, Mobiles4Free positioned themselves as working on behalf of O2. They assured me that I would have a two week cooling off period within which to use the handset.  If I didn't like it, I would be able to simply send it back and the contract would be cancelled. At no time was I informed that if I used the phone during this two week period that I would be tied into the full 18 month contract.
I called 3 from the handset as they'd taken payment for insurance which I hadn't requested.
I sent the handset back within the 14 days with a covering note and didn't hear anything back.

I then began receiving bills from 3 and my details were passed onto ATD Debt collectors. The handset was received at the distributor and 3 were arranging for the handset to be sent back to me. It was supposed to arrive in May but it never did. 3 then weren't aware it wasn't sent back to me and then said I wouldn't be able to receive the handset back until I paid off the full contract payment.

I don't intend to use the handset, I was missold the product as my O2 contract was up for renewal hence the renewal with what I thought was O2.

I've written many letters, phoned 3 on numerous occasions which has pushed my O2 bill through the roof and still nothing has been resolved.

I don't care about not getting the handset back, but I don't want debt collectors contacting me therefore giving me a bad credit rating and I don't want to lose £800 for a large company being anal about misselling a product and admitting they are in the wrong.

I've received bad customer care from 3. I've been patronised by Mobiles4Free whenevr I've queried having the handset sent back. I've been called to point of harrassment by the ATD Debt collectors.
I'm unable to rest without having one of the companies calling me for payment.

It's not just the customers who arn't treated well at signet group, so are the staff, i recently left signet group as a sales associate for a much better job, upon my last paycheck i realised i was deducted £160 for holiday, wasn't paid for overtime in May, when I was leaving in July! When studying my old payslips i noticed I had been deducted £91 for taking two days ill in January and was given back only £45 the next pay check! So i wasn't paid for only one day sick WHICH IS ILLEGAL TO DO.

I phoned up our head office as it was not my managers fault (she's a lovely woman and I miss her very much) only to find out I am not going to get any of this money except £55 for the over time in May

They will be recieving a letter from my employment lawyer

I was tricked by agreeing to a trial sample of Acai berry tablets.Subsequently found out that you had to cancel within 15 days when they charged my credit card £73.86. Had difficulty finding the company as I had recieved no e-mail but did succeed - RING 0203 1399104 they had my details and say subscription is now cancelled

I went to the Harley Medical Group Clinic Birmingham for a free consultation last year September 2008, I went because I suffer with oily skin. I only used to get the odd one or two spots at the very most. The nurse said to me the best treatment for my skin would be the agera skin peels and the medical microdermabrasion and for best results I would need a course of 6. I decided to go for the skin peels as she said that would be the best one for oily skin. Almost a year later my skin is now covered in spots, I MEAN COVERED! Where as before I only had one or two spots and my skin is still as oily if not more. What  makes it even worse is that I have since been told by three other medical professionals is that I didn't need the skin peels because my skin was no where near bad enough and also I was far too young to have them done as I am only 22 and I was only 21 when I had them done. I have since tried to get in contact with the hmg on more than one occasion to see if they can help my skin get back to the way it was and because they are having no more money off me they simply don't want to know. I have had no reply. So almost a thousand pounds later of my money all I have got to show for it is acne or very bad breakouts. I am ashamed to leave the house because my skin has got that bad. They really shouldn't be giving people these treatments if they are making peoples skin worse. To be honest I just want to name and shame them, money back will help , but if im being 100% honest I just wish I could turn back time and never have had it done.

i ordered a free trial of acai berry detox and life cleanse. i tried to email the company to stop any further products because all the products did was make me feek sick. The emails kept bouncing bcak, when i eventually found a telephone number i was assured that the order had been cancelled and was given a cancellation number. I then noticed that they had debited a total of $300.oo in total from my credit card after i had cancelled the order. when i telephoned they gave the speil that if the customer doesn't contact before 15 days then the customer is charged full price for product. when i said that it was nearly impossible to contact the company and that the emails bounce bakc they just reieterated the whole company speil and lies.i have cancelled my credit card to ensure that they cannot illeaglly steal any more money from me.

This company should be shut down.

Company states 30 day free trial I paid by debit card X2 post and packing.  16 days later the took £74.28 X2 from my account without any authorization from me and I called them and spoke to a very rude man who wouldn't help me said manager doesn't deal with people and I cancelled with with company to which he said he has done but I'm not sure they make take money out of my bank anytime they want.  I'm a single parent and cannot afford them doing this.

i logged for free sample of acai berry detox, fat burner product and i was asked for only shippment charges ie will be charged ie about rs200/- in indian rupees, now yeterday i received a message claiming that transaction of usd 119.02 has been charged from my account regarding the same product. kindly provide me the contact no. so that i can cancell this and will speak not to  fool people..

I signed up for a free sample of Acai Berry Detox and paid the shipping and handling charge in good faith and was told on the invoice that viv3.com would appear on my credit card statement which was not the case instead I was charged by Focuscleanse in US dollars 7.46. Then on August 14th a charge by Maxcleanse appeared on my credit card statement for U.S. Dollars 118.63. I have not received any products and did not authorise this charge. I will be disputing it with my credit card company.

I ordered a sample of Acai Berry and ended up with having to also take the cleanse product as well. They charged my account for $ .99 for the Acai Berry trial and then charged my account for $40.27 for the cleanse.  When I told them I did not want the cleanse they said I had to take it and the only way I could get my money back was to send the cleanse back and I would get my refund in 5 days.  I sent the cleanse back on August 12 and I got confirmation that they received the package on August 14 at 3:03 pm. It's been 11 days and I still have not received my refund.  I tried to call them and they did not take my call.  They have the product back...all I want is my money refunded.  I would not recommend anyone to order this product...they are not trustworthy.

i ordered a free trial of acai berry pills online,last july 31st. i already received the free trial but now they are already charging me 135.04 plus 7.94 and 3.60 gor delivery charges but i havent recieved the second product ...

ordered sample of alcaiberry detox & life cleanse, each supposed to be 99 cents shipping on 7/27. never recv anything. got bank charges 2 @ 99 cents, then one at 39.95.and two .03 charges & one 1.20 chg. tried to call company, could not get thru. went on myordersupport.com & cancelled both. then found out i had been charged on 8/10 two charges of 87.13 and two charges of 2.61.  this is a total of 222.67. did live chat with ca088 bernard, was told i would recv refund within five days.  have live chatted with four other people since.  still no product still no refund as of 8/25/2009.  they did tell me that i needed to check email i used to place order ( so must be somehting there telling me i would not get any refund) but cannot check it since my email got trashed and i had to set up new one.

This animal rescue has an adoption facility at 155 E. 3rd St. in Brooklyn, NY called The Hamilton Dog House. 

We went to the facility to adopt and rescue an animal and were horrified by the conditions.  We had researched them online and they seemed like a good place, but when we actually went there, it was awful.

There was filth everywhere and animals were lying in their own waste because they hadn't been cleaned.  Some animals were crammed into cages too small - so small that they could not even turn around without difficulty -  and other cages were severly overcrowded.  I saw several injured and ill animals that needed medical attention.  Many were without proper food or water. 

I would not recommend this place to anyone.  If you adopt an animal there, you will need to see a good vet ASAP because it's guaranteed your animal will be sick. 

Also, a local pet store employee told me that this rescue calls them up and asks if there are any old or sick animals they can have.  That's disgusting.  There are animals on the streets and in horrible situations that need to be rescued, not old pet store stock.

To treat animals inhumanely is cruel and against the law.

I ordered these two products and received the two free samples as I wanted. When my credit card bill came I discovered they had charged the shipping charges on the free samples and then billed me $131.80 for 3 more which I have not received, do not want and I do not think I will get my money back.  On the internet I learned you have 15 days or so too phone them and tell them you do not want anymore.  One woman said they keep sending them and charging you for them until you phone them and tell them too stop. Good luck in trying to phone them.  I believe this is nothing but a scam

i placed order on the 23 of june did not get product until after the free trial period sent them email to cancel order they still charged my account. I called the about refunding my account the people in customer service said they sent in the request but nothing was done they still went ahead and charged my account again on the 23 of August although the order was cancelled.They are saying they did not get cancellation until the 25 which is a lie. I contacted them again about refund they say they will get back to me in 72hrs. So I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP IN GETTING MY MONEY BACK PLEASE
