I saw an add, on the net for free sample and fell for  it, gave my details then checked the web for feed back on this company and ended up here, rang bank and blocked company from takeing money but to late. so have to wait for forms from bank so thay can investigate.

Looks like im another mug falling prey to this lot. After reading reviews  it dont look good, same as everyone else no answer to phone calls , e mails etc and if you do get through its only out of stock.  Report it to trading standards as soon as you can lets try to get these people closed down asap.  My order went in in june now end of august , Lucky it was for a small amount only but hey its my small amount not theirs so why should they get it i worked for it not conned others to get it. Ill waiting to see how trading standards get on then its police time.

This company is trading under several different names; viv3 labs, focus cleanse, the Trading Planet, ultraherbal, vitality cleanse to name a few. They are barefaced and bold about their advertising. Can nothing be done to stop them? They are robbing vulnerable people left right and centre and it seems to me that they are getting away with it.  Can they not be tracked down and closed down and I would say, deservedly imprisoned?

I saw an advert on MSN for Acai berry supplements and colon cleanse and the company was offering a sample for the price of postage at £3.95 so I sent off for it.

I received it 10 days later as promised but they took £3.95 from my account twice, and a week later took £73.85 out twice, with a fee of £1.50 twice from my account. They did not email me nor was there a phone number I could contact. I feel totally depressed about the whole situation.

Today I tried to withdraw funds from my account and was told I was overdrawn, so I called my bank and they told me I had had 2 payments of £72.11 taken from a company called Vitality Clean, when I looked into the name I realized it was the Acai Berry ‘free trial' diet pills. I searched the internet and realized it was a scam, so I called a number recommended on one of the sites, I spoke to a nice lady and she explained that the terms and conditions was in the small print, looking back I there was no small print to read, as I wouldn't of purchased them! Second problem I encountered with the pills is that they made me ill. I do suffer from Irritable Bowel Syndrome, but was advised by my GP that herbal/alternative medicines cannot do me any harm, however within 24 hours of taking the pills, I experienced diarrhea after every meal for 4 days, and had to take time off work, so I stopped taking the pills. I explained all this to the customer service representative at Viv3-Vitality clean, and I should hear back in 72 hours if I will get my money back. But right now I am being charged daily for being overdrawn from my bank, and my pride is well and truly dented. Its unbelievable what we go through just to lose a couple of pounds, and how disgusting it is that companies pray on our insecurities, these companies need to be shut down.

i have order first time my card for sample free bottle.but next time company used my card without my permission and they taken 146 pound in my account.this is shameful.

i was supposed to go on a met on the fri night but recieved a call  4 hours before saying the client couldnt make it due to work commitments and was told i would be added to the top of the list.

I have heard nothing since and fell i have be stung like so many more by this company .

I purchased what was supposed to be a free trial of acaiberry slimming tablets.  I was told that I only had to pay £3.50 for the postage but the company have taken £74.11 from my credit card without my permission

I tried the free trial but now they have charged me for the subscription of £75.00 and now I am over my limit and have been chrged about £90.00 so far.

I had an email from them with a UK Tel number 08082389891.

I have been told that I will not get my money back but I cannot afford this and have emailed watchdog and trading standards about this fraud.

Any help would be appreciated

Nowhere on the invoice/receipt did viv3lab or focuscleanse indicate that there would be a further charge of £73.64.  I am outraged that this company is allowed to carry on like this. 

Took my money didnt deliver the goods. Offered me a refund when I complained, but refund never materialised. Fortunately I paid by credit card who will provide refund. 

After supplying me with energy for a year (since 01/07/08) and despite my frequently sent in meter readings Spark Energy has only now realised they have undercharged me and that I am in debt to them at an amount of £526.59.

In a letter which was written on Aug. 13/09 I was informed that my direct debit would be increased from £49.22 to £211.85 for the next 4 months. However, if I paid the full balance in full within 7 days the debit amount would be reduced by 20%.

There are 2 problems:

1) I have been unable to reach a customer service advisor via their provided 0845 number as their lines are so busy the batteries of my cordless phone run out after being kept waiting for over an hour.

2) I have only returned from holiday on the 19/08/09 and therefore won't make their 7 day pay period limit.

My daughter was attracted by the promise to loose weigh freely because I am unemployed and I cannot afford to pay any amount of money for that. She convinced me that that company was genuine and I gave her my card because finally £3.22 was not that much but I found a charge of £46.91. I tried to find the address of this company to send them back the Acaiberry pills but I could not find anything and the bank didn't have anything on the company.

As others before me, I went for the free trial, I am careful when making purchases on the internet and looked for conditions of purchase as I didn't want more of the product other than the free trial. If the conditions were there they were very well hidden! Suddenly I  find another pot of the stuff on my doorstep with and invoice, I phoned up and a Scotish chap puts me on hold then tells me my account is closed and I will recieve an e-mail in the next 3 days advising me how to send the stuff back and get a refund. got the e-mail as others have, telling me basicly 'hard luck' no refund. that was when I looked and found this website and imediately called my bank to find that several payments have been taken by 2 different companies. It has been passed to my bank's Fraud Dept. but from what others have said I don't hold out much hope!

I applied online for a free sample and I was charged twice of £ 72.97 for a total of £ 145.94. I tried to contact the company unsuccessfully, the bank didn't have either its address either its telephone number.I feel really sorry for the good company that operate honestly but I feel I have been ripped off and I don't trust anybody.

Returning from Holiday on the 19/08/09 a letter by Spark Energy was waiting for me telling me that I was in debit to the amount of £ 526.59 and that the energy company would increase my direct debit from £49 a month to £211.85 for 4 months. However, if I settled my debit within 7 days 20% would be reduced from the total balance. This would amount to a reduction of £105.32.

I have been trying to contact Spark Energy for days now via their phone no. 0845 869 4002 given on their letter and got absolutely nowhere as the battery of my cordless phone expires before my call is answered.  

I have decided I will cancel my direct debit today and send them a cheque with the outstanding amount minus 20%.

I will let this site know what happens.

Je pensais acheter seulement des échantillons gratuits pour la modique somme de $3.95.  Mais aujourd'hui ma cousine ma appris que la compagnie m'enverrait à tous les mois des produits et qu'ils seraient débités sur ma carte de crédit.  Je ne sais même pas combien ces produits coûtent, mais je ne veux absolument pas les payer.  C'est de la publicité trompeuse car à aucun endroit je n'ai vu que c'était un contrat à long terme.  Je suis vraiment déçue et surtout inquiète pour les mois à venir.  Je ne suis qu'une employée qui gagne un petit salaire et qui garde sa mère avec elle car elle souffre d'Alzheimer.  Je n'avais vraiment pas besoin de ça.

I have ordered without knowing the actual value of this order, LIFE CLEANSE, when i found out i had to pay around 80 euros for it, i waited for the confirmation email i would supposedly had received before the delivery, to cancel it. But no confirmation email was ever delivered to me, and now the 24 of august i had received this life cleanse product, and i dont want it.And i know for a fact that this is a issue that could be demanded to a lawer.

So please could you tell me how to deliver this again to your company before any charge could be discounted from my account.

I ORDERD 3x FREE SAMPLES THAT SAY ONLY PAY SHIPPING COST NZ$3.95. THEN AT THE END I PAID US$8.95.

ALSO I RECEIVE THE SAME FREE ORDERS TWICE WITH THE SAME CUSTOMER NO AND ORDER NO ON IT . I HAVE PHONED THEM FOR THE LAST 3 DAYS WITH NO LUCK.  I DON'T WANT ANY OF THE PRODUCTS FROM TRADING PLANET LTD.

Vitalityclean and Natureberry have frauduently charged my credit card 2 x 147.29 on the 20.08.09 and 1 x 62.39 on the 19.08.09 being a total of $356.97AU I  recently purchased a sample bottle of ACAI BERRY and a sample bottle of LIFE CLEANSE from VIV3 LABS in the amount of $8.95AU each to which they charged my credit card but have HELPED them selves further by frauduently charging my credit card a further $356.97 without my permission.

I have my bank currently investigating and persueing these frauduent charges

I request that no one deals with this company and that they return my money that they frauduently took from my account
