i called this company for a solid every day telling them bout stealing my $$$$$$ they did not want to give it back greedy s0bs they should have taken it in the 1st place i got it back now but they owe me for more charges to my acct because of the debit they r thieves do not get involved

I also had a storu about the acai berry because I didn't order any from them but to get only the sample but they charge me on my credit account of $119.00.I hope this scam should stop!

i placed order on the 23 of june did not get product until after the free trial period sent them email to cancel order they still charged my account. I called the about refunding my account the people in customer service said they sent in the request but nothing was done they still went ahead and charged my account again on the 23 of August although the order was cancelled.They are saying they did not get cancellation until the 25 which is a lie. I contacted them again about refund they say they will get back to me in 72hrs. So I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP IN GETTING MY MONEY BACK PLEASE

I just happened to come across your website while typing in 'Moviebytes' to track the order I placed for a Disney Beauty & The Beast DVD and boy I am so glad I did! It looks like I am unlikely to receive my goods or will receive a poor quality product.

To the customer who advised all to contact Paypal before the 25 day cut-off period - thank you - I have done so and it will be interesting to see if I receive a refund from them.

I ordered the above products from this company on Saturday evening but was unhappy with the fact that the name didn't appear to be correct and also I never received a confirmation of my order.  Now having read that is a scam I've been in touch with my credit card company to see if I can cancel the payment.  I was told by Mastercard that this impossible that I will have to let them take any monies from my account and only then can I make a claim for the monies to be returned.  As I'm resident in Spain I don't want to cancel my UK credit card as it is now impossible for me to replace it so where on earth do I go from here?

i applied for a loan over phone where i was told i would be guaranteed loan if i pay admain fee, i was told the 1000 would be in my account within 5 working, of course it wasnt, i recieved a letter from them telling me to call an 0906 to aniother compny, i refuse to do this as i am still not guaranteed a loan and i am not willing to end up with more bills i.e my phone bill would be huge, i was stupid and just want my money back

I cannot believe these peope can get away with their bullying and bad service, they have our car and have done the usual trick telling us they will recondition the engine for £1495. then once our engine was in pieces the price goes up to £3,395. We did not want to go ahead  as this amount is out of our budget, and want our car back, so guess what they want £700 so we can get our car back this money they say is for taking our engine apart and for storage of our car so they say at £10.00 a day, no proof of where the storage is just their word.  As for taking our engine apart and then wanting payment it says on their website £400 to remove and re-fit your existing engine, well it has not been refitted so the cost should be £200.

 So we have contacted Office of Fair Trading and I can only recommend anyone who has  the misfortune to be ripped off by these people should do the same.   So far we have been threatened on the phone that they will scrap our car and send baliffs down to our house to get the money that was by Paul.

I purchaced a one month supply of Life Clense and the same of Acai Berry.

Both were offered as a FREE trial with only postage to  pay. I paid 1pound.78p on my credit card for the FREE trial and duly recived my goods. I have subsequently been charged 73 pounds 73 pence TWICE for goods I neither ordered, subscribed to KNOWINGLY or have recived!   I have been told that they hid an ongoing subscription into the wording of their add and have been ripping people off all over the world.

I think it is appaling that they can do this and get away with it. 

The pills they supplied do NOT work in any way and HAD I subscribed knowingly I would have cancelled before any trial period was up. 

I bought rare ghd straighteners from this website on the 12 august they were quick enough to take the money but still 2 weeks later i have received no product. I have emailed them several times and no reply at all i never even got an email confirmation confirming order like usual websites send when purchasing online - the site looked so genuine and had great offers on, feel stupid now so stay clear!!

Guys watch out for this scam as the blurb at the top of their website is a complete scam!! For a start they do not let you speak to anyone about the match and everything has to be done by email which they convieniently take their time to respond to!! I booked a holiday with them in the good faith I had seen the holiday £90 cheaper elsewhere but when I booked over the phone with OTB they said it wouldn't be a problem and they would honour the booking price match. I emailed them everything they wanted the URL, a screen shot of the competitive booking etc but didn't have my booking reference with OTB to hand. I subsequently sent them a second email less than 30 mins later with my OTB booking reference referring them to the previous email etc. After 14 days later and after numerous phonecalls, (where on speaking to staff they said both emails had been received and were being looked at and all looked fine) I have now had a series of email exchanges with their customer services department where they are saying that they can only deal with the email with my booking no on and because it doesn't contain the info from the first email they can not honour the price match even though they have both emails and refer to both emails in the response. Total rubbish and they are trying to sidestep paying. If you have the chance for a cheaper holiday elsewhere go with them DO NOT rely on the triple match as it is lies!!! Personally not going to let this lie so will keep emailing for updates and send a letter of complaint and will let you know. Other examples of where people have been scammed by them would be worthwhile knowing. Thanks

ordered for free 15 day trial just pay for postage.Product arrived 12th august was waiting to see if product worked then my credit card had another transation on the 19th August for $294.82 thinking my 15 days wasn't up i rang the company on 0011442031399027 and explained my 15 days wasn't up.She told me i was to ring immediately and cancelled my order and reorder after 15 days if i was happy.Because i never rang they automatically send me and debit my account.Who in there right mind would spend nearly $300.00 amonth on diet pills. not this black duck.This company does not tell you this when they deliver the product you were to read it in small print when you order in term and conditions i never ticked no box or asked to read anything of that kind.

I ordered 2 products of teh Actiberry supplements but only receied 1 product. I phoned as soon as i never received my order. I was told to ring back on Monday 24th August and I have requested my monies back as I have not received my product. I was advised that the products had been shipped out so therefore I had to pay for them. When i said that if i cncelled within 15 days i would receive my funds back but how can i send back the products if i never received them in the first instance. do not buy from this compny as it is a rip off. They wuill not replace any lost items and they wil not refund you your money back.

A few weeks ago, I was foolish enough to fall for the advert for the Acai Berry free trial for only £3.95 P&P, having read the wonderful stories by people who felt so much better having lost weight whilst using these products.  I paid for the p&p using my Barclays debit card. Upon return from holiday on 25/08/09 I checked my on line banking account and discovered that a further 2 x £73.86 payments had been taken from my account by a company called Natureberry (Cyprus). I contacted my bank Barclays 25/08/09 who advise that they can take no action against this company as alledgedly I have agreed to their T&C's and therefore given them authority to take funds legitimately from my account.

I feel that this response is a cop out and will be taking this matter further with Barclays Premier Banking and Fruad Dept. However I will try to close  this account today as I cannot afford for this level of unauthorised money to be taken from my account byt these fraudsters. I would be grateful of this claim could be taken up by you as I am not the first or last person to be taken in by these fraudsters. I feel really really stupid!

I ordered free sample of Life Cleanse detox online (19/8) and gave debit card details before I realised that it was "negative" marketing, ie I would be charged an extortionate amount if I didnt cancel within 15 days.  I immediately rang customer services and cancelled the trial sample and was given a cancellation number.  I was told by "percy blaier" that the order had not been processed for dispatch and therefore he could cancel it and there would be no charge and NO DISPATCH. This morning received Life Cleanse (60 tabs) therefore rang Trading Planet Customer Services 0044 203 139 9027 and spoke to Carlos Gomez and told him I didnt want these tablets, that I had cancelled account (which he confirmed) and that I would be returning the tablets by certified post.  Neither Percy Blaier nor Carlos Gomez was able (or prepared) to send me written confirmation of the cancellation and after reading stories about this company I am fearful that unauthorised payments will be taken.  No payments have been taken so far but should I cancel my card to be safeguarded against this scam?

I ordered a weight loss product called Acai Berry Capsules and did receive it as well in about 2 weeks of time from the date of order. But when I ordered it online, through Internet, It said only a sum of INR 200 would be charged on my credit card due to the postage expenses, and otherwise the product is free of charge. Later on I realized INR 5678.44 has been charged on my card by this FWM Laboratories along with 13.8% of taxes over it. A total of INR 5948.49 was charged to me as on Aug 11, 2009 for just a bottle of capsules which were supposed to be free sample for me.

Ordered the free sample and was only to pay for delivery then a week later get a charge on my visa card for another $145.96 WHAT A RIPP OFF, i did not order any other products from these people and defanilty DID NOT authorise for these people to take this amount of money out of my visa card this is fraud.........

I responded to an email offering a trial sample of Life Cleanse from this company paying only the postage of £3.95 I did not agree to any further money being taken from my account nor any further orders.  On checking my statement I discovered this company had taken a further £73,85 on 18th August 2009 which was completely unauthorised. I have since cancelled my debit card  but am worried as the company still have my details

I'm furious! I order some ghd's that were on sale from what i thought was a geniune web site.  After waiting two weeks i took delivery of the new straighteners yesterday, the box was shabby and didn't have the correct seal on it as if it had been used before. I turned the straighteners on and ran them down a length of my hair, i could then smell burning, not only had my hair burnt but melted black plastic was seeping out from under the plates and white goo was seeping out of the top! they had been turned on for 2 minutes at the very most!!!! The goods sent to me are not only faulty and very dangerous and fakes! I notice the website no longer exists and they are trading using [www.ghdhairhome.co.uk] (link: http://www.ghdhairhome.co.uk/) I've emailed them but had no answer yet. I checked the serial number on the official ghd website and found that they are definatley fakes, i also saw on their site a list of genuine ghd sellers, i wish i'd seen this before!
