 I also made a purchase of what I thought was a free trial for 2 products.. acai berry and a cleanse. I was told all I had to pay for was the shipping.  I did not see anywhere in the information that the company would be charging me for another shipment. This was an unauthorized use of my credit card. I am consulting with my bank and am going to try and retreive the funds. This is a very stinky company with very sneak tactics. I tried to email them, but every email came back as undelivered. I did call and cancel my account. I see there are several claims on this website in regards to this company. I would hope that the BBB would do something about this! 

Firstly I would like to thank most sincerely J.R.Linkevic,LLB, LLM, MA for posting his story on this website as I was also fooled by this crowd and am at my wits end of how to prove to the bank that this is a scam.  This letter is my proof as the address on an e-mail (one of many) is the same as Mr. Linkevic's claim details.  If I had not access to checking my account on line they would have certainly taken a lot more money and I am in discussions with the chargeback dept of my visa card.  I am awaiting vouchers from the bank from colon cleanse elite.  I did not take the pills but have lost a lot of weight due to the stress of this whole issue.  Again if Mr. Linkevic can be contacted give him a big THANK YOU from me.

i am trying to retrn these tablets for a refund, but to do this you have to be contacted by email. i have sent emails, i have phoned them 5 times but i keep getting told i will be contacted by email. to get a refund the products have to returned in 30 days. i am running out of days. otherwise i will have to pay for them. i dont need them.

I requested a free sample of Akai Berry Detox Capsules and Life Cleanse Capsules from a pop-up on the Internet.  I received 2 tubs of each capsule for which I have been charged a total of GBP 300.18 Sterling via my Credit Card.  I never received the free capsules!

My Credit Card company alerted me to the transactions made by VIV3LAB and gave me the company's telephone number.  When I rang the Company they said that the Terms & Conditions had stated that 15 days after they had sent my free capsules (which I didn't receive) then I would be billed every 2 weeks for a tub of each of the capsules.  This works out at approximately GBP 150.00 Sterling every 2 weeks. 

The telephone rep from VIV3LAB said she would cancel my "Contract" and gave me a cancellation number.  When I asked the telephone representative if she could give me the address of the company she said she was not allowed to divulge this information. 

I have instructed my Credit Card Company to block any further payment requests from VIV3LAB.

Ordered free sample of diet pills and was charged £73.64 twice without authorisation from myself. Trying to find information on the company to cancel.

I authorised payment of postage for a free sample and since then have had 2 further charges placed onto my account (as above) which I did not authorise. They state it will be an ongoing charge however I did not sign up for and do not want any further transactions to hit my c/card.

I was sent an email about a free trial of Acai berry and life cleanse. after clicking the link i was taken straight to te payment page. I scanned the website for details of the product, satisifed I took out the free trial. It clearly stated I had a 30 day money back trial when i ordered. There was no box to tick regarding any terms and conditions. I received no email communication from the company after i ttok out my trial. I received my pills but there was no paperwork with the pills.

10 days later two lots of £74.63 were taken from my account without autorisation by thus company. As per the order from I belived I had 30 days in wich to cancel any further orders, so was very shocked at this charge.

I was unable to find the compny on the internet (just pages of disgusted purchasers) I had no contact details provided by the company. After many calls I found a customer service number. The lady explained that they took the money our after 15 days ???????? NO the website CLEARLY SAID 30 DAYS!!!!!!!!!

she agreed to cancel any further cahrges but wouldnt refund my money. I contacted my bank and cancelled my card coz frankly this comany is extreamly untrustworthy and I dont belive they will keep their word.

As I have recieved no pills other than my free trial ones I would like an immediate refund in FULL.

As other similar stories. Ordered Ink cartridges that have never been received. All emails sent to 007 inks have been returned to myself via mailer-demon.  As per 007 Inks website, contacted royal mail to see if they had a parcel for me that they had been unable to deliver. Was advised that unless I had a tracking number this would be impossible. Still unable to make any contact with 007 Inks.

As i orded Acai berry detox and Life cleanse for a free samples.  This company charged me $118.63 USD for two times ( named "Focuscleanse" and "NatureBerry" ) which i never order or I never recieved. I rang my credit card company...hopefully i get my money back from their investgation)

I orded acai berry free sample on 23rd of july. Month later, i tried pay my credit card bill and i found they charged me $118.63 for called focuscleanse which i never order or i never recieved.

Be warned I signed up for a free trial of the Acai Berry and Life Cleanse on the 31st July .. I received them on the 13th August in Sydney .. And have just have two transactions for $142.79 each  taken from my debit card .. Before I noticed the transactions I emailed them to cancel my order as the tablets are making me ill !! and I can't sleep at night.

I am gutted.. I never order anything online.

I have tried to call and email them no lucl so far.. BE CAREFUL

I have subscribed to the Acia berry and Cleanse free trial.  On 5th of August I contact the international number in the UK to cancel this product.  On the 14th Of August I was charged for a full months product.

I was unable to contact you about stopping this order. I think the product does not work and I did not like the free trial. I want my money back!!!! I will be contacting my bank to stop any further billing. I am serious You are a rip-off!! 

i checked my account on myordersupport.com and found out that my next order won't be ship till the 25th of august of 2009 so i decided to cancel my subscription due to product not working for me. and i confirmed ot through their online chat the representative told me that i don't have a subscription and that i won't be billed. so thinking everything is fine i go on with my life, later i checked my account on my cc and i was charged 87.13 on 08/08/09 same day i called and cancelled online. i have to dispute it and my cc company it currently investigating my dispute.

Same as all the others , didn't read reviews before parting with money to Chris Collings.

Have asked him for Royal Mail tracking numbers and he says I don't need them as he deals with them (Sure!!!)

Due a refund on 13th August, of course it didn't happen, am thinking of going to Nottingham to track him, if anyone fancies an interesting ride out?

I ordered a product on June 18, 2009 and was advised I would be charged 5.95 USD for shipping and handling.  After a 14-day trial period, they would then process a charge of 79.95 USD for the product.  I never received this product, however on July 3, 2009 they processed the charges. 

I have been in numerous emails with this company to no avail- my credit card company is now involved in a dispute process with this company.  They have offered a partial refund, a new product, sent me verification of a refund that was an order for a totally different customer, advised they item was shipped but refused delivery- this again was for a customer in the USA- I reside in Canada.  They haven't returned phone messages and it appears they continue to play the game until a customer just gives up.

J'ai bien reçu les produits. Je n'ai pas été satisfaite (fortes douleurs dans les reins) et je n'ai pris que quelques gellules et n'ai bien sûr rien recommandé.

Le 14 août, j'ai reçu, sans aucune demande préalable de ma part ni avertissement(par écrit ou par mail) de cette société, deux nouveaux flacons.. avec un prélèvement automatique via ma carte visa de 178 livres sterling!!

Je suis écoeurée par cette pratique! Je demande la restitution de la somme prélevée et affirme que je ne veux plus rien recevoir jamais de cette société. Je clame haut et fort que ce sont des pratiques frauduleuses!

Je m'adresserai ce soir même à différents sites français et belge pour qu'un plus grand nombre le sache!

samantha chan is at it again.  first she sold two sick king charles caviliaers to a woman with children, never produced vet records, had the dogs on the wrong medications and when the vet was contacted, the one samantha chan said she had taken these dogs to, he said he had never heard of her. big suprise

now she is commiting libelous acts on a real legitimate rescue called Heaven Can Wait.  Since samantha was taken to court, this rescue stood up as a witness for the plaintiff, and now this crazy chan is posting lies about this very very good rescue to distract the public from knowing what a criminal she is. please do not take a dog from samantha chan's fake rescue. she has several aliases and changes the name of her rescue and the town where it is in whenever she gets caught.  her dogs are in disgustin dirty pens with a bunch of raw chicken bones left on the floor, since that is all she feeds them.  her current name is spaniel rescue in port chester ny but her dogs are in the same place they always were in her backyard in suffern ny.  small town of montebello.

do not have anything to do with her, you will regret it, and you will spend thousands of dollars on your poor dog.  she also lies about the age of the dog, so you are never getting what she says they are.  help shut her down.

I signed up for a free trial and paid only the postage. this was the deal then if you were happ you came back later and bought a full subscription there is no agreement of futher payment after initial trial the only agreement is payment for postage and packaging of £3.95. They have now and without permission withdrawn £150 from my bank account forcing me overdrawn and leaving me with the prospect of bank debts.

Booked 5 rounds of golf for 8 people through Tom Henderson at Teide Golf for 2,240 euro's. Spoke to golf course's and was told he dosn't pay so we paid again direct with golf course's and tried unsuccesful to claim back. Reported incident to the police in Tenerife still no joy. Tried to book again with Tom using a different name and address (after he said he had ceased trading).We arranged to  meet him to pay but he didn't turn up!!!!
