I purchased Acai Berry free sample, then noticed the amount of $141.82 had been taken from my visa card. When I tried to find to find out what this was for the bank said it was for a company called Focus Cleanse. I would like my money refunded. Thankyou.  I did not get anything from this company and didnt ask for anything.

I started to order it and never authorized it. I cancelled out of the webpage. However, they still charged my account. I want my money back!!!! I am blocking the draft and reporting them to the BBB.

This company advertised on facebook--a free trial for 15days of their product--foolish me fell for it--tired at the time and not thinking clearly.  I took down the number to cancel,just in case.  After submitting my info I had a bad feeling about it all.  The next day (today) I tried calling the number to cancel--got a machine giving me a website--but it only gave some info to FAQ--googled them only to find out they have many unhappy--scammed customers.  They said the billing would show as "Trading Planet Ltd" on my credit card--called my credit card company and it was billed under "vitality clean"--they are based in the U.K so the amount billed was a little higher too(due to exchange and their money worth more then can funds...)I did find an email address that they say you can cancel through only to have an email sent back saying the address was "unattended" and therefore not delivered--how convenient for them--I can't reach them by phone or email--so I cancelled my credit card and reported them as the fraudsters that they are.  These people need to be put in jail for life--they are pure evil.  I'm thankful I did not lose hundreds of dollars the way most of their victims have.

Contacted this companyon friday 7th of August  to arrange re-burbishment of an engine for our smart for two after receving quote on line. Was asked for payment in order to get engine uplifted from garage removing and fitting engine unit. on the following monday the 10th of august we were made aware by the garage removing the engine that the extent of the repairs went beyond the estimated range and cost with the result that a reburbishmentof the existing engine was no longer an affordable or economical proposition. We then informed The Engine Warehouse that we would no longer be requirig their services and gave them notification of this cancelation via email and telephone. this was all carried out within the seven day period required by consumer law. Since then the company have given every possible excuse not to refund our money. We have since found out that this company has trade under 7 different names and has been featured on BBC Watchdog in 2006 and has many sites reporting unfair and illegal treatment of customers like myself. They have been openingup and winding up companies as they go about scaming many people out of thousands of pounds over a period of six years. Some police action has and is in the process of being taken against them. Unfortunately for us we were unaware of all of this as they sell themselves under the guises of Heathrow Engines , Enngine Warehouse, MPH Engineering, RE_manifactured Engines to name but a few, so tracking them unless you are aware is not easily done. They all however operate under the same address of 169. Brent Road. UB5 2NE. We are currently having to consult a lawyer and raise an action against them in order to get our money back. We atre also speakingwith the police with a view to [ along with other customers ] having them charged with Fraud by Deception.This i am aware will take sometime  I only hope I can complete the process before they wind up and move onto a different company name as they did just over a year ago. I find it hard to understand why they cannot just refund the mony especially since we have infact not used any of their services or have any outstanding bills with them to pay

I put an order through to Pure Lift to receive for moisturiser.  I ordered 2 bottles of pure lift with a sample bottle free with it.  I had 60 days to cancel the order if I wasn't satisfied but I could keep the sample.  On the order page it said that they would throw in a sample of dietry supplements.  I have been charged from a company call Viv3 without authorisation from me!  I have tried calling this company but it just rings out.  I called pure lift and they said that they knew nothing about it.  I don't know what to do now.  How do I get my money back?

I wasn't going to say anything, but the more I thought about it, the more upset I get. I figured with all of the hype around this cash for clunkers pitch the government is offering, we would go down and see what we could do. I have driven GM products a long time and they have always been good to my family. My wife, two sons and I all have GM products and it has made us sick to see the company go down the way it has.

The dealership we visited is right off the highway and they have always seemed to have good trucks on thier lot. We pulled in there Friday night to see about a trade. Now I know it was after 8:00 when we got there but I figured somebody would want to make a sale; I was wrong! The closest I got to anyone being interested in us as customers was to have a card handed to me. They told me we could talk to some guy named Marty when he was around. That was it. we looked in the windows of some nice trucks, stood around for a while and left. We won't go back any time soon.

As we went on into town we ended up checking out both the Ford and Toyota dealerships-I have always liked the F-150. I hope GM makes it, it is going to need better customer service then we got, that is for sure. The way I see it, it cost us $4500 and the dealership a sale.

This rescue is a fake rescue. They are not a not-for-profit. I adopted a dog from this rescue and I found out later that the vet RECORDS were FAKE! The dog was very sick. I would caution anyone adopting from this rescue to be very carefuL! 

I ordered my trial samples of acai berry and colon cleanse . Within 5 days of recieving the product i was charged £72 less the £3.95 for each tub

the trial was  15 days ..i contacted the company within the 15 days  and spoke to a lithuanian girl who didnt speak alot of English and told her I wanted to cancel as i had seen no weight loss whatsover, and i was completely unhappy with the product .. I weigh 13stone 12pounds - not huge amounts but enough to believe the hype . She told me I couldn't cancel as the product was "on his way-you have already paid we cannot return them" I asked to speak to a supervisor- to no avail-she actually put the phone down.

So ... i phoned back and got a very helpful scottish lady who assured me she had now cancelled my "subscription" i would recieve an email - within 2 days informing me that i had requested a refund on the original delivery - i still have 24 tablets left in each pack, and she had requested a refund on the second delivery

I was then charged a further £160 ..even before the things arrived . so within 20 days I 've been scammed for £310

So now .. 6 days after my last phone call - no email - no contact - no refund ..

If this is a company in this country - the product should be covered under the sale of goods act .. no ? ..

I have cancelled my card - which has caused nothing but hassle as i go away in a week -

This company seems to be a scam and has loads of complaints against it - with SEVERAL company names to its credit ..

After a amount of £74.21 being taken out of my account by VIV3 on 23/07/2009 another amount was taken on 07/08/09 of £71.87 both of which I have no idea what they are for.  Compies such as this should be closed down as I have not authorised both of these and will be taking this matter much further.

I recieved a package today which contained Acai berries and a nice bill of £82.95.

I did not order these but did order a free sample for my g/f a month ago. I never went back looking for more but recieved this and am looking to cancel the order and return them and also ensure I do not recieve anything ever again from the company.

I am also looking for a contact email address.

I was offered a free trial of a natural weight loss supplement.  All I had to pay for was shipping.  I paid for shipping on 8/3/2009 and 10 days later they took 87.13 from my account causing it to be overdrawn which is a 40.00 fee.  I cannot find a contact number for the cimpany.  My bank tells me the phone number is in Isreal.  HELP

took free trail grom this company and they are now sending more of the goods that I didn't ask for and stopping a ridiculous amount out of credit acc,

I dont recall any thing about this in terms and conditions 

I ordered a free trial of reveratrol-utra off the internet, the same evening I received a phone call telling me that with that offer I could also try the eye cream B-Labs. I asked at the time if I could return if I didn't like it and was told that all I would have to do was cancel within the 30 day trial, at no charge to me. I cancelled that order within the 30 days, and was still charged the 49.95 on my credit card. When I called back they said that the product had to be returned, however that is not what I was told when I cancelled. They said it was mine to keep, they didn't make people send it back. Well I was charged for it and when I called and questioned them about it I was told that it had a 30 day  money back offer, and since my 30 days was over after the 2nd phone call they could do nothing about it. If they would of told me that after the intial phone call obviously I would have sent back and only payed the shipping costs.

On August 8, 2009, a charge for 132.58 Can. appeared on my credit card.  In July, I ordered a free sample of Acai Berry Detox and paid 3.95 for shipping and handling.  I am not sure why I have been chraged above and beyoned this, as I have received nothing more from the company.

I ordered the free trial Acai Berry ,supplied my credit card details for a charge of 3.95.After logging into my account today,discoverd a charge of $118.63 paid to   focus cleanse.cant believe this I have been robbed,Someone please help.

I WAS ONE WHOM RECEIVED THE ACIA BERRY AND THE CLEANSER AND IT WAS A 30 DAY TRAIL AND THEY ARE SAYING IT WAS'NT IT WAS A 15 DAY TRAIL SO IF I DIDNT CANCEL THEY WOULD CONTINUE WITH THIS I WAS MISLED AND I HAD 151.20 TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT  SO WHEN I SAW THIS I GOT ON TO THEM AND MADE A COMPLAINT AND DUE TO 3 EMAIL THEY HAVENT GAVE ME MY REFUND AND THE OTHER THING IS I'VE SENT THE PRODUCTS BACK TO THEM AND THE LAST EMAIL I'VE GOT WAS LETTING ME KNOW THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING ME BECAUSE I WAS OVER THE 15 DAY TRAIL PERIOD SO BASICALY I WOULD LIKE MY REFUND BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OR I WOULD TAKE THIS FURTHER SO IS THERE ANY WAY YOU CAN HELP ME THANKS

Ordered ink from their website and it hasn't arrived. Their email address is not valid and their phone number (if you can get through) has a recorded message telling you to email them your complaint!  Should have realised it was a dodgy site as they go to great efforts to suggest that Royal Mail often mislay goods.

I got the free trial from Viv3 labs for the Acai berry detox and Life cleanse they said all i had to pay for was the shipping cost AU$3.95 (VAT included)but they debit amount of $7.43 AUD twice. I just got my credit card statement and they have taken money from my account the total amont of $283 AUD. I didn't have an agreement with Viv3 to debit my account at their discretion. I have been trying email but cant get them.  I have alerted my bank to not accept any more transactions from Viv3 Labs. I don't know how to get a hold of them and am not sure what to do next. Please advise!!!!!!!
