I order en 7/14/2009 a Free trial offer for two products paying only the shipping ($5.93). The product never arrived. Then in 7/31/2009 they charge me 118.53 for each one. I tried to call the company but the telefone does'nt work. I had to cancel my credit card to avoid futher charge.

I needed car insurance and went with ABC insurance their Brokers being Swinton, I filled in the form on gocompare.  I realised next day that I would need to talk to Swinton to check my no claims bonus was OK, apparently not as I had been on my husbands policy I did not have a no claims bonus, and was told that ABC Insurance would not cover me and I would have to cancel my car insurance with them, they offered me a new quote of nearly £800.00 for the year so I declined and cancelled, the told me there would be a charge of £50.00 for cancelling, I argued this out with them and they offered to deduct the legal fee and would settle for £29.00. I returned motor insurance certificate when it arrived with a cheque for £29.00, only to find they have taken £37.01 from my account and will not refund, I have paid £66.00 for two days cover. Watch out  Ludicrous!!!!

UPON RECIEVING MY ITEM, I HAVE FOUND THEM TO BE COUNTEFEIT, AND THE COMPANY DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY EMAILS OR ANSWER THE PHONE ON THE CONTACT NUMBER PROVIDED

Basically on the 19th july i applied for a loan was immediatley accepted and as it was an emergency i paid the £69.50 broker fees to process this application and was informed it would be paid into my bank account within the week.

Taken for an absolute mug i have because as of yet i have been offered nothing other than a guarantor loan which i informed them of at the time i would be unable to supply. hence the reason i was having difficulty finding a loan.

"we find the rite loan to meet your needs" WHERE???? WHEN??? HOW???? WHO SAID THAT??????? it certainly should not have been Yes Loans as that they do not. I have spent all in about three hours trying to make contact and have experienced rudness, been hung up on several times, passed through to customer care who dont care and leave you sitting on hold for over an hour and then the line goes dead, call back requests are unresponsive, emails sent by myself are unanswered or even acknowledged. im running out of ideas and there are only so many times a person will hang up on me without it becoming irritating.

I have requested ring back from their website regarding a loan and oh yes they call you back alright thinking you are another sucker ready to pay nearly £70 for nothing. However progress was made today over the telephone when after 58mins on hold i was informed to write a lletter to reclaime my charges back from yes loans minus the £5 processing fee.

This time i am not making the mistake of delay i am writing it after this comment and will be posting it recorded delivery before 5pm today to ensure my claim is acted upon. Please give WARNING TO ANYONE WISHING TO USE YES LOANS!

I was looking for a loan and i contact wentworth finance as they had quite a low APR and as the current climiate is as it is it is very hard to get a loan.  Wentworth finance contact me to let me know that i had been accepted and that i had to send them a cheque for £55.00 which i did.  When i heard from the company that were loaning me the money they asked for a copy of payslips and utilised bill.  On doing so i heard nothing and tried contacting the company, After many attempts to contact them I was unsuccessul and on reading feedback from other people it turns out that these companies are fake!!  I searched google and found a website linked to this company.  I received a text message today informing me that they had changed there number and that me loan was rejected.

I am totall and unterly disappointed, appauled and disgusting after being treating this way and it looks as though Wentworth are just after money.

money supermarket introduced these people to me and got me to hold on the phone tos speak to them. I told them i wanted no money taken from my account until i had a guarenteed loan offer. When i put the phone down, I decided to check them out, only to find they had already taken funds out of my account. I immediately telephoned Money Supermarket who promised they would get them to telephone me. After repeated promises I finally got to speak to them and demanded my money back. the lady on the other end of the phone said they needed this in writing. I have sent letters and recorded letters, the Post Office has returned them as saying incorrect address. Has anyone else suffered at these legalised robbers?

i sent 2cars to byo and up to date i still havent received them, like everyone else i have tried on numerous occassions to contact them but i have been told so many excuses i have given up. At one point i even went to the police who werent much help, i then tried on the other end in Zimbabwe and the cars are there but the freight company cant release them as they are owed lots of money. Mr Bhule's son Andrew is also a conman who you cant get a straight answer out of so im stuck anyone help!

I ordered the detox tablets to try them for the 15 day period. In that time i did my research (should have done that before) and found that the company has scammed lots of innocent people.

I too am a single mum, who is finding it hard to get a job and thought that if i could get a little help with my weight - through the tablets- then, i may be able to improve my chances of gettng a job.

I now owe $150 for something that was meant to be a "free trial".

I have tried calling the company in United Kingdom but the call doesnt go through. Ive even tried calling from my mobile,,,,nothing.

So disappointed that i have ended up paying for something that doesnt even work as i have seen no result in the last 3 weeks -as they claim-.

I have been charged for one bottle (60 tablets) of Acai Berry Detox that I had not ordered, they have used my credit card without my consent and taken Australian $150.57

As like many others signed up for free trial at £3.95 pp which i accept. Not directed to read terms and conditions so now understand the 1st payment of £74.69 was in fact for the products i understand were on the basis of 30 day free trial total costing £3.95. On 08/08/09 called to cancel confimed account cancelled and on checking my credit card statement 08/08/09 no further payments taken. On checking 09/08/09 further payment generated 05/08 due 10/08 for £73.30 OBVIOULSY THIS WAS REQUESTED AFTER I CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT. I have contacted my credit card Company with the hope they can stop any further payments being taken. I have dealth with many Companies over the internet and never been subjected to such fraudulent activity.  

they called me for credit card wipe off services and they said if they are not successful they are returning the the fee £395 back to my credit card.They took the fee £395 on 24/06/2009 from my credit card.Since then I have not heard from them I have tried the call them several times there is no answer to the phone calls and I have checked their web side that does not exist any more on the Internet.Which means they took the money and they have disappeared.

found this company on the internet, ordered four pack cartridges for oki printer - money taken from account on the 13th july 2009 - goods never received.  rang on numerous occassions, but never any reply

In May of this year the oil pressure within the engine of my Audi A4 failed and as a result I needed most parts of the engine to be replaced as they were completely damaged. After several attempts at searching for a specialised garage in my area (on google) I was approached via e mail and telephone by Engine Warehouse, Southall. They informed me they would fix the engine within 5-7 days and they qouted it would cost me in the region of £2000. I agreed for them to come and collect my Audi from my address in Bournemouth having looked the company up by viewing their web site, which was fairly impressive. All seemed a very good deal at first (too good in hindsight) and I looked forward to a weeks time when my car would be returned. Six weeks later after a huge amount of phone calls to the company and many of these calls resulted in the various 'mechanics' hanging up on me I was told all the work had been carried out but they had found a slight problem with the injectors and wanted yet more money to fix the problem. They said the car still wasn't working and was 'powerless'. By this time all I wanted was my car back which was returned and now having put my car in a specialised audi garage it is apparant that the work Engine Warehouse said they had carried out hasn't been done at all. I suspect it just sat on their forecourt and was never touched...

They were useless at customer services, didn't fix the car or carry out any work, didn't want to know afterwards saying they had no record of any work carried out on the car, wouldn't co operate in any way to this date to try and rectify their errors.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated and to try and obtain some/all of the money back not to mention inconvenience of no car for three months, and stress.

I cannot believe these People are still trading. Why arn't they being shut down and exploited. There are many comments on numerous sites highlightimg how awful this company are.

wanted some diet pills thought this company was safe as it advertised that oprah winfry and cnn where all raving about them said it was secure site and was no scam went on paid 2x £3.75 for the try b4 you buy on checkin my credit card account they have went in and took another £72.97 out my account with no authorisation at all this is a scam i will be seekin legal advise also i will go 2 all the papers this SCAM will not go un noticed im appaulled

I fell for the same "Teeth Whitening" ad on a website that I was on.  I ordered and paid for two products.  $2.49 for one and .99 for the 2nd.  This was on July 28, 09  on Aug 8 I received a letter in the mail from Pure Essentials Company also known to me as the  "Scam Outfit" saying I have been charged $89 and will be charged $94 a month. I immediately called Chase Bank and had them put this Scam Company on the do not pay list, however they said the $89 was charged earlier.  They are working with me in trying to get my $89 back.  I called the Scam Co. and actually spoke with a nice woman who gave me the scripted reason they could not return my money.  I told her to cancel my order which she said she did and she gave me a cancellation number, however they will not return the $89.  Then she offered me a discount.  Instead of $94 a month she would only charge me $19 a month.   WHAT A SCAM.  I actually was going to try the products and if I liked them I would have bought more at an honest price.  $94 a month IS NOT HONEST!!   What a Scam, Rip Off, etc.   DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

I cancelled this product after I found out that the cheap introductory offer wasn't what they claimed.  I got an e-mail from the company, confirming they received my letter.  I again told them I wanted to cancel.  I received another box with the product in it today.  This company has my credit card number.  How do I get this charge off my credit card and get this company out of my life.  They should be prosecuted and shut down.

I've read all sorts of complaints about them on the internet, but is anything being done to stop them?

I READ OVER THE DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES PROVIDED AND DECIDED TO GO WITH THIS COMPANY.I WAS ASSIGNED TO A TODD MAUTNER AND SPOKE WITH HIM ONLY A FEW TIMES AND HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM HIM AND I SIGNED MY CONTRACT IN JANUARY. THIS IS NOW AUGUST AND I HAVE YET TO SEE A CHANGE IN MY CREDIT SCORE AND I AM DEALING WITH THE SAME CRAPPY 500 CREID SCORE AS WHEN I SIGNED UP FOR THEIR SERVICES. I EVEN WROTE SOME DISPUTE LETTERS ON MY OWN BEHALF ANS GOT BETTER RESULTS FROM MY OWN EFFORTS THAN I HAVE FROM THIS COMPANY. I PAID THEM $448.75 OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY AND HAVE SSEN NO RESULTS AND AM NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE A DECENT INTEREST RATE BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT DONE WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO.I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THE COMAPNY WITH THE NEW NUMBER I HAVE BUT I HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED BY ANYONE AS OF YET. ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE THEY OBVIOUSLY CAN'T DELIVER WHAT THEY CLAIM.

I bought from a web site that was advertized on Facebook www. alessiaslavatore.net the two products Acai Berry and Life Cleanse in two different transactions, offered as a FREE TRIAL garantueed in 30 days. They only referred to the payment of Shipping and Handling from UK to Italy at the price of £3 .95 £ that I payed in euro.

That'ss what it said in the two invoices that I got with the small packaging after a week from the order: 05/07/2009 (which is a Sunday) for Acai and 20/07/2009 fro Life C. I payed with my credt card , but there was no pop up for their Terms and Conditions and in the invoices there was absolutely nothing about expiring dates, warnings that in 15 days from the Order date you had to call them to cancel your payments: what payments? Nobady spoke about future payments. I thought I was going to have my tablets, try them in 30 days, since they give you a try out of 30 tablets and then do my  next order if I happy with them!

Instead yesterday I saw from my account that there has been a transaction not authorized from me of € 83,37 the 23/07/2009: they counted 15 days from the shipping date  08/07/2008, considering only 3 days for an International shipping, to take money from my account.

I blocked my credit card because I can't afford to lose my money in this way.
