I sent for some advertised slimming aids advertised as free but asked to pay postage of 3.50 GBP. No goods have been received, but my debit card has been charged with a payment of 72.54 GBP on 4th August and 72.14 on 5th August also incurring overdraft bank charges of 2.50 GBP. I have reported this to my bank Alliance-Leicester accordingly and it seems from the rip off report website we are not the first to be conned by this company.

I placed an order on July 16 th and sent it back with RA #. I sent it so they had to sign for it and they did. They recieved the package on July 20 th at 2:34 in the p.m. I have called them 5 times to get the money back. They keep telling me that they put priority on it and it will take 2 to 3 days. I waited and then called back and then they said they would put a priority on it and then it would be 3 to 5 days, waited, tried calling again and they hung up on me 4 times. I had told them that if they were not going to pay me then just be up front and tell me. I know now that if I would have sent it back with out having them sign for it that they would have told me never recieved it.

|I received a telephone call from this company, was told that I could receive a trial of this product for a mere charge of $5.95. I was told that upon receipt, call immediately to cancel. I received last Friday, tried to call to cancel, no person available. Finally was able to speak with someone today. Spoke to supervisor as well, who said this could only be ordered on line and that the acceptance portion was in writing. I repeatedly told him (Michael), that I did not order on line, and was charged the $87.13 anyway. He kept repeating that I could not have ordered via telephone. I did. I also asked him where Dania Beach was, and he said he "was unable to disclose" the location. As I had lived in Fl. for a number of years, I gave him landmarks of locations. He stated he lived in Florida, a different location, but I have my doubts on that. |

I have a complaint. I have no information, no confirmation, no product. My checking account is being debited for $39.95, $77.00 and $88.00. I was pursued after I ordered acai berry product on line. The phone number I was given is 866-949-1038 as customer service. No one ever answers the phone. The confirmation company only gives your the number to call. When I ordered this product on line, it was to be shipping charges only. The product was a trial offer. Now I am looking at charges of nearly $200.00.

I paid 4.95 for a trial Of Xanithin3, and it says on my ageement that I have about 7 days to try it, and then it said that if I wanted more I could call and order more. It wasn't even 7 buisnessness days and they charged my acct 88.55. I called. they gave me a cancellation number that I still have and an Rga Number. they told me what to do to get a refund. I have been waiting for 6 weeks, and no refund. I called, and now there is no longer a nunber to contact them at. They are what I consider a very dishonest company.

I recently booked what I thought would be a "Cheap Flight" with Ryanair for myself & 4 friends, & I am disgusted with their conduct. When selecting the flight, you go through many pages asking if you want to add baggage etc and then you come to a page which shows the total. When you choose a method of payment it discreetly changes the total, and to my disgust it charges £10 per person to pay with a card, so what I thought would be a cheap flights they have charged £50 on top to pay with a card (although they don't offer any other method of payment). I tried to contact them to discuss this or to cancel the flights, so I telephoned them. Wherever the call centre is, it is alot of Spanish people who you are put through to. They can't help & tell you that you must write to head office or fax them in Ireland (no e-mail?). So I e-mailed them immediately asking to cancel these flights as it's a complete rip of, and it took them 12 working days to respond. They responded saying I was being charged £5 per person per sector, I responded (by fax - u cant reply to their mails) saying I had been charged £10 per person. I waited a further 7 working days for them to send me the same e-mail. I then phoned Ryanair to say they had the same response, to which I was told the charge is each way?????? How can they charge each way when I made the booking once on my card. To be charged £50 handling fee is an absolute disgrace, and for it not to be advertised anywhere on their website is discussing. I could have actually flown with BA for much less & had free luggage allowance. I feel totally robbed by Ryanair and will never everrrrrrrrr fly with them again. The company is a total fraud, otherwise why can you not reach anyone to help you out with query, only Spanish people giving out a complaints address. I know I won't receive any funds back but I would like to inform people what this company is really like. Also I have flown with them years ago & there service was appalling then, but just needed a cheap flight as imp going with some single mother who hasn't had a holiday in over 15 years. I appreciated you time in reading my complaint & hope to hear back from you in the near future

My Families company H H Brown & Son ltd were not made aware of the fct we were in a so called evergreen contract - which means they keep rolling on the contract and can charge whatever they want.
My Dad knew but he passed away on 21st of December and 4 month later before me and my family understood much of the business the hiked up our electricity bill and now we have to pay 500 pounds to get out of it

i have written 3 letters to them, they sent one back asking for proof from me. That was 2 weeks ago still no money. Cant ring them as your waiting in a cue for 1hr
got registered with this company to be a male escort and make some extra money they said work is waiting for you and you should be ready to work in about 4 days then they asked for a deposit of £2000 and said there is an american actress waiting to be escorted and you will the money same week on friday and i have been try to be in touch with them since then either to get some work or my money back but unforunately nothing is happening. If can please help me . This money I need for my dauhters uni.

I placed an order for dust filters on the 24th and the money was withdrawn from my account straight away. After a week I called to find out where the filters were and was told that I would get a call back. I never got a call back and phoned them several times and, after many unanswered calls, managed to speak to someone about my order on three different occasions and was promised that it would be looked into and I would get a call back. It is now the 7th of August, two weeks after the order was placed and I am still waiting and beginning to think that the Davro website has been set up just to defraud potential customers and that it is about time they were reported to the police as fraudsters.

I was using Global Telelinks to make my overseas calls. I used my credit card to credit money to my account with them. They are the only company which has my credit card details. When I received my credit card statement I noticed that they had used my credit card to make unauthorised purchases amounting to NZ$45.00. I informed them about it but till date they have not reimbursed the amount to my account. BEWARE OF GLOBAL TELELINKS - they are a world wide chain dealing with telecommunications. Their staff in India are accessing people's credit card details and making unauthorised purchases.

I order OXI-BERRY on line and they took 86.42 out of my bank acctount with out asking. I never got my free bottle of the 15 free trail fist. I want my money back.
Scam, scam, scam!!!! Igomogul says they pay you to write reviews then talk you into paying for them to make a website, but its all a scam. The only thing they give you in writing is a stupid contract to make the website they don't give you a contract or anything in writing about being paid to write reviews. If you ask for them to send information on what they pay you for and how much they ignore you. All their promises about earning money is a lie.

ESPECIALLY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR SHENAZ WHO PROMISES TO RETURN YOUR CALLS BUT NEVER DOES, AND IS ALWAYS AWAY FROM HER DESK!!I HAVE SPENT ALOT OF TIME AND MONEY ON CALLS TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN BIRMINGHAM AND I CONSTANTLY GET FOBBED OFF, IT IS DISGRACEFUL.

at the end of april i recieved a phone call from claimed 4u they said that a loan i had could be cleared and that i would recieve back paymemet for the they ppi. before i could answer the letter £100 was take by my direct debit card i return the informaition as they had taken my money and i am still in dept plus the £100 i owe my father . six phone calls to them and each time they say they will phone back ha not a word

I too was taken in by the free trial offer of acia berry and life cleanse about 2 weeks ago but do not remember being referred to any terms and conditions when ordering. The free trial came there was no paper work with instructions or anything just an invoice so i thought nothing of it. Today I wa shsocked to recieve 2 more packets of the same thing with an invoice for £82.85 each ther was no mention on the wqebsite how much they would be after that as far as i remember. I have contacted the company to say I did not want them and would be returning them for a refund but a very rude woman said they would not refund my money because I had signed up for further shipments, and should read the terms and conditions again which is ok but there is no website address on the invoices so you cannot do that, and you cannot find it through an internet search, so you cant even e mail them. I got very angry saying that i did not want them but they are saying basically thats tough! They have now cancelled my order but one is still in transit even though I have only just recieved one. My credit card company are monitoring my account to stop any more payments. i went to trading standards and they are basically agreeing that they are within their rights because I did not cancel within the stipulated time ,what time? I feel very aggrieved and angry that you cannot even send the items back for a refund so they go in the bin!This company are scamming people they need sorting out fast, people need their money back and a warning should go out about them.

Have had cover for a couple of years without a problem, in fact they have repaired or replaced our sky box on several occassions, so I had no reason to believe I had a problem. Then they took £129.90 off my account in March 2009, I contacted them and they said it was a clerical error and agreed not to take any more money until next year. I had been paying by monthly direct debit.The following month they again took £129.90 and I have not been able to contact them again. I can only assume what appeared to be a genuine company has decided to fleece its customers and then disappear.
Am I correct? I presume I will not see my money returned & I now have no Sky cover.

I need an email from the company to say the account is cancelled for my visa card and even though promised on the phone this email has not arrived therefor until it comes charges will still be paid by Visa.
Surely something can be done about this company they are not ethical. Facebook need to think again about advertising this company. I will not trust a facebook advert that is certain.
I did have the envelope with the phone number on but not the email. The tablets took 5weeks to come therefore to late to cancel. Customer service number given on site is not operating. The envelope number was answered and I was told I had registered for the offer and to continue if not cancelled within 15days. They have said the account will be cancelled but without the email I am stuck as far as Visa are concerned.
BEWARE OF VIV3LAB LTD and any of these free offers. Also facebook adverts as they are still allowing this advert even after all the complaints.

i ordered a 30day free trial ov the acaiberry and colon cleanser for the total of £3.80.
i was outraged to discover that a payment of £74.10 was taken from my bank account.plus several oveseas transactions fees. i have tried ringing he telephone number but no one answers and i have emailed them but just got an automated response saying that i can not contact then throught email.
i am getting to my wits ends
