This rescue is a fake rescue. They are not a not-for-profit. I adopted a dog from this rescue and I found out later that the vet RECORDS were FAKE! The dog was very sick. I would caution anyone adopting from this rescue to be very carefuL! 

I ordered my trial samples of acai berry and colon cleanse . Within 5 days of recieving the product i was charged £72 less the £3.95 for each tub

the trial was  15 days ..i contacted the company within the 15 days  and spoke to a lithuanian girl who didnt speak alot of English and told her I wanted to cancel as i had seen no weight loss whatsover, and i was completely unhappy with the product .. I weigh 13stone 12pounds - not huge amounts but enough to believe the hype . She told me I couldn't cancel as the product was "on his way-you have already paid we cannot return them" I asked to speak to a supervisor- to no avail-she actually put the phone down.

So ... i phoned back and got a very helpful scottish lady who assured me she had now cancelled my "subscription" i would recieve an email - within 2 days informing me that i had requested a refund on the original delivery - i still have 24 tablets left in each pack, and she had requested a refund on the second delivery

I was then charged a further £160 ..even before the things arrived . so within 20 days I 've been scammed for £310

So now .. 6 days after my last phone call - no email - no contact - no refund ..

If this is a company in this country - the product should be covered under the sale of goods act .. no ? ..

I have cancelled my card - which has caused nothing but hassle as i go away in a week -

This company seems to be a scam and has loads of complaints against it - with SEVERAL company names to its credit ..

After a amount of £74.21 being taken out of my account by VIV3 on 23/07/2009 another amount was taken on 07/08/09 of £71.87 both of which I have no idea what they are for.  Compies such as this should be closed down as I have not authorised both of these and will be taking this matter much further.

I recieved a package today which contained Acai berries and a nice bill of £82.95.

I did not order these but did order a free sample for my g/f a month ago. I never went back looking for more but recieved this and am looking to cancel the order and return them and also ensure I do not recieve anything ever again from the company.

I was offered a free trial of a natural weight loss supplement.  All I had to pay for was shipping.  I paid for shipping on 8/3/2009 and 10 days later they took 87.13 from my account causing it to be overdrawn which is a 40.00 fee.  I cannot find a contact number for the cimpany.  My bank tells me the phone number is in Isreal.  HELP

took free trail grom this company and they are now sending more of the goods that I didn't ask for and stopping a ridiculous amount out of credit acc,

I dont recall any thing about this in terms and conditions 

I ordered a free trial of reveratrol-utra off the internet, the same evening I received a phone call telling me that with that offer I could also try the eye cream B-Labs. I asked at the time if I could return if I didn't like it and was told that all I would have to do was cancel within the 30 day trial, at no charge to me. I cancelled that order within the 30 days, and was still charged the 49.95 on my credit card. When I called back they said that the product had to be returned, however that is not what I was told when I cancelled. They said it was mine to keep, they didn't make people send it back. Well I was charged for it and when I called and questioned them about it I was told that it had a 30 day  money back offer, and since my 30 days was over after the 2nd phone call they could do nothing about it. If they would of told me that after the intial phone call obviously I would have sent back and only payed the shipping costs.

On August 8, 2009, a charge for 132.58 Can. appeared on my credit card.  In July, I ordered a free sample of Acai Berry Detox and paid 3.95 for shipping and handling.  I am not sure why I have been chraged above and beyoned this, as I have received nothing more from the company.

I ordered the free trial Acai Berry ,supplied my credit card details for a charge of 3.95.After logging into my account today,discoverd a charge of $118.63 paid to   focus cleanse.cant believe this I have been robbed,Someone please help.

I WAS ONE WHOM RECEIVED THE ACIA BERRY AND THE CLEANSER AND IT WAS A 30 DAY TRAIL AND THEY ARE SAYING IT WAS'NT IT WAS A 15 DAY TRAIL SO IF I DIDNT CANCEL THEY WOULD CONTINUE WITH THIS I WAS MISLED AND I HAD 151.20 TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT  SO WHEN I SAW THIS I GOT ON TO THEM AND MADE A COMPLAINT AND DUE TO 3 EMAIL THEY HAVENT GAVE ME MY REFUND AND THE OTHER THING IS I'VE SENT THE PRODUCTS BACK TO THEM AND THE LAST EMAIL I'VE GOT WAS LETTING ME KNOW THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING ME BECAUSE I WAS OVER THE 15 DAY TRAIL PERIOD SO BASICALY I WOULD LIKE MY REFUND BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OR I WOULD TAKE THIS FURTHER SO IS THERE ANY WAY YOU CAN HELP ME THANKS

Ordered ink from their website and it hasn't arrived. Their email address is not valid and their phone number (if you can get through) has a recorded message telling you to email them your complaint!  Should have realised it was a dodgy site as they go to great efforts to suggest that Royal Mail often mislay goods.

I got the free trial from Viv3 labs for the Acai berry detox and Life cleanse they said all i had to pay for was the shipping cost AU$3.95 (VAT included)but they debit amount of $7.43 AUD twice. I just got my credit card statement and they have taken money from my account the total amont of $283 AUD. I didn't have an agreement with Viv3 to debit my account at their discretion. I have been trying email but cant get them.  I have alerted my bank to not accept any more transactions from Viv3 Labs. I don't know how to get a hold of them and am not sure what to do next. Please advise!!!!!!!

free sample of acai berries never reveived, £71.99 taken from my credit card for a subscription that I did not even know that I had signed up for ! Company refuses to give their address details and hung up on me !

Third phone call I made as I typed this.......nice man now says I will get a refund ! Will pigs fly ?? I have told him of the compnay's bad reputation and he seems not to care ! Good customer service ??

I signed up for a free trial of Acai Berry and Life Cleanse at £3.95 postage and packing over the internet from Viv3labs. I have just been to the bank and find that two amounts of $115.47 (£71.87) have been taken from my account. At no time did I authorise these payments to be taken. Transaction 1 was listed as Natureberry and the other as Vitalityclean. I have informed the bank who in turn have informed the fraud department. I have also consulted my GP as to having the trial tablets that were sent to be analysed to see what is actually in them with a view to perhaps taking legal action.

These transactions should not be allowed to happen - these companies are obviously defrauding and should be stopped from trading.

WAITED THEN PHONED CREDIT CARD WHEN I GOT ANOTHE SUPPLY OF LIFE CLEANSE AT £82.00 told THEN I HAD CANCELED  THEY SAID I DIDENT DO THAT IN TIME TO STOP THE NEXT SUPPLY BEING SENT. WHICH I DID NOT KNOW I HAD ORDERDE NOT CLEAR ON WEB PAGE MY CREDIT CARD ORGANISED A CONFERENCE CALL WITH THEN SO WE GOT EVERTHING SORTED NO MORE TABLETS AND THEY ARE GOING TO REFUND ME MY £82 POUND GOT EMAIL FROM THEM TO CONFIRM THIS.   I WILL LET YOU KNOW IF THIS HAPPENS  WHAT THEY SAID WAS THE FREE OFFER IS ONLY FOR 15 DAYS AND IF YOU DO NOT CANCELL YOU WILL GET CHARGED FOR THE FULL AMOUNT FOR YOUF FREE OFFER OF ACIA BERRYS AND LIFE CLEANSE SO HOW CAN THEY WORK OUT THAT THIS IS A FREE OFFER  A BIG BIG SCAN SO GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALLL

I sent to the above company a recorded letter stating that i did not want anymore of the tablets as i did not take any because of having only 1 kidney my doctor advised me against taking them.

I sent the letter recorded on the 3rd august and i have just checked my bank account and they have take nearly £150.00 out on the 11th and 12th august  for these tablets i was well in the time to send the letter saying that i wished to cancel this order

If i do not get any satisfactory results, then i have no alternative to call in the police, i have spoken with my cousing who is infact a policeman and he has advised me to do this.

I stupidly made TWO orders to this company before being made aware they sell counterfeit GHD products. They first told me they could not refund me as they had sent out my orders and suggested to solve the problem, I send on the items to their customers and they will pay me the postage. I instantly refused to do this as I would then be getting involved in their fraudulent activity. So, one order I did not sign for so this was automatically returned and the second I returned which cost me £22.00! I have sent numerous emails to this company but have still not received any kind of refund and they have told me they have received the items back.

I am not willing to give up until I have been given a FULL REFUND. This company is breaking the law and needs to be stopped!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order with the Perfume Emporium on the 27th July 2009, was told it was despatched by Royal Mail signed for on the 31st July. To date (13th August) still not received. I was advised by the owner, Chris to wait 8 working days which I have, he is now not responding to any emails. I am pursuing this matter as historically he has ripped off many other buyers and I am not intending to let him get away with this!
