I need an email from the company to say the account is cancelled for my visa card and even though promised on the phone this email has not arrived therefor until it comes charges will still be paid by Visa.
Surely something can be done about this company they are not ethical. Facebook need to think again about advertising this company. I will not trust a facebook advert that is certain.
I did have the envelope with the phone number on but not the email. The tablets took 5weeks to come therefore to late to cancel. Customer service number given on site is not operating. The envelope number was answered and I was told I had registered for the offer and to continue if not cancelled within 15days. They have said the account will be cancelled but without the email I am stuck as far as Visa are concerned.
BEWARE OF VIV3LAB LTD and any of these free offers. Also facebook adverts as they are still allowing this advert even after all the complaints.

I answered an advert in the paper for newlook escorts I was told to pay £279 as a start up fee this had to be cash into an hsbc, they advised me no further fees would be needed then two days later they rang to say they had a client who was in tv and would like to arrange to meet and sign a confidentiality aggreement I would then eran big money for going for this, before they would meet me I had tp pay a bond originally they wanted £2500 but i declined so they agreed to make it £1000 I was unsure about this but a manager rang and confimed I would get my money back the following day as soon as agreement was signed so on th efri 15/05/2009 I paid the money in again only cash they said there card machines were having problems.The following day there was no phone call for arrangements and since then I have been contacting them regular getting excuse after excuse it is now over three months and I have not recieved any work or any re-imbursement. I did ring the paper where the ad was placed and they got involved to the point where a manger e-mailed her on 21/07/2009 saying I coud have a full refund she said it would take 5 working days but again nothing has come from this either. I really need this money that is why I originally answered the ad as I was having problems.

|Free sample »||14th July||06/08/2009||0|
I like many others fell for this scam thinking I was getting a free sample and paying for postage. 2 weeks later £74.10 thken from my account and 2 weeks after that £75.33 taken from my account. I have tried to contact them and my bank is investigating. It is just a huge scam.
Beware of exactwatches.com and idolreplicas.com! I attempted to order a watch on idolreplicas.com which is a mirror website for exactreplicas.com and when I hit the submit button the page went blank and stayed that way. So, I attempted to order 2 more times, still same thing. So I contacted the company the next day and told them and they said there was no record of any orders (all by email... they don't answer there phones. EVER!) So, I went to exact watches website and the order went right through. Then, within just 2 days I receive emails congradulating me on 4 seperate orders and my bank account is getting tapped for 2 already and 2 more pending. So, I tried to call the company and emailed them daily regarding getting the duplicate orders cancelled and refunded. ALL emails are ignored. 9 sent already, thouroughly explaining my situation and asking for a reply, for which none ever comes. Watches have not arrived. No phones EVER answered, No emails ever responded to. Quite frankly the worst customer service on earth and a scam I am sure. Do NOT do business with them! Chances are you will be hurt. |Unfair Billing! »||Aug 3, 2009||06/08/2009||0|
I ordered a free trial of Acai Berry Detox on the 20th of July and did not recieve my free trail until Aug. 3, 2009. I was charged $82.13 for not even being able to try the pills!! I called customer service and I waited 10 mins for someone to finally help me. I told the representative that I did not receive any other email explaining about the 15 day free trail or a number to call to cancel my substription. They had my email incorrect in the system, it took almost two weeks for them to ship it to my residence. How is it considered a free trail when I am already charged for not even trying it yet?! I counldn't exactly find the Terms and Conditions for the free trail without having to go through the steps of ordering it online. The representative and the supervisor could not tell me where to exactly find the terms and conditions page.
It is very frustrating when companies offer free trials without sending out an order confirmation explaining the terms and conditions. It rapes the money out of people who truely want to give it a try. But how can a customer even try it, get charged! and not even be able to try the free trail! It's unfair and falsely advertised when you recieve your product. There is no guarentee that you will get your free trail until a couple days of the end of the free trial period. In the package, I couldn't find any information about cancelling the free trial when I recieved it. All the other free trials that I have gone through sent me email confirmations with the terms and conditions, always had a hard copy of the terms in the package, and I got the free trial within a few days of ordering.

|free trial scam »||3/7/2009||05/08/2009||0|
I ordered the so calle free trial of acaiberry and lifecleanse on 28/6/09 in good faith.The pills took 8 and 10 days to arrive after being shipped on 3/7/09. My credit card bill arrived and I had not only been billed for the p&p costs but also £150.16 on 16/7/09 which is not 15 days.
It took some time to get through on the phone as my early emails returned undelivered and managed to cancel on 3/8/09. I was given 2 cancellation numbers , but was told I was not entitled to a refund as I had not read the terms and conditions thoroughly. I explained that I could not afford to throw away this sort of money so the person in customer support said she would escalate my complaint.
Meanwhile I sent more emails and eventually got a response and a ticket id. I was not entitled to a refund and thecase was closed. I have sent another email today demanding a refund.

|payment from credit card for item not requested »||31/07/09||05/08/2009||0|
I signed up for a free trial of one bottle of acai berry detox tablets. I paid £3.95 for p & p which I must have paid by credit card. About one month later I received a second bottle with a receipt showing that they had deducted £82.95 from my credit card as payment. I phoned them up and informed them that I hadn't asked for the second bottle and hadn't authorised the payment. They claimed that the small print of the trial offer gave them the right to take that payment every month. I told them that I was not happy with this and asked them to cancel any further payments. As a precaution I also cancelled my credit card so that no further payments could be taken. This still leaves me £82.95 out of pocket!

Learned about the product from an advertisment on the internet, was supposed to recieve product monthly until canceled or otherwise. Never recieved product but was still billed by the company. In attempts to get money back the employiees have been rude and condisending and have been putting me off trying to get me to forget about the problem. I expect a responce within 48 hours and I want a refund on my credit card.

|Fraud »||July 30, 2009||05/08/2009||0|
I ordered a trial sample of the Acai Berry supposedly at 99 cents on June 19th. On July 7th, after not receiving the product, I called to let them know that I had not received the product and that I no longer was interested. The CSR told me that it was probably on the way already and that I could either send it back or keep it and try it since it was only 99 cents and that he would cancel my account so no other product would be sent. I received the product a few days later and returned it as "return to sender" since the CSR did not indicate that I would need an return authorization number. When I received my credit card statement I found that they had in fact charged me $87.13 on July 4th. I called the company and spoke with a rude CSR (Ron Garcia #121) and after forcefully insisting to talk to a supervisor, I was transferred to Arthur Knight #S-54, another very rude employee who like the first one insisted that since I had not cancelled during the 15 day trial period I was not entitled to a reimbursement. I maintained that since I did not have the product there was in fact no "trial" period. When I indicated that I can returned it they both said that since I had not returned it with a return authorization number, I was not entitled to the refund.
This company should be prosecuted for the many people they have defrauded.

|Refund for Deposits »||December 2008||05/08/2009||0|
Since January 2009 I have been trying to get refunds ($25,145 + attorney fees) from Pringle Development Inc. in Central Florida. I had contracted with this company November 2008 to build a new home. I wanted to close on the lot and house at one closing. They presented me with a Contract Addendum called Quick Start 7/10 Program. To qualify for this program, purchaser "must use 5th Generation Mortgage Co.; make an initial deposit of $7000; and then 10% 30 days from contract date. "
I filled out a loan application and paid a fee December 2, 2008; waited nearly two weeks for the loan manager to make a better Good Faith Estimate; and signed the application December 11. The manager was aware that I needed a 90% construction to permanent loan. A week after I signed the application, the manager said that the policy guidelines for 90% construction-perm loans were no longer available in Florida. She asked that I wait until after the New Year while she tried to get an exception. After the New Year, the manager said that she could not get an exception; that she had made arrangements for me to get a refund for the application fee because she had done nothing with my loan application; and that she then worked for a different loan company. Around January 15, in another conversation with the director for sales which ended with his saying that he "had no problem with my getting my deposit back" for the house. He instructed me to write a letter to him. Then the nightmare really began:
These are just some of the contradictory statements made by Pringle representatives; their failure to disclose important information about the Addendum Quick Start and 5th Generation Mortgage; and their efforts to ignore or evade the conditions stated in the Quick Start 7/10 program presented to me. My intention is not to malign the reputation of Pringle Development Inc, a company that I had once thought reputable. In their treatment of me, however, I believe they have acted unethically-- possibly illegally.
Being new to the area, I sought legal assistance. The deposition of the director of the sales manager has convinced me that Pringle's tactic is just stall long enough in the hopes that through frustration and the expense of an attorney I will fade away. It has taken six months and thousands of dollars just to get someone at Pringle to even "grudgingly" acknowledge requirements stated in the Quick Start Program. The director of sales stated that Pringle no longer uses the Quick Start program; three weeks later they posted an "Available for Quick Start" sign on a lot in their community where I rent.

I purchased a free trial of acai berry and life cleanse at a cost of £3.95 each. As far as i was concerned that was it, but when i got my bank statement i found that they had in fact charged me £6.99 for each item, and two weeeks later charged me £3.76 x2 plus £1.50 x2. Then another two weeks later they took £74.55 x2 and £1.50 x2 from my bank! I have rung them with my complaint, and was told i should have cancelled my subscription within 15 days of ordering the products. what subscription? What 15 day trial? There was no mention of any of this in the order process, and definately no mention of terms and conditions which they say i agreed to! The lady i spoke to said she would request a refund for me, which i should hear about within 5 working days. All ive received is a email saying its basically my fault! No mentiion of a refund!

I originally purchased a free trial of two of the above companys products, having seen the results on friends, who claimed that the supplements worked well for them.
within the span of 30th july, up until the 5th of august I have been charged repeat sums of £70-80 for no orders sent, or given on my behalf.
At no point in the whole site, or application, did it state that there would be additional charges, additional amounts sent, etc, they used words like 100% secure, free refund's, etc, they should be simply ashamed of what they have done, and how they are bankrupting vulnerable people.
I'm a student , making well under an average wage, and as such, due to the above company, I've been forced into overdraft not once or twice but four times in the last month because of this company.
It sickens me, to think of this pure profiteering. when i signed up for a free trial, that was given decent advertisement, on a popularly viewed website( facebook), I do support the free testing of drugs and medicines on people, as that is ethically correct, but this is horrible, when i recieved the first bottle of acai berry and life cleanse, they were both poorly made, half the contents were damaged( the capsules were knocked about and partly split, and leaking)
I am just fed up, and as such, I will be forced to change my bank account to prevent myself being forced into more overdraft(which is already at over £50, in under half a week)
I have tried contacting the company, and was put through to a call center, who offered me no valid advice or assistance, I have tried canceling the subscription, and nothing has come of that so far.
is it just me, or isn't it illegal, to hide a contract/subscription, and then later state under it, I am at my whit's end, as they have included everything in small print, on a seperate website to the one they are using for the supposedly 'free samples'.

Re: Account Number 4324235 and Order ID 40871753
Item received after 15 days, as mentioned in their terms and condition you could only cancel an order within 15 days from order date.
They are fraud and have started the subscription without our prior knowledge and have started charging US$180 monthly on my credit card.
Customer care number given by VIV3 takes you to the Indian call centre where they tell you they have limited information and cannot escalate any calls and have no supervisor to speak to. Only thing they could do is cancel your subscriptions.
I have been cheated and am frustrated as I cannot do anything as I am sitting in another country.
I hope someone can help me take this fraud company down.

Similar story to all the other poor people scammed by this firm.
Ordered a 32gb touch ipod, site claiming 12 in stock, and dispatch between 24-48 hours. Emailed after 5 days requesting progress report, as status has not changed, and recieved the standard ""Thanks you for your email, out sincerest apolgies for the delay in your order. Unfortunately, we had a few products out of stock. However, we do have an order coming in with the product. It will be arriving within a week. Once the product has arrived we will expedite your order."
No reponse to subsequent emails, requesting further information, and no response to emails requesting to Cancel order, and refund the money immediately.
Some 2 weeks on, I am now taking this further, and reporting to police and the bank to see if they can assist in recooping the money or gaining the goods.
Any advice would be gratefully recieved!
