I have paid for the free trial and received the first bottle. Since then, I have received NOTHING and have been charged $86.42 for something that I'm certain is never going to arrive.

I tried calling the telephone number to cancle "subscription" that I didn't realize I agreed to. I reached a message that said, " Due to weather related outages our office is curently closed ... call back tomorrow"  There is a time limit for cancellation and I can not reach the company!

I sent for a free trial of the above pills and agreed to pay postage only.

I was upset to find I had been charged £74.73 on 21 July which I certainly had not agreed to.  I received more bottles of pills which I returned saying I did not want any more.

Please help.

I have the same problem. Requested a product for cost of postage only, didn't receive the goods...SURPRISE, SURPRISE and now there is another charge for $146.15 UNDER VIALITYCLEAN 442031399067 CYP.....DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY WHO EVER THEY ARE AS IT'S A RIP OFF!!!! I currently have the bank investigating this!!!!!! BE WARNED. Someone needs to put a stop to these people!!!!!

In June I ordered a free trail sample colon cleanse elite and Accie Berry at  5.95each. after numerous attempts to deliver it, I was billed 89.95 twice and did not receive the product. I tried to phone the number on my credit card, waited on hold for 45 min each time and was disconected. Finally I received an e-mail stating I had to pick it up . I replied I did not want it, I was not aware of any free trail period. He said I had to sign for it and return it. The post office would not send it back without a country code. After more emails, which took days in between to answer, I got an address, sent it back at the cost of $25 and still never received credit. Then another shipment shows up!! I start all over again. It is impossible to reach anyone over the phone. No one resopnds to the e-mails. I have repeatedly asked for this to stop and again today received another receipt for delivery.I had asked to be stopped numerous times. Now I have a phone bill for $160 too. They are using differnt company names and phone numbers and when I call, It is the same recording.I am out $400 now and want it to stop.The company names are MTXsupplements, Weightsecrets, Homehealtstore, QualityHealth.  

I paid for postage of life cleanse and acai berry detox because it was offered for trial on the 23/7/09 and on the 11/8/09 a company by name focuscleanse which i haven't bought anything from took $241.10 from my account. I therefore make a search about them on the internet and realised a lot of people have become a victim of such scam.

I signed up with this company which promised free search info and found out they merely supplied name and address and there was additional charges for any other info.

Hi i recently purchased a pair of kiss pink GHDs from this website, i was unaware that they were not genuine GHD products at the time i only found out when i researched the website online a few days before recieving them, i have now had the straightners for 5 days and they are not working correctly they go off whilst im using them, they do not heat up properly at first and the heat plates are loose. I have tried to email the website i purchased them off but i have recieved nothing back, i would like my money back if it is possible as i feel i have been ripped off. Thanks for the help.

After ordering a so called free product called life cleanse,i found my credit card to be ripped off by two amounts of £74and so many pence without my consent,i had only consented to an amount of £3so many pence for shipping and handling,i have contacted the company and demanded a refund only to be told i have to wait for an e-mail for details on returnable items.I am enraged and appauled at myself for falling into a rip off like tghis,i am usually clever enough to avoid such incidents.These rip off merchants are professional and catch you unawares!!!!

Have recently purchased "GHD" straighteners from this company.  Unlike a lot of people who have posted mine did arrive.  Needless to say they are "fake" and apart from anything else are dangerous!  My credit card company are trying to help me but I need a correspondence address for either UGG-Mart.com or GHDsellmart.co.uk.  Unfortunately the paperwork I received, apart from the name and address was all in Chinese and I did not keep it.  Can anyone out there help? 

they sent meone bottle and yet charged my account all in the same month canceled  thye said send back bottle will get a refund i did not sent me another bottle on a canceled order i have a message in customer service saying only to return bottle no number i now can not log on to get the message they do not answer phones i want my refund my credit card is disputing these charges

i HAVE HAD MY LANWALL CONTRACT FOR A BLACK AND WHITE COPIER FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS NOW, BUT FOR ALMOST A YEAR, I have not been able to get intouch with them to order ink or paper!

There are no details for emails to contact and they never pick up the phone, just the option to leave a message for paper deliveries, which they never reply or respond to.

As others on this site, I have had similar problems and i'm taking it from the responses here that all lanwall customers are experiencing the same thing.

We should collectively start legal action on them and give them a real kick in their backsides!!

If this happens, give me a call on 07931 764 119 (sam) i'm happy to join this action.  And a someone rightly said most of their customers are small businesses going through this recession with this extra financial burdon.

Following my purchase of Acai burn for a total of 14$, On July 23, I noticed a charge of 123.53  twice on my credit card, not sure what the charge was for, was listed as VIV3.

Then, on August 7, two companies, one called Focus Cleanse the other Vitality Cleanse felt so inclined to charge me  132.58 each!

Grand total for all charges is $512.22 CAD.  And I have NO idea what I purchased!

VIV3 is NOT to be trusted, I expect a full refund!

Free sample applied for charged  3 72 GBP sample arrived now money claimed from my credt card which has not been authorised by me .This company need investigatin? .i

I ordered these tablets thinking it was a free trail and was charged a small fee for shipping on 16/07/09. On 06/08/09 they charged me £72.00 from my debit card. I have since phoned them several times to cancel my order and try and get a refund. I have been told my order is cancelled but will not be recieving a refund even although they promice a 30 day money back guaranty.

 I am currently unemployed and have little money. Because of this money coming out (which i didnt agree to) I have been charged £35 by my bank and because I had a standing order on the same day I have been charged another £35 and a further £28 because i didnt have sufficient funds. All in all I have lost £72.00 from this company and £98 in charges from my bank. I dont even get that a fortnight. I dont know when I will recover from this.

ordered acai berry from viv3 ltd for a trial buy of $1.oo was over charged....tried contacting them by internet to no avail you have to ring then i saw there have been alotof other complaints with a company associated to viv3..FOCUS CLEANSE......THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT ACCOUNT $281.92 Fim not sure what as i never ordered anything off them i cant even find them but they are associated with viv3 and ripping alot of innocent people off BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES ESPECIALLY VIV3 ...ACACIA BERRY DETOX WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES   KARMA WILL GET THEM....

I sent an order for printer ink ,order #38939 £26.98.

nothing delivered ,no response from emails ,no response from phone calls. the phone is always engaged or you just get a recorded message telling you to  email .I now have to go elsewere to buy ink cartrages because mine have now run out

Claimed free sample online, told would pay postage only. £3.71 paid, then a few weeks later payment of £71.99 taken from account. Of course, customer services hid behind the small print of the terms and conditions. Also, I was unable to speak to a supervisor or obtain an address to make a written complaint.

Daughter asked for hair straightners for birthday, she provided web site name. I logged in and ordered them. A receipt was posted via e mail with an order number.
