I have been running the process of yootel which is the company from canada and i have not recieved a single payment yet from his side and when i am calling his person who is in india in coimbatore he is telling me that he is no more working with yootel and his name is prabhu sekar. The person who signed my contract his name is howell wang who is canada and not clearing my a/c yet.

Google these thieves before you get ripped off! I didn't even send in their form, I deleted it but they have it set up so they actually scrub your information anyway as soon as it's put into the form so you delete the page and forget about it yet in the meantime they have started robbing you.
They charge you $90 U.S. for their FREE sample. They have sent me confirmation on June 22nd that my account had been closed and then charged me $400 more.
Important point! TD Visa says they know these weasels and even though I've closed my Visa account they can still push through further charges which I am obligated to Pay!!!!!!!

I've been charged a total of $500 for 5 orders none of which I have ordered. I haven't received any of their bogus product. (Thank God for that as I am diabetic)
Independant assays of the product have shown it to contain either none or virtually no resveratrol. It is mainly either dextrose or cornstarch with a few loosening agents and a boatload of dangerous impurities.
If you actually received anything (which I have yet to see even though they've charged me over $500 even after I cancelled my credit card) don't take it as you never know if there is pesticides in the starch, The only thing for sure is: there are barely trace elements of Resveratrol!
I will NEVER buy anything on the Internet that doesn't go through Paypal ever again! The thing is I backed out of this scam without sending it and still got burned. Beware!!

My Friend And I booked a holiday with Lastminute.com yesterday, today we are £200 out of pocket and have no holiday........
The holiday in question was adverised as 7 nights in Thailand with 5* hotel and flights for £675 each (bargain, we though, little did we know).
My Friend purchased the holiday on her debit card, I used my lastminute account. The confirmation came through, ( we were pleased). 7 nights , 5*hotel perfect. We were told that flight details would follow from a third party (Destination2) (The global travel group).
An hour later I recieved an email, I was shocked as i opened and read the contents. It looked like a Spam email , the flight dates were wrong 12 days and 10 nights. The airline carrier was not stated, and the sender "Rob" added that if we wanted transfers to the hotel it would cost an addtional £30 each and that he needed my friend 3 digit security code from her card.
The email did not contain any contact information except for a website, for the global travel group. I googled a number and got through to receptionist,she confirmed that Rob did work for the company and that he would return my call.
Rob, returned my call, I explained that the email looked unprofessional and that the dates were in correct. He told me that I had booked 10 nights with 2 days travelling. which I responded that it was 7 nights and I had the documentation to prove so. He then abruptly told me i was wrong, I offered to send the a copy of the confirmation , he then said no.
I explained that it was booked for 7 nights because work comitments, he refused to accept his error and became increasingly rude. Rob then asked me If I wanted to cancel the holiday, I pointed out that i was not the cardholder and had no legal authority to do so. I asked to wait while I get my friend the card holder to return his call.
I called my friend to explain the situation howvever by this time, rob had already cancelled the holiday ( without the card holders consent and charged her card £200.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was then sent an email to confirm the cancellation????? I called lastminute (on a premuim number) to complain, this was a complete waste of time. I was transfered to call center in India and spoke to catherine a customer service operator. I explained the problem and forwaded the cancellation email I had recieved, Catherine then proceeded to call me by the name of the agent whom had cancelled the booking!!!
At this point I was LIVID, my holiday had been cancelled due to the incompetence of lastminute.com and they had charged my friends card £200 for there error.
The story gets worse, this morning my friend checked her bank balance and, the company had taken out the entire balance of the holiday. This was after they had send a letter of cancellation and taken out £200.
I have been on the internet and telephone all day trying to get this fiasco resolved, I have had some wonderful advice from ABTA and consumer affairs at Trading standards. They have informed me that LASTMINUTE.COM is in civil breach of contract, hve broken the code of conduct from ABTA and have not complied with:
Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982. Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994. The Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002, Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999.
I have tried to contact lastminute, they don't have a complaints procedure set out nor an email address. I have also contacted the global travel group, thay told me that they do not have a complaints procedure, I asked to speak to manager but transfered to an answer phone on 4 occassions.
I have found out that lastminute.com is part of a larger group of companies,

This company have let me sign up for 'free' trial and then it turns out that you have signed up to receive the items every 30days and to be billed the full price for the product. I do not remeber seeing anything on the page when you sign up for the free trial that this will happen. The free trial actually takes you through an order page so you would naturally assume if you wanted anymore you would order them through the same channels. I have today found out that this company have debited my credit card without my authorisation of almost £150. I am a single parent on tax credits and cannot afford to be paying for things I havent ordered.

I ordered this product along with the Acai berry, that I've also received an unauthorized debit for, which I've already made a claim for; the debit passed through on 7-28-09. All I have received is a trial bottle of this crap that I paid $4.95 S&H for. No other product has been received and if I do, it will be going straight back. I will never order such products again. I have tried to call the 888 number, only to hear "dead air" on the other line. I did send an e-mail expressing my frustration and also have a letter that will be going out today.
In total, for these two rip-off products, I'm out $171.08. And I want my money back. Please!!!!

Geo Parts alias A1 Autos salvage.
This company is the worst company I ever seen. Geo Parts contacted me after I had made a request through 1st Choice spares for AUDI A6 Rear Diff. We agreed and I paid £150/- over the phone but Geo parts sent out the different part after several weeks. They always try to lie with customer saying your parts will arrive in 2 days/next day, you will get the refund within 2 days. I got the wrong part and returned that part to the Geo parts as per Colin's request and he agreed to refund the money once he got the part including my delivery charge. And also he agreed to pay the delivery cost. I spend 40 pounds for delivery. They should pay me total £190/-. After numerous calls I got 40 Pounds on 1st of July only. I ‘m very exhausted calling and calling them and become vexed with their lies until now. I'm not sure how to claim my remaining £140/- pounds.
Can you please advice what I have to do?

Michele Peluchette works as a CNA at the state VA hospital (for disabled veterans) . She works at night and through out her shift she stealing hospital supplies and from patient rooms. I am personally returning many items that she stole and gave to my husband.My husband is a tattoo artist. her husband Dave Peluchette is "learning" to tattoo. She's stolen a hugh amount of supplies from the hospital and laughs about it. Im returning the items my husband and i have and im also giving the hospital authorities a complete notarized statement of my knowledge of this theift. She will be terminsated from her employment and will not be able to gain employment in this feild again thank god for that. if you hear of her gaining employment in this feild please inform the facility to comtact the pennsylvania state VA hospital directly at 412-665-6707 so that they can get first hand information regarding the kind of person/employee she is. What kind of person steals from our disabled american veterans. whats next she's robbing churchs and from children. on the items she's stolen are LOT #'s these numbers are on the bills of lading in shipments. if you have any items please return them to the hospital. it can be proven where these supplies were stole from by the LOT # because the LOT #'s are on the bills of lading which both the supplier (kimberly-clasrk) and the hospital both have copies of the bills of lading. this woman is DEFINETLY CAUGHT WITH HER HAND IN THE COOKIE JAR. BEWARE of this CNA. Spread the word.

i signed up for a free 30 day trial of the acai berry and life cleanse.i recieved them and it said to cancel any more pills arriving cancel within 15 days-which i did.so yesterday when i recieved a letter from my bank to say i was overdrawn,i was shaocked!!! i went into the bank and requested a print out of my account only to find that viv3 ltd had taken TWO payments of £74.73..i was not amused..i immediately canceeled my card in case it happened again.on returning home i rang the customer service number and spoke to a man named paul-he gave me numbers for cancelling the accounts and told me i would need to email [email@example.com] (link: mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org) and let them know i required a refund,and that i should never have been charged for any more pills..i then googled the name of the company and found there are quite a lot of other people which have been a victim to this company..

I ordered a free sample of Life Cleanse off the website which stated - Your risk free trial offer!! I would only be charged for postage and packaging - £ 3.95. Foolishly I did not read the terms and conditions which said that the tablets were a free trial for 15 days. After that if I did not cancel my agreement I would be charged £99.95 less £20.95 saving which equals £79.95. They actually took £74.00 or the equiv in dollars out of my account. I have therefore paid £74 for a tub of tablets that if they were analysed would probably only cost £1 at the most. These people are running a very clever scam and need stopping now !!
I ordered the DVD lion king, when it arrived it was not seacure in the dvd case hanse it was moving around in the case all through delivery hence when played it was scratched all over and was un watchable

Company ignored my cancellation request and took advantage of a time delay to process a cancelled order, hoping to entrap me in an 80% cancellation fee. Although the company claims on its website that accommodations may be made to changing customer circumstances, no cooperation was offered. Sales is clearly not working in the best interest of the customer. And the 80% cancellation fee for bookings made as far out as 70 days in advance is excessive.

My company has been doing business with Domestic Uniform (fka Domestic Linen Supply) for over 30 years. We had decent service up until about 4 years ago when this company began the shady practice of billing us for non-existent uniforms. They have been billing us for 11 or so uniforms at the rate of $ 20.00 + per week. They have not picked up nor delivered any uniforms to us in well over 3 years when a few of our guys were laid off and retired. Unfortunately, because we cannot "PROVE TO THEM" that we ever returned the "NON-EXISTENT" uniforms, they have been continuing to bill us for them. They have not picked up any uniforms from us to clean in about 4 years time. We stopped using their uniforms because they always screwed up the orders by taking uniforms and not giving us clean ones the following week like they were supposed to. We have been paying these sheisters over $ 175.00 per month for 15 towels and a bag full of rags!!!!The last contract we signed with them was in January 2004 (a full 5 year contract that would have expired in January 2009 if it hadn't Rolled Over FOR another 5 YEARS!!!! Now they have the NERVE to DEMAND that WE PAY THEM a BUY-OUT FEE to get out of a 10 YEAR CONTRACT!!!!! They are MAFIA in my opinion. This company is owned by three immoral lawyers who don't give a flying fart about customer satisfaction!!! They are horrible!!Please help us by letting other companies know not to do business with them!!!!

I reserved a room at the resort for one night, for $498. When I found that the boat I was meeting in Nassau was arriving early, I called Atlantis to cancel the room. As I was calling six days ahead of time, I guessed there would be a penalty. What I didn't figure on was that I would be penalized for TWO nights. The result: Canceling a one-night stay resulted in a penalty for more than I had paid. Here is the Atlantis logic: Cancellation Fee -Atlantis - Royal Towers $200.00 Cancellation Fee -Royal Towers Terrace $419.00 Fee Adjustment -Due to Insufficient Payment ($120.82) Total Fees $498.18 I never booked a room at the Royal Towers, but they charged me a cancellation fee for such a room anyway. They said the policy is to charge for two nights, no matter what. (Huh?) Point is, they kept all of my $498.18 payment and told me to get lost. To me, this is organized thievery.

I took out a policy through my employer for my own peace of mind as I am 58 years old, I pay 37.50 every 2 weeks. I am single and support myself,and in the event that I would be off work I wanted to make sure that I would be able to make ends meet. I had surgery on 5/27/09 on 6/10/09 as directed I filled my forms. I also had to pay my doctor 25.00 to complete the papers. I had surgery for a rectocyle and cystocyle. My doctor stated I would be off work till 7/13/09. I developed infections which pushed my return to work to 8/3/09. Well I have not received a cent from my insurance company. Hows that for "Your in Good Hands will Allstate ". I keep calling and I am told every time that they need more information from my doctor, which he has sent them, now they say it could be a condition which I had prior to taking out the insurance policy. Are they for real ?????? I had a buldge in my vagina like I was going to lay an egg, I don't think I would have walked around like that for months.
As like anyone looking for something that works for energy, or weight loss. My mom signed up with Expressberry for a trial offer, costing her $3.95. She received the trial and on 5/19/09 her bank account was debited the $3.95, one charge for $1.95 and another for $2.00. After she got her bank statement she noticed she was charged $87.13 on 6/3/09. And soon after, another bank statement comes and she is charged another $3.95, on top of an additional charge of $83.18. After research on top of research online, many complaints have been posted of how big of a scam this is and when talking to a customer service representative, they've been told of how they won't be able to refund their money. I stayed on hold for over 30 minutes trying to talk to someone and never received an answer.
