Bought a complete kitchen 3 years ago which is already falling apart. The sink faucet (350$) broke and was not replace and cannot be fixed, and the finish is peeling off the doors. What a waste of time and money.

On March 6/2009 I was terminated from my job for falsification of company documents in the form of a time slip. Accu-Read did not work February 23 due to inclement weather. It was a snow day. Ken LNUnknown who works out of the Mattehes office here in NC was in the office I worked out of here in Charloltte NC the morning February 23rd. 2531 W.T Harris Blvd a Duke Energy Cite. To my understanding as relayed by our team uplead Sandye Gurly, He phoned her as he was preparing to fax the time slips to Unibar the corporate office of Accu-Read Meter Reading Services in Michigan in the coversation my time slip was not completed neighter was hers meaning Sandye Gurly. Ms. Gurly Gave Ken permission to complete both time slips. She does not have the authorioty to do so. It is against company policy and the law to tamper with another time slip. During the termination the are supervisor Terry Burch one who was given authorioty by corporate to carry out the termination absorb the entire conversation and her only reply was that I had no knowledge of how the time slips were completed but had to carry out corporate orders. At that point Mrs. Burch could have phoned corporate the next business day for an investigation. I was presented with the time slip in question and looked at the hand writing realizing it was not mine. This matter was being investigated and I knew nothing about it until the end of the work week and day March 6th. Corporate could have investigated this. I was out sick oneday the week Prior to the inncident. Ken had no way of knowing whether I worked or not but took upon himself to complete my time slip. The team uplead knew I was out and should have said I will call Miss Phillips and allow her to complete her own time Or just be compensated for the lack the next pay period. As a matter of fact, she should have signed her own time slip as well. Sandye and Ken both have there jobs today. I was denied my unemployement until the appeal hearing June 4th. After a 45 min wait the appeal began and ended without the representation of Unibar/Accu-Read Meter Reading Services. I was awarded my unemployemt June 4th. I also requested all documents involved. When the Adjudicator handed me the file for viewing before the hearing, I though surley the time slip would be there after all they terminated me for this cause. The time slip presented to me on March 6th was not avalailable. I also felt at that time this matter had been dicuseed before the reason for Unibar not appearing and the missing tie slip. I called the off several times before and after the appeal and no response. When asked why I was terminated, I am yet hearing falsification of company documents. I was not resposible for this termination. The hadwriting is consistant on the time slips Of Shante Phillips, Sandye Gurly and Ken Last name unknown I have suffered much damage. I am primary caregiver of my disabled 62 year old father. We have lost much and I am seeking compensation.

I would like to add my name to the long list of people (lambs to the slaughter), conned by Chris at The Perfume Emporium.
I placed an order on 17 May 09. Then came the usual excuses blaming the Post Office for not delivering my non existant perfume. After several weeks I requested a refund, and then waited 30 days in accordance with his T&Cs.
The refund was sent to my bank on 10 Jul 09. However, the electronic link between his bank and mine appears to be broken!
Chris is adamant that the money has gone from his bank, but unfortunately my bank dont seem to be able to find it.
Goodbye £31.33! Well done Chris, I wish I could earn money that easily.

They sign you up for a three year contract. After it expires it is impossible to cancel. They charge you $500.00 to get out of it. I had cancelled in writing 6 months before it expired. They claimed they never received notice, sued for $500.00 plus legal fees of $500.00.

I purchassed 2 steamer chairs from this company and their advert stated do not be confussed by cheaper chairs ,ours are better than most DIY and other superstores and are actually discounted by 20% +. When the chairs arrived they looked NOTHING like the photo in their advert and were quite shabby and full of dust.One of them now is dangerous to sit on as it will not lock into place properly so we do not use it as I nearly ended up at A & E by this chair virtually colapsing .I have E mailed them and my wife has rang numerous times ,but like your other complainants NOBODY rings you back so you are left dangleing with no settlement.I now intend to contact trading standards to see how they can advertise so mis leading and to pursue a claim to get my monies refunded from my credit card company.DO NOT USE THIS FIRM.The chairs cost me £145 and I would have been better with B & Q or Argos .

Made an order for 20.95 from this company and received an email from them saying that the goods had been sent off via recorded delivery on the 15th July 2009 and should be receiving them within 7 days, emailed the company numerous amounts of times and haven't received any further feed back from them. Have tried to call them on the number they have provided and it rings out on 6 minutes. Have no other way of contacting them, they do not provide any form of shipping reference number for you to try and track where your package is and i am disgusted with the service that they have given.

My mobile phone was stolen during transit on the way to Australia, someone managed to rack up close to 1200 pounds worth of calls within a 48 hour period. I thought my phone was in the posession of the airline staff the moment i found out it wasn't i contacted 02 (48 hous after i had landed) and informed them i didn't know where it was could they please cancel it with immediate effect. Found out that someone in Abu Dhabi had ran up these charges, i was in Australia at the time, and the phone company informed me that i was liable to pay full bill regardless of the fact that i could prove it wasn't me. I queried negligence on there behalf as it states in T&C that they will cancel contract without notice if there is cause for concern. I would have thought that 160 pounds made in the first hour in a foreign country would surffice this, but no, 02 stated that as the calls were made in another country the calls weren't able to register onto their system until 48 hours later - 02 have agreed to drop the charges to 698 but i don't thing this is good enough, especially as i wasn't even in the countrythat these calls were made from.

During 2007, I signed up to 'iwantmychargesback.co.uk' giving them my permission to act as my agent in respect of an unfair bank charges claim.
The company is owned and operated by a man called Mark J Bateman, who is regulated to operate this business.
In October 2007, I received a call from Mark Bateman asking me to send his flat fee of £250, because he had negotiated an out of court settlement in respect of my charges for the amount of £1400. I sent Bateman the money - and didn't hear back from him?
Periodically I sent him emails asking about my settlement cheque - but only got 'fob off' type replies. Because I had heard that the banks had placed any pay outs on hold, I assumed this was the case with my money also?
I was rather annoyed that Bateman had taken the £250 under false pretences however - so I continued to badger him by email. Again I got the same old replies ie) "i'm busy doing customer accounts", "Can't place your paperwork" etc etc
In June 09, I contacted the bank concerned, (who incidently closed my account in 2008), to ask whether MARK J BATEMAN - 'I want my charges back' had ever made a claim to them on my behalf IN 2007?
I WAS TOTALLY SHOCKED TO DISCOVER THAT THE CHARGES HAD BEEN SETTLED FOR THE AMOUNT OF £ 1411 IN OCTOBER 2007 AND A CHEQUE HAD BEEN POSTED TO 'MY AGENT' (MARK J BATEMAN - OWNER OF 'IWANTMYCHARGESBACK.CO.UK) ON MY BEHALF, WHICH WAS SUBSEQUENTLY CASHED!! BY HIM AND KEPT!!
It is now July 2009 - He has had my money for 21 months now.
I DO HOPE NO OTHER UNSUSPECTING INNOCENT VICTIM HAS BEEN STUNG BY THIS COMPANY TOO?

I ordered a Rochas perfume on June 11th from Perfume4u. The website states: 'We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship'.
I did not receive the goods. I e-mailed them later that month and they said they were having trouble with their suppliers but that the item would be coming. It still has not arrived.
I didn't know my credit card had been cahrged until this week when I received my statement. I have phoned many times but they are not answering the phones. I have e-mailed several times and they are not responding to my e-mail. Despite what they sauy on their website and in the ocnfirmation e-mail they have charged for goods which they have not sent. How do I get my money back?

On 28 June 2009 I placed an order with Blissful Aromas for a pair of GHD Straighteners. After just over a week I had not received the GHD's so I contacted them by e-mail. Had a reply on 7 July which said there had been a delay by my GHD's would be posted to my on Friday 9 July.
By 17 July they had still not arrived so I contacted them again and received a reply on 24 July (this was headed up from Dan Archer at Blissful Aromas) saying that due to problems with moneybookers their store had been forced to close!!!
Now I have no GHD's but they have my £74.99!!
Please don't have anything to do with these people as you will lose your money!!

I have recently been scammed by this company. it's the same old story - yuo get a booking, pay the money and then you never meet this 'supposed' client.
The reason I did chose to use lovely liaisons was to make some easy money - turns out I'm now even poorer.
My friend works in the legal profession. She has advised me and anyone else to report this company to trading standards and the police. This is theft. It is crucial that it is reported by everyone affected or else the police will not be interested. It should also be reported to trading standards.
I know I have been very naive but ultimately a criminal offence has been committed and just because we all might feel a bit stupid does not mean that these people should get away with it.
I urge everyone to report this to the police and trading standards.

Did not pay my cash back claim. Took the company to court. Judgement was in my favour as no one appear to defend. Cost more than actual claim to pay court fees, Bailife fees etc. Bailiffe ordered and found the company registered address as 'Virtual address'. Compalint to Company House, Tax Evasion Department and even to my area MP. Nothing happened and the company is still trading. Shocked and shame on British law giving these robbers opperunity to rob more innocent consumers.

My name is Cynthia Green and I was ripped off by this company. They sent me a email telling me that this product works even that Oprah endorsed them and it wood only cost me $2.79 for a one month supply. If it didn't work that I should send it back for a fund refund. Well I sent it back and they took another $40.00 out of my account. The first amount was taken out on 06/09/2009, the next amount was $40.00 more. I have requested all of my money back so many times, and all I am getting is the run around over and over again. I asked for their address because I live in Miami and I could pickup my money, but they said that for sercurity reason they couldn' give that out. All I want is my money back. So could you please help me. Thanking you in advance. Oh by the way, someone need to tell Oprah and Associate that their name is being used for profit and fraud.

I was under the impression that the amount I was charged was the actual cost of the test & was never informed I could have booked it myself over the telephone for just £31

A couple of days ago, I arranged with my brother to have some flowers sent to South Africa as my partners parents had both died quite tragically in the past week. I found a beautiful twin heart wreath on the iflorist website, which I thought was very appropriate, considering that they had died so closely together and were now being buried together.
I contacted my boyfriend this morning to ask if he had received the flowers, which he was expecting but had no idea what they were to look like - he said he had and they were very nice. I asked him to text me a picture of them so I could see them, before they went to the chapel. I received the picture shortly afterwards and it was not what I had ordered. I asked for a twin heart wreath, and was sent a circle wreath, which was not only completely wrong, but incredibly less value than the hearts.
In total the order came to £107.40 which my brother paid for on his credit card. I contacted the online assistance facility on the iflorist website, spoke to a girl called Beth, who couldn;t be any more disinterested in my problem if she tried - all she did was type a line from their statement - Seasonal availability may require florists to substitute some flowers in the event that those shown are not available, and I am sorry for any inconvenience.
To me this was not quite the answer I was looking for, so I asked her again, saying I was not bothered about the actual type of flowers, just the shape - so she repeated herself. I then asked to speak with a supervisor who did exactly the same thing. Told me the same line as Beth had. As you can understand our family is devastated by the loss of both parents on my boyfriends side. With the response I got, I couldnt hold back any longer, I swore at them and disconnected the conversation, opting to send an email instead.
They advertise they will respond within an hour. Yeah ok, still waiting...I am not going to let this rest. I want my money back, if only I had read the reviews on some of the websites that have them listed as less than satisfactory as a business. I am gutted.

EQUAL IN STYLE, QUALITY AND VALUE. I wish this were true. It is too late to have replacement flowerws sent for the funeral today. I can't believe that the flowers could not be created as requested. If the florist in South Africa is unable to create this style of wreath, then they should state this on the advert. I have never been so upset over something like this. The flowers that were delivered are nothing like the ones I ordered, (well they are quite similar in colour but that is it).
I want a refund on this, I am not going to let it rest, it's terrible. The customer service is awful, they really didn't care about the flowers at all or the occasion for which they were purchased. I am not going to sit around for weeks waiting for them to not answer me. I have read the bad experiences that other people have been through with this company and I refuse to go through the same. If they had a phone number, I would be calling them now and every day until I get what I want from them.
