Hello everyone, in march 2007 I started e-mailing with Victor Barreira the owner of [www.polepositionusa.com] (link: http://www.polepositionusa.com) about purchasing 2 complete exhaust systems for my Lotus Esprit and Ferrari 308. I was very impressed with the experience and professionalism of Victor Barreira and finally in June 2007 sent payment in the amount of $2600 for the parts. After that faithful day in June I never received the parts or a refund of my money. I live in New York and polepositionusa is in Scottsdale,Arizona which complicated things somewhat. I eventually filed a Small Claims case against polepositionusa and Victor Barreira and the judge awarded me the full amount. Victor Barreira has expanded his business since 2007 and offers international shipping to unassuming customers who will, no doubt lose their money. This has been an nightmare and I hope no one else will fall victim to this scammer. I am still waiting for my money from 2 years ago. 

GGL Profit tried to charge my credit card $59.95 without my authorization. I know I didn't authorize this charge because I had never heard of this company before so I had to look them up. Then when I went to their website I didn't even have a membership account. Luckily there wasn't enough money on my card for them to successfully charge it. I have sent them a message to remove me from ANY lists they have, delete any account they might think I have, and to never even try to charge me again. I want to know how they got my information in the first place.

Like everyone else I was pulled in by this hateful company when I desperately needed money. I was told that I could get a 7000 loan if I gave 6 months worth of payments. Which I wired to them. The next day I was called saying I needed to send an additional 6 months of payments because of my credit. I told them NO and was told I wouldn't get my money back til their next billing cycle, mid July. Has anyone else received their money from this company? When I call to try and find out about my refund I get an automated voice saying nothing but "good bye". Purchased 3 phantom tickets from Double 8 tickets  For Michael Jackson on 13th March.  Did not receive any tickets or any updates from this company.  After death of Michael Double 8 put statement on their website saying full refund would be given back to customers - 50%  (how is this a full refund I ask) and would be paid back into accounts within 72 hrs.  Sent complaint mail saying found this a complete rip off as believed no tickets had been purchased from sources for me so emailed them and asked for full refund minus any admin charges.  No reply to my mail.  could not get through to them on phone, either office was closed or always engaged tone.  Finally got through to a call agent middle of last week and agent was quite clearly trying to fob me off and did not ask for any details or ref for the said purchases and just said would have the money back to me in a week' ish.  Still no sign of any money part or full refund.  This company I believe have sold over 1000 tickets ranging from £175 to £700 pound.  Both myself and a friend purchased 5 at nearly £1000 and both have had nothing back.  Please can you advise as I do not live in London but feel like making the trip down to their shop in charing cross rd if no response soon  I paid stupidly via my debit card as I do not have a credit card.  Regds Julie Davies

I bought a pair of ladies Ed hardy shoes in a size 8. They sent me a mens pair in a size 6.5 The box they came in was a ladies 6.5 and also claimed they were black when indeed the shoes are white. I've contacted this company at least 5 times. They wanted me to take pictures of the shoes before they would even help me. I sent them pictures even though i didn't want to. Now she's claiming she didn't get the pictures and to send them again! Oh Brother!! Do yourself a favor and don't buy anything from this company. The headache is just not worth it, and you'll end up with something you don't want!!!!!

I answered an advert for a supposedly free trial of PureRezV anti aging capsules, and paid for the postage from the UK. Had I found them of use, I would have bought further capsules after the free trial. The free trial turned out to be nothing of the sort. It was a months supply of 30 tablets, and I received an email from this company, saying as I had not returned the remainder, they had taken £79.95 from my card. I wrote repeatedly, tried to phone their customer service number, but as absolutely no further contact was made, I guessed I had been scammed and had to write it off.

On my return from business abroad, I found that only 15 days later, they had taken another £85.95 from my card,

I have never, ever signed up to any continual plan, especially as I can get the damn capsules for about £15 for a 30 day supply from genuine companies, I now find out.

The only way I have been able to prevent this from happening every time they want to relieve my account of a not inconsiderable sum, for which I have not received any further supply of this capsules, was to close my account at the bank. The bank could not guarantee that even if they supplied me with a new card, these thieves would not still be able to gain access to my account.

So I am fortunate that it was only my shopping account and not one of my business accounts that I had to close, and reopen another new account. Had it been one of the business ones, to have to let all suppliers etc know the new account number and reset all standing orders and direct debits would have been one hell of a task.

How can these bastards get away with this? Surely it is fraud, and if they have a telephone number, even if no address is given, they can be traced and stopped. Many old people could get caught up in this sort of scam and it is so dreadfully unfair.

I WAS CONTACTED ABOUT GETTING A FREE 15 DAY SUPPLY OF THIS PRODUCT AS WELL AS A FREE  SUPPLY OF ACAI BERRY. I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT I WOULD BE CHARGED FOR A MONTH'S SUPPLY AFTER 15 DAYS I WAS LED TO BELIEVE THERE WOULD ONLY BE A 15 DAY SUPPLY AND AFTER THAT I WOULD BE CONTACTED TO SEE IF I LIKE THEM. AT ONE POINT I WAS CONTACTED AND I TOLD THEM I WAS NOT INTERESTED IN ANY MORE. THEY CALLED SEVERAL TIMES A DAY FOR A WEEK, I FINALLY TOLD THEM NOT TO CALL ME AGAIN OR I WOULD FILE A COMPLAINT. THEN I FOUND OUT THAT I WAS CHARGED 88.00 FOR THE "FREE TRAIL"  . AFTER I REALIZED WHAT HAD HAPPENED I TRIED TO CALL THE COMPANY. YOU CAN NOT CALL A NUMBER AND ACTUALLY TALK TO A HUMAN. I CALLED THE CANCELLATION PHONE NUMBER AND CANCELLED THE ORDER (THAT I DID NOT ORDER). AFTER THAT I WAS CHARGED FOR ANOTHER MONTH AND DID NOT EVEN RECEIVED THE PILLS. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE BUT I HAVE NOT TALKED TO A HUMAN YET.  I HAVE HAD TO GET A NEW DEBIT CARD.

I was in the process of sourcing bathroom for a modest renovation to by Castle. I searched thenet to get bargaings and came across QS Supplies. I realised there were based in Leicester and decided to pay them a vist from Northampton. What a Surprise did I get and was gob smacked at the displays and design of Bathrooms QS Supplies has. Full of ideas of how a bathroom can be set and ended up buying all the products from them. They gave me a lot of ideas as to how a bathroom can be set to get the individual look. I am extremly pleased with my bathroom which has a "WOW" Effect. Need to give these guys credit of what can be created as they have a great corordination eye to details. Worth a vist but just remember that you take your measurements with you to avoid a re-vist.

carphone warehouse have messed me around, i exchanged and iphone with them, and complained as the suim card tray will  not come out after they used a drawing pin to remove it, its a iphone 3g and they have said it could be caused by accidental damage by myself, when i emailed them the day after the exchange

I have the same story as you all. My husband and I bought a site from tenrentni. However my story is a bit different. I had an ebay shop as a second income as my husband has cancer and I came across this internet business. £995.00 I spoke to Dean on more than 3 ocassions advising him of the situation that my husband was going through chemo-therapy and he was unable to work so this would be a great second income. He full heartedly agreed and said he would be with us every step of the way.  It took a bit for the site to become live then it was not at all what we had expected all my friends and family were llike this is not professional?!?! Was ashamed at that point no money was being made ofter 3 months of advertising trying to get a hold of anyone was difficult and if I got upset and contacted Nerys that was the only time anyone contacted me.  It was then brought to our attention that the website created for us was substandard now this wasby Joanne the one who is meant to be teaching and training.  So she had the website changed and promised an income we advertised and advertised and I even paid someone to advertise for us NOTHING!  we were promised a site, domain name and hosting and we paid for it now nothing no site cannot use the domain name and I am told that there are issues. I contacted Paypal straight away and was advised to get anyone who have purchased a site via paypal to open a claim. Now please understand that the claim will be closed at first but Paypal needs to follow the proceedure as we only have 45-90 days from the time we buy anything to file claim. Once this is done contact paypal via email or telephone tell them what has happened when they have enough complaints which i was assured it would not take many to open an investigation not only will paypal be investigating so will ebay.   I am totally shocked that they thought they can get away with this. We have to stick together and get all our money back. Not only has he taken advantage of you guys but just shows how low he will go and take advantage of ill people too! Makes me sick to my stomach.  I now only have contact through Peter as all the computer equipment and mobile phones have been taken away by trading standards. This was told to us by one of Dean's friends who mobile number is on the ebay site to sell these websites.  She is the one who told us about what is happening. This company needs to be stopped so he cannot take advantage of anyone else.  Please follow suit and file a claim via paypal.  I have also contacted my bank and was advised to contact the police.

I would advise people to avoid this company at all costsm, in my personal opinion and experience with them, they are con artists and little more than thieves.

I placed my order 22/04/09 for a bottle of aftershave which was never delivered. So I contacted them and was told they would post another that day.  There was still no aftershave delivery.

After speaking to them once again I was told that 'Royal mail' had let me down with delivery so I was promised a full refund instead.  I still have not got my money back (08/07/09). 

I have continued e-mail correspondence with 'Chris' from support who keeps ensuring me I will receive my refund, but I have now accepted this is not the case.

I have also contacted my bank to try and arrange a 'charge back' but they are unable to help so my money is lost.

I would advise anyone to avoid this so called company at all costs and use an honest company.

Went on line and purchased the product for Free only pay shipping and handling.  I did that for $2.79 which occurred on 6/29/09.  I got the package on the 1st and the only thing in it was a pamplet talking about the berries, not shipping bill or fine print, on I'll be charged at a later date etc.  Then on 7/7/09 I find that they have billed to my bank account $87.13.  I attempted to call the number on the pamplet and get voice recording systemt that says to push #2 if you want to cancel and asks for you credit card again.  I then called back and #3 for representative, was on hold for a very long time.  Bank gave me another number to call tried that with no luck, though they belong to the same company, then I went on line and found all kinds of rip off complaints for the company finally found another number. 1-866-651-1393 spoke to a guy who identify himself as Tish.  I asked for supervisor was told they were all in a meeting because there was a issue about the product, I asked the person if it was because they were ripping people off.  He then claimed he could help me, and I stated I wanted to know why they charged my account and that they need to stop immediately and he hung up on me.

On July 2008 we went to visit Cancun Mexico. Soon we arrived at the airport we got approached by people working for NH Krystal Vacation Resort pleasing us to go to the resort for a special presentation takes about 90min. 

We went to the presentation, we got our free breakfast and then we were then led to the second floor. We sat down with Steve Levi sales manager. He asked us if we have timeshare. We told him yes we have, and we are not interested to buy another one.

Mr. Levy told us this is NOT A TIME SHARE what they offer us is a very good investment deal and a free membership to a company called ICE and to the New Krystal Vacation Resort what they building next door.

Mr. Levy explained to us, this investment will give us a nice rate of return within 5 years. We can make a lot of money out of this, because is close to Downtown, to all the night club's and to the Convention Center. He told us is very easy to rent out, for almost $1700 a week.

Mr. Levy told us around Jan 2009 we will be receiving the 1^st check around January 2009 and the money will keep coming for the next 5 years. He told us the revenue will be around $72,000 USD, but can go much higher the amount. He stated that we do not have to do anything because they will take care of the rentals for us.

Mr. Levy called Don Mayor from Vacation Strategies who lives in Orlando Florida, to talk to us because he will be taking care of the rentals.  He wanted to us to hear verbally his promise. It was too good to be true how much money we can make from this investment. We agreed because we thought it could be a good way to make money and enjoy vacations.

Now I have discovered that all the promises these scammers stated became to be untrue. I know and I have seen many people that were mislead at the same time. The suggestion of using rentals weeks to reclaim our investment during the sales presentation was fraudulent, deceitful and misleading. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OR GO CLOSE TO NH KRYSTAL.

Unfortunately I too have been duped by this apparent scam. I placed my order on 24^th April 2009 and have been chasing Mr. Collings ever since. It seems as though Mr. Collings has the worst possible luck with Royal Mail. (Who I am quite sure will be interested in the bad publicity Mr Collings is spreading,).  

I have sent and received e-mails on a frequent basis but my constant requests for a refund are met with various stalling tactics. I have had all of the same responses as the other users for this merchant, his latest advising that a refund would be made yesterday (6^th June 2009) quoting the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. Although I don't profess to be a mathematician, I'm fairly certain from the 24^th April to 6^th June equates to a lot longer than 30 days!

At this time I am unsure of whether I will see my refund, however I won't ever give up trying! Any help is appreciated. I have a full history of all communication with Mr Collings which no doubt includes most of his "automatic" responses.

My advice to ANYONE intending to order from him. DON'T!

Have been trying to get in touch with Company to cancel my order and have the charge credited back to account.  But, with no success.  The Cust. Reps.  that I have spoken to  are giving me the run of round.

Think the ACAIX3 company is doing a scam.  I will never recommend the product to anyone.

Ordered a free CD, asked to pay shipping charges which I agreed. Put credit information on site. CD took two weeks to get here. In between the order time and delivery of CD had someone call me to verify my credit card information. I knew this did not need to be verified so I told them I wasnt interested and cancel my order. Recieved CD in mail two weeks later. Upon checking my credit card statement I noticed and charge of $72.21 from a company called A-1 Members. Called the number listed on statement and got a help center that says refund would happen in 7-10 days. I told them that it was not good enough and they gave me a cancellation number but steered away from the refund request. I finally demanded a refund and again they said 7-10 days. Researching Google Treasure Chest on the net I found out it is a scam and you never receive a refund and if you cancel your account the next month you have the same charge on your credit card only from another company name. I contacted credit card company and they are looking into fraud complaint and assure me they cannot bill me anymore.

Careful these guys are scam pros and think they have all the angles but they dont because you can contact the FBI's interenet fraud department and file a complaint and they move on it right away especially with this many complaints.

i order a samples for 5.95$ with my visa card 19 june 2009 and the 4th july 2009 they charge me in my credit card the amount of 94.51$. I'll never receive the product and don't want to have any other charge.  I'll try to send this company a message but the send failed out, their adress is not correct. I want to cancell.  I need help to cancell all of it.
