I gave my details to this company, to which i had a call back straight away from a lady called  'Rachel' who seemed very friendly....

She informed me of how the so called company worked, and that i would need to e-mail her a picture.

The lady then called me back and told me i just needed to pay for the advertising, then my profile would be up and running, and that she only earns commission from my second booking, so was in a rush to send me on my first.She then called me again and said there was someone lined up, for Saturday night.

I went to the bank and paid in 378 pounds to the account that she gave me the details of.

I got a call on the Saturday from another lady to say that the guy had to return to London for business.

I'm out of work at the moment and have moved from London to make a fresh start. I have no savings, just a credit card. With now an extra 378 pounds worth of debt added to it.

I have obviously been robbed by common thieves.

Lowest quality service and most disgusting management I've ever experienced! It is shocking to learn that Canadians love this brand!

No one speaks English there, when I tried speaking French to explain my nut allergy problem, all were extremely impatient and the supervisor (an Arabian boy) would not listen at all and snubbed my complaint multiple times after I told him how bad the workers' attitude was.

When I asked a female worker (she said I was stupid) to apologize, she shouted at me and and said her father is the owner.

When I insisted that they apologize, the supervisor threatened that he would call 911. I sat there waiting for 20 minutes and turned out he did not call. First time being threatened by a customer service personnel...

At Tim Horton, the food is not bad, but I'll NEVER go there again because of extremely poor quality of service.

COMPLETE SCAM, UNFORTUNATLY MY DAUGHTER OPENED THE LETTER AND THEN PAID THE FEE, BEING VUNERABLE AND YOUNG SHE DIDN'T KNOW ANY BETTER, DISPICABLE THAT THEY SHOULD GET AWAY WITH THIS.

I saw this add on the internet about getting your teeth whiter and I thought that I could use some of that so I ordered it for 5.99 and when I got my credit card bill it had a charge for 88.97....3 times and I have called and canceled it,but they are saying that it nevered happened.and then I got another one for 49.99 and 67.88, but so far I haven't gotten anything from them.could you please help me with getting back my refund!they just keep sending things to me and I just keep sending them back to them.

they scammed me..i've just realized after reading this..i mean i'm unemployed at the moment and just had a kid..needed the money desparately. now i can't hold of Chelsea

        We are  students of Automotive Design & Technology. We got a contract from SKY for Internet, Television and Phone line. When we signed the contract they told us that we would get our internet installed within 15 days of the installation of the SKY television and now, its been more than 3 months and still haven't got the internet. Because of this me and my friend were unable to submit our projects before holidays. Now that we've been failed and we have to attend 1 extra year at college to submit our project and pay the extra fees for that. I tried so many times to contact them and asked them to put my internet on but they never did anything apart from saying there is some error on our system. How can there be an error on the systems of this big company SKY. I would be very grateful if you could help me claim SKY for the compensation for the loss me and my friend had suffered and because of them we've to waste our time and pay extra fees at college to pass our HNC. Being international students we will have to spend extra expenditure on our living for that extra time and also we'll have to get our VISA's extended. We hope you would consider our case seriously and hope to hear from you soon..

I sent on-line for a sample bottle of Resveratrolfor .99 cents  on June 6, 2009.  On the 23rd I received a phone call from the company telling me that they would be sending me a bottle every month for $49.00. I told them NO THANKS.  At that point they charged my credit card $87.13 which I knew nothing about until I got my bank statement on July 16th.  I called them up and spoke with a customer service rep. that told me the web site mentions that I would be charged that amount after 15 days.  I do not recall seeing anything like that on the site, only the .99 cent sample charge.  I am a senior citizen and cannot afford their outrageous prices.  He said he would cancel my membership but that $87.13 was mine to just eat.  I feel that I should be refunded.

Late last week i recieved a call from Matchmaker Markeitng who get you a place on the first page of the google search engine and after a long discussion i agreed to a free months trial with no contract and then £20 a month after, i recieved a call back from the company asking to double check my bank details and to see if i had the funds availabe i replied when i had my bill i would put money into my account for them. I then today checked google my account was up and running (4 days later than they said it would be ) i checked my bank moments later and 139.85 had been taken out by the company. I phoned the company to fight this and they replied there was no free month and there was a £99 set up fee.

I ordered a pair of Cofra Executive Safety Shoes, made on 02nd July 2009 to the value of £51.95.

I sent three emails regarding this order and to date received no reply. I made five telephone calls, the last of which was today, Monday 20th July 2009 at 13:25. 

Regarding this order, I was repeatedly informed it was on route to me, however it has still not arrived. I was informed last week that if I did not receive the order by Friday 17th July 2009, I would receive a full refund. 

With regard to our conversation today, I was not impressed with the rude manner and hostile tone, I received an invitation to attend their office to sort the matter out and was informed violence could be used to resolve the matter if I dared attend, extremely unprofessional. Not the sort of behaviour I would expect of someone trying to run a business, dependant on the likes of myself to earn a living.

I have never been subjected to such a hysterical outburst over the telephone in my life and found the experience rather harassing, alarming and very distressful. I'm still awaiting a refund.

Don't purchase anything from this company

was charged for a protect i sent back on time to stop them from taking the money from my account. i was told to make sure that it got to them by the 14 th of june . i did that they got it by the 13 th but still took the money and my bank charge me for money not there.so more check bounced i want that money back to . so i'm looking for $140.00 backasap

I enquired into a company called Lovely Liasons, also called Real Promotions Limited and they needed photos of myself in order to find a gentleman who would be looking to take a female companion to dinner, the races, the ballet etc. Nothing sexual at all.

They confirmed they found an Itailian guy made a request to meet me and for my company over dinner that evening would pay me £600.00.  They explained to me his look/physique and what he is like and made it very clear that he was looking for company over dinner.

They did say in order for this to go ahead i would need to make a payment of £378 to bank account

My drivers side wing was damaged and I couldnt find a local company that had the replacement wing I needed. So I went on ebay and was contacted by 1st parts 4 u saying they had the part and can send it within 48hrs for £20 delivery charge. I paid for the part on my mums debit card which I was told would be £65. 3 days later no part and a statement on my mums online banking advising I has been charged nearly £75. I called to find out where part was and was advised someone will call be back also asked about why I was debited more then I was told, was informed it was VAT. No phone call so called again next day was told mix up with postcode but part was on the way. This continued for another week and then after phoneing them again was told part was damaged in transit so they will send another by the following Wednesday. (did not turn up) called on the Thursday and was shouted at by woman saying if I dont get part by end of week they will give me full refund. ( No part turned up) Called on the monday and was told to call on the Wednesday as accounts not open until then. Called on the Wednesday and transferred to answer machine in accounts. Spoke to Mr Singn ( Director) who assured me will call me back by 6.30 that night (Thursday). Friday called again and kept being left on hold. Kept calling back only to have the phone put down on me serveral times and recieving abuse down the phone and informing me that they will not refund me my money. T

I have now investigated the company and found out they have been trading under several names and have ripped off alot of people. These people need to be stopped for good. More needs to be done. I know my money doesnt come no where near the amount they owe others but its still alot to me a single mother.  

We used this courier and they twice smashed up items in transit, which is bad enough but to top that off they make it so hard to get money back for damaged they have caused.

they state when you phone them that they only compensate by weight so in there eyes bricks are worth more than diamonds! they do not even make you aware of these conditions before you instruct them if they did we would never have used them.

I've gone so many birocracy from this company claiming that they still doing investigations about my bank statement regarding my postal/shipping address and billing card address which i persume they trying to delay the despatching my order items or they trying to cheat me and make run off my money. I've also sent them my personnel detail letter from the Cardiff council regarding my recent address, my tv lisening letter, my bills from different companies such as Carphoneware house, my paypal confirmation letter of my address. But the company still insisted they still investigated any fraud been made and gave me 5 days at least to been approved by their sales manager which for me too much to ask for. I did even sent them my list of transactions from my bank account statement. So far i haven't got any problems from any major companies regarding the same matter and all my order arrived as i requested and the items was far more expensive than gadget asia PS3 console which they said every items which is more than 100GBP should go through their security system for check. And for your info also i did purchased a PSP console from them amounting 170++GBP and they did sent me the item as promised but to my suprised this time it was beyond believe and outrages.

I enrolled for a work at home opportunity advertised online. After reviewing the company Terms and policy I decided this was not what the company had advertised in their introductory seminar. I decided to ask for a refund as the company, in its Terms, offered an unconditional refund. I have received an email saying my request will be passed on. Since this email approximately 1 week ago the company have emailed to say they have unsubscribed me from their mailing list and thats it. They have refused to answer any subsequent emails and i cannot reach them by phone as the number does not appear to exist. Where can I go from here?

I was also one of those desperate ,gullable people that wanted to believe there was a company out there that could help. I also was approved for a 5000.00 Personal loan. It amazed me at how professional, knowledgable, and helpful, they seemed to be. The problem with me is i am to trusting of people . I was told to send 920.00 to cover the 1st 6mo's payments due to my not so good credit. Of course that  sounded reasonable so i sent to some lady in Calvery, Canada via moneygram with specific instructions.. The day i was to have loan deposited, got a call from another so called "loan officer", he claimed after rechecking my loan agreement they needed another 6mo's payment up front before i could recieve my loan, i started to scream at him, then i knew i was being ripped off. I told him he better give a refund to me or i would call authorities, he got very defensive and tryed to tell me i would have to wait until the next billing cycle July 6th or something. I could'nt believe it how this happen to me, i knew i would never see the money or a loan again. I am so upset that i fell the scam its really hard to even talk about. When i think how i really could have used that money to pay for my health insurance.

I contracted with Paradise Landscaping on 05/26/09 for paving work and gave them a $750 deposit (50% of cost). Four weeks passed and I heard nothing from them.  I called and they stated they "lost my phone number".  They scheduled to complete the work on 07/01/09 - no call, no show, would not return my calls.  I sent them a certified letter on 07/06/09 for which they then called me back.  They rescheduled to complete the work on 07/16/09 - again, no call, no show, won't return my calls.

THIS COMPANY IS CHARGING MY BANK ACCOUNT 34.95 FOR THE LAST THREE MONTHS WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION.  I DON'T KNOW THIS COMPANY AND I CAN NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM.  SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME.

This company should be in court! They send the wrong item and then try and deduct the p&p costs from your refund. Any DECENT business would hold their hands up and apologise. NOT UKPHONESALES.COM.

Why should Joe public pay for their mistakes and illiterate staff?

If you have been duped by this company, find something really heavy, box it up and send it to their Freepost address. They might realise then what it feels like!
