I've just discovered that TOM HENDERSON from Golfer2Golfer also advertises under the name TEIDE GOLF Tenerife.

This is a Conman DO NOT BOOK through either of these companies

Since leasing a photocopier from this company in 2007 we have not received a single rebate from them as promised in their terms and conditions. As we knew our post office might be on the closure list we were concerned that we would be left with the equipment having to pay £350 per quarter. Lanwall assured us that this would not happen as the machine being so popular, it would be easy to uplift it to another customer who would then take over the payments.

The post office was in fact closed in October 2008. The shop was not financially viable without it and ,would you believe it , we are stuck with the photocopier, the payments and no income except pension. We are going to the small claims court on Junne 29th about the outstanding rebates.  Even if we win I have little confidence that we will get our money and we still have £350 to find for CF Asset every 3 months.

We wre not told clearly that CF Asset and Lanwall were not connected and feel that Lanwall completely misled us. They owe us over £1000 and more if you count the money we are still having to pay.

requested a quote for 4 people to play 3 rounds golf in tenerife, accepted quote and made payment to company called Moneybookers on behalf of Tom Henderson. I made several calls to Tom as I had problems paying by credit card to Moneybookers, he was very helpful, unfortunately since then I've had no contact from him dispite sending Emails which before payment he was happy to respond to.

Obviously this man is not to be trusted and who are Moneybookers??

Purchased straighteners online and when received tried to register warranty but serial number not recognised. I have now discovered that this company are a known counterfeit company of this product. I have tried asking for me money back but have now had no response.

I recently ordered GHD hair straighteners from ghdsellsmart.co.uk. A lot of websites were selling the straighteners for around half the price of those from the official GHD website and this site seemed to be okay, so I purchased some straighteners.

A few months after using the straighteners, they began to overheat and produce smoke. They are quite clearly faulty, if not fake GHD's.

I recieved no reciept when the straighteners arrived, But on my bank statement, the payment was recieved by ugg-mart.com, who are the same company selling cheap UGG boots which are more than likely fake too!

Just your average ripoff that says free product and then charge you for stuff you dont agree to, and incredible hassle to cancel, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS KIND OF STUF ONLINE. It is NEVER what you think it is.

i was been cheat frm alwis lakes frm avnet telecomunication tat they r supplier handphone but after i send my money there they nut sending my good n dont reply my mail to them pls help me to get back my money frm the company there pls pls urgent

I ordered some straighteners, didn't receive a confirmation email but money was taken from my account.

Have sent several emails to website and nothing.

I made an order with cuteskype.com and they have not sent this order or refunded my money. I believe that the site is owned by Cutebitz Limited www.cutebitz.com . My order number is RC5437302.

I made payment through romancart.com and am not sure if this is affiliated to this company.

Please can i have my moey back.

I conducted a loan search on moneysupermarket.co.uk which apprarently used this loan broker.

Before I knew anything this was taken from my account without my permission.

This left me with no money! I have tried contacting this company as my bank advised they could do nothing.

I have written a letter as told by the TLG Loans people but still have not received my money.

Please help

On 11th June 2009 purchased from [www.ghdselling.co.uk] (link: http://www.ghdselling.co.uk) via the net what I was led to believe were authentic GHD hair straightners, money was taken from bank account 12th June 2009. 

Hair straightners arrived Friday 19th June by Parcel Force.  Took straightners out of packaging which was damaged the first thing that was strange was the straightening spray bottle was empty.  Plugged in hair straightners to check that they worked red light came on so assumed all OK so turned off but left plugged in on dressing table luckily on head pad provided.  2 hours later came back to find top plate of hair straightners had fallen off and hair straightners were very hot, had I not come back so soon could have caused our whole house to burn to the ground.   From their website there is no contact number and the only email address which I have sent two emails to I have received no response.  So I am £64.00 down, no straightners and lucky to still have a home. 

A BT customer changed her phone number due to nuisance calls this was due to happen on the 12/06/09 when this happend her line was crossed with mine upon realizing the Bt customer called Bt to report it as I was recieving her calls she was recieving mine, They disconnected my landline to amend hers and when I reported this to Talk Talk who is my supplier they said I needed to speak to BT as I am no longer a customer of theirs and as they disconnected the line they are the ones who need to reconnect but as I am not a BT customer they wont deal with me either I am at the end of my tether after making several calls on my mobile clocking up a big bill spending ages on the phone being passed from one person to another and not getting anywhere, As well as this both BT & Talk Talk said they would connect me but for a fee I am not paying either company a reconnection fee as it was not my error.  I need my land line as my youngest daughter has epilepsy and although we have mobiles sometimes they are not always charged and I worry that in an emergency I would always have the landline to fall back on.    

Purchased a BEKO CDA540S fridge/freezer from Currys @ £279.99. Later found the same model available from Argos at £204.89. Currys websight shows 'Our Price Promise' will refund the difference for up to 7 days after purchase. Have phoned and been told that as Argos offer is 'on line' and I purchased from store this promice does not apply. This is surely not fair? Your help would be appreciated.

i went into CW to buy a modem dongle on pay as you go, i specifically said i did not want to pay by card and by top up only, they recommended one on 02 so i paid £35 for the dongle and £15 for the top up. i got it home set it up and then couldnt find the page to load the top up on. i phoned 02 who said you can only pay top ups by card and that id been miss  been missold it. ive been into CW 3 times now who keep telling me they will refund the dongle but not the top up credit i dont know what else to do now

Dreadful customer service.  If you order through these people make sure to pay via paypal as you will get refunded for non receipt of goods.  I too emailed them umpteen times to get info on when my items would arrive and no reply. 

Following receipt of a fax offering debt collection services, our company arranged an appointment for a representative of collex to visit us regarding a large outstanding debt.  The rep made several phone calls whilst on our premises and assured us they would be able to recover our debt of over £8,000 within 6 months, but stated if for any reason they could not they would refund their fee of £1586.25.  A cheque for that amount was given to them.  We repeatedly telephoned their company in order to obtain updates, they were reluctant to return our calls.  Finally after the expiration period I telephoned requesting our money be returned.  I was told to write a letter to Gemma Drummond requesting the refund - no response.  A further letter was written followed by telephone calls, she was always out of the office.  A final telephone call was made at the beginning of June only to discover that the telephone number was unobtainable!!  Where do we go from here?

my name is cyndy nale from altoona,pa. and i purchased a free trail of colon cleanse elite..the same day i recieved tho product 80.59 was taken out of my account..i was like what's this for?????it was for the product i recieved!!!!that day!!!i contacted customer support...they responded it was a 14 day trail and if it wasn't returned within that time period i'd be charged that!!i said  i just recieved it..i must of reply 9 times each time either undeliverable ..but then sometimes was..i would get different answers from different people..one said they will refund 59.95 and charge me 5.95 for putting it back on the shelf!!!i said no way this is a scam!!!!!i want my money back or i will go further and i have to pay for postage to send it back!!!!DO NOT BUY FROM THEM..... I paid £300.00 to this companion service agency, which provides social companions and which provided that you do not have to sleep with the clients it was only social outings like to theatre or business function which I thought would be good as a student to raise money quickly. I was promised work as soon as I pay in the money into their bank account and they would arrange a date with a client. Its been almost a month and stil nothing, when I call up they keep on telling me is that they are waiting for interest from a client and that they have given my number out to a few so I should expect a call and still no call. I feel like I've been conned as my friend also signed up and was told that she had to meet a client the next day after she paid in the money however she was called the following day and told her date was cancelled cos the clients wife showed up which I find hard to believe.

Do you know if they are a legit company or am I was a being a stupid fool for throwing my cash away...
