| I made a loan and I was told that they need my bank details to verify that I have a bank account in UK, the next thing that I know is that they have deducted £39.77 from my account which was called the processing fee.and I would get the loan within 3 to 5 working days | |||||||||

| In december 2010 I was and still am struggling with finances, I was contacted by OB FINANCIAL and discussed bankruptcy. OB then took £400 from my account for a joint application for myself and partner. I phoned them up and got £200 returned to my account. Some months later after filling out the paperwork, I tried to contact OB financial but all the contact numbers I had where no unobtainable. I want my money back from these thieving fraudulant companies who continue to rip people off! | |||||||||

| Over the past 8 months fresh start finance have been told that I am not interested in any product or advice they are offering and still to this day they continue to harass me several times a day. Dont these people ever listen!. Best idea I can come up with is to take them to the small claims court and prosecute for harassment and wasting my time as it doesn't matter how many times you politely tell them where to go they continue with the calls etc. | |||||||||

| Have taken in a watch to sell six months ago, they accepted it and sold it on at a profit but have never passed the money over to me. have reported this to Trading Standards. Recieved more information that I am not the only one to have suffered this misfortune, stay clear! | |||||||||

| went to check my bank acount as some idrect debits tryed to come out and they couldnt as they got regected as green lead finance had taken 49.99 out witch i never said could come out nor oferficed and i dont even know who the hell green leaf finance are and for result in my derect debits being regected i have been charged for then so this 49.99 has cost me more like 150 pounds so i please wont sothing doing about it now thank you | |||||||||

| sent the ecu to the autotek for refurbishment when i received it back there was no communication with it,after weeks of testing other parts on the car to great expense {£30ph technician} i even phoned autotek for advice so after no joy i sent it back and ask autotek to check it again.it came back they said it was fine`. but again again no communication `..i sent to another established company and they told me the ecu is beyond repair...im now in the process of court action as they wont refund my money | |||||||||

| Hi I was going through a rough patch at the time (financially) and i was getting more and more in debt, i got a text promoting Horizon Finance. So i rung them on the line it did say that i could get a refund for the call, and it shouldn't take more then 15 minutes to get approved. So i gave them all my details, and at the last minute they said you'll now recieve a call in a minute or so confirming acceptance. I waited half an hour before i rung them! on the line it promoted the address to contact them (useless!) and when i got through i spent another 10 minutes speaking to them getting transferred to another department and then another. Then i got cut off. I wasn't ringing back! i didn't hear anything from the company, i got my phone bill which was sky high! (not forgetting the £8 i put in a phone box!), that caused me more problems. I spent hours writing letters and emails to them which never got responded to, i wasn't ringing customer service for sure! I gave up! Then a while after ( october 2012) later i spoke to a friend who had been affected by this and it jogged my memory that they still owe me money. I've sent three more emails and one letter and still no reply! Can you please help me! Thanks | |||||||||

| I have received a Debit Card charge from this company. I have never agreed for this payment to be made and I don't even recognize the company. They took a payment from my debit card without my permission and now my bank is overdrawn and I now have to pay unarranged overdraft charges to my bank aswell. | |||||||||

| QS Supplies is by far the worst dealings I have ever had from any company, ever. Some 'customer service' training would without doubt be highly beneficial. None of the staff even have the decency to sign off the emails, prefering to remain annonymous; it is obvious why. For example, I rung up once and was told 'everyone was busy' so I asked for a call back. The male phone operative said he would get someone to call me back. He was about to hang up when I said 'won't you need my number to do that?' He said 'yes' and I recited my number. I then asked the man to read it back to me to ensure he'd got it right. He admitted he hadn't actually bothered to write it down! Absolutely appalling. The item delivered was not what I ordered and when I rang to arrange a correct delivery I was accused of lying and had to send them a photo of the wrong item to prove it. When it did come it was not as the website advertised. They would not give me a refund even though I'd returned both items at my own expense, until I contacted Trading Standards and reported them. They even denied receiving one of the items until I pointed out that I'd sent it tracked mail, a staff member signed for it and it was visible on the track and trace website. I was then told to prove this to them. It is clear why QS Supplies doesn't have a customer feedback section published on it's own website. Maybe future customers will be treated better, however, I really doubt it. | |||||||||

| I recently sighted up for plf finder and completed countless forms and had to make in the region of 15 calls to the various numbers they kept giving me as we'll as being passed on to a new customer helpline. I seriously erge NO ONE to use this sit and their "service". Our sky calls came to over £200 as well as being charge by plf themselves £49.99 so you don't actaully get a loan you loss money you can't afford to lose | |||||||||

| i paid city financial 75pounds as a fee as they said i qualified for a £2000 loan and that the money would be in my account within 3 working days all i had to do was sign the t&c's and that would be it i have tried to contact them numerous times although no one ever answers and when they did they palmed me off and said they would get someone from customer services to ring me back but no one ever did so they have ripped me off for £75 | |||||||||

This company were giving away free razors and claimed that all you had to do was make a payment of £1 to receive it, which I did, via my credit card. I received the razor, but then I also received a "Receipt for purchase of VIP subscription at pointblog.co.uk" for £29.97. I NEVER purchased or wanted any subscription, let alone VIP membership at a website I'd never heard of before. I did communicate to them that I would report them if they took the money from my account, but they did it anyway. I don't know how to proceed now to get my money back. | i was looking online for loans and i signed up to priority money club and applied for a loan, they accepted and send me the paperwork out but i never signed it and returned it as i didnt want the loan. i never received any money from them they then took £50 from my bank which i ignored but they have now taken more money from me which i couldnt cover so was then faced with bank charges this is unfair as i never accepted a loan or took a penny from them, i have now been sitting penniless for 6 days and have been unable to feed my children or even buy nappies for my baby. i have sent them 2 emails which have not been responded too | |||||||||

| Well I got my boyfriend a pair of trainers for his 18th birthday and they did not fit so he took them into the shop and as I could not go he said it was a gift and they was happy to change the size but they did not have them trainers in so said come in tomorrow with the receipt so he came home and asked for it and we both went up the next day. With the receipt and the trainers and because we was 4days out they would not change them or give me the money back. It made it worse the fact the lad that worked there didn't say sorry or anything he just walked off. My boyfriend said so I have to look at £60 pair of trainers that I can't wear and the lad said well yes and walked off again. Its a joke! I was not even asking for my money back it was his birthday so I just didn't understand why they could not change them. When I rang up I said how many people ring up about it and they said loads so I think they should do something about it. I have a 7month old baby I don't have money to just throw around its out of order. | |||||||||

| i was searchin for a loan and came across a site which said enter details and no payment will be taken. within 5 days they took 49.99 from my account. I have twins ages 18 month and rely on my funds. Now i am very unhappy as this has left a hole in my wallet and cant get in touch with the finance company. i think this is against the law to do when you dont even get to the secure page of your bank they just use your details and take a payment of what they want. | I emailed the customer services team to have my money refunded back and was advised to send a letter to the Glasgow Address i sent this letter twice and have been emailing back and forth to try and get it back. I was told it would take up to 14 days and then 21 days it has now been nearly 8 weeks and i still do not have my refund of £69.95 and no one is now responding to the emails i send. I have also written to Legal Compliance as advised by Andrew a Welsome Loans UK and no one has got back to me from there. I have written to them twice now aswell. I am just getting no where!!!!! | |||||||||
