| I fully endorse the bad press receieved by Whitecliffs Hair (under their various guises). Basically, they operate on the principle of declaring serial bankruptcy to prevent claims about their dreadful, overpriced products and contemptuous service. Over a period of 9 months (currently Castlefield) they moved offices 3 times and changed staff repatedly - this alone should have sounded warning bells. The lead villain is the unctuous and prevaricating David Lewis. This reprehensible specimen is one of the most accomplished con men I have ever had the misfortune to meet. Do not even think about using this outfit: they are waiting for you!! | |||||||||

Be aware of activity superstore . Be aware that when you pay for the voucher you can't be sure that you will receive this one that you have ordered. I had a voucher for family portrait in my hand when I called to them and ask some details, what if I can't use the voucher as the photography studio is too far, the guy told me that I can choose one of their offers and he can send me details about these ones that I am interested with. So I said that I want more info about Gulliver land, and he send me letter (that I still have with me). On the letter it's just explained how I can exchange the expiring date, etc. I need to send old voucher to exchange on to this one-the old voucher is still with me. I've send them letter-the copy of the letter is on my PC-that I can't take the offer because the Gulliver Land is closed, for winter break and they are offering me voucher with expire date: 01/12/2012 but one guy called "Josh" just exchange the voucher on another one without any reason. I haven't been even aware about that. When I tried to resolve the situation over the phone, with lady that called to me, she told me that the exchanging is already done, and if I want take back my voucher I must pay 20 pounds if I want to do it or I must be happy with the new one. When I told that I hadn't give my permission to exchanging the vouchers they just told me that I had to as Josh willn't change the voucher without my permission even given by phone. They just steal my money as give me voucher on offer that actually is closed now for winter break. Poor customer service and they even didn’t try to resolve the situation. “Take this voucher and be happy that you received anything” as lady told to me. | |||||||||

ecs welcome loans have taken money out of my account without my knolege and now the will not respond to any of my letters or e mails and when i phone there customer services they either hang up on me or tell me they cannot do anything about it. I have not taken out a loan through this company and do not intend to all i want is my money back | |||||||||

| I was looking at loans but then decided i didnt want one, i checked my bank a few days later and £69.99 had been taking out of my account by loans express. Ive emailed them a few times about having a refund but havent heard anything back! How do i cancel it so they dont take anymore plus how do i get a refund? | |||||||||

| I signed up for a free trail and straight away started receiving packages. It was delivered to my Mothers address as I travel a fair bit. They took 49.45 x 3 plus 91.95 x 5 from my bank account (june to October). I cancelled in august but they say I did not cancel properly and therefore they only cancelled the cheaper product (49.45 in august). I know I cancelled the order in full and should not have 2 x €91.95 taken from my account. I am owed €183.90. My other concern is that they will continue to take money again next month as that has happened to so many other people | |||||||||

| I requested sample ProAction Cleanse & Maxtrim in Aug. As per agreement, I notified Nutrascience of my wish to cancel and returned the products - both done within the time limits imposed by Nutrascience. The request was acknowledged by email and I was informed that order was cancelled. However, Nutrascience have not cancelled my order despite repeated emails from me since Aug. I cannot make sense of the replies as they seem to find a new order number or reason every time. THIS HAS ALL THE APPEARANCE OF A SCAM and the national consumer office and should be picked up by a TV consumer program | |||||||||

| I telephoned cfd with regards to a loan and they said that my phone bill would be no higher than £21!!! Well because I dont get paper. Statements I get my bills automatically thou my sky service via my tv and the cost of the call is actually £44 I recived the bill 24 hours after I telephoned them I am not happy with the amount nd would like it dealt with thank you for your time | |||||||||

| I was looking on a website about loans not my loans i went to the bank yesterday and noticed 69.99 missing out my account i went into the bank to find out where it had gone and was told my loans had taken it i ever authorised anyone from that company to take 69.99 from my account that money that was in my account was my sick money from the benefits agency i have been left with nothing no gas to keep warm i think its right out of order to do that to anyone who has nothing i need that money back can u please help me thanks | |||||||||

| I answered a Gumtree ad advertising 6 tickets to see the XX at the Brixton Academy in December and was told to contact Luke directly at sales@glorymedia.co.uk. After a few emails over and back discussing the tickets, delivery options, and payment I transferred £210 to the company account on the 14th October. Following this, I have received only one email saying they would be in touch the following day to provide an invoice and arrange delivery. Despite repeated emails since then, I have had no response. | |||||||||

| On the 25/10/2012 I went to check my bank because I was due my job seekers allowance of £113, and discoverd that the sum of £69.50 was taken from me. I then had to wait for a couple of days for the name of the company who took my money to come up visable on my account. i did not authorise a direct debit of £69.50 to be taken from my account so i emailed the company LOANS-EXPRESS several times and wrote to there address and still have not heard or had any reply. i checked my account today on the 30/10/2012 to realise that another £69.50 had been taken from the same company LOANS-EXPRESS. I cant stress how much i am very disgusted about this as i am a 20 year old, who is currently unemployed and live on my own and very worried on how much more is going to be taken out befor this is resolved. | |||||||||

| I had money in my bank which i could not spear as it is my shopping,gas,electric and television money which i have to get. I went on to my banking this morning only to find a £69.99 had been taken out of my bank which was UNAUTHORISED, i know this as a couple of weeks ago i applied for only a few loans to help me with a deposit for moving homes. I then rang my bank to find out the company name of which they told me Enhanced Financial had taken it. I then went onto google and found their website. I had never seen this before i never give my bank details as i state to every company even for online shopping with Tesco's, that until i have checked their a official company i wont pass on my details the same applied to the loans i applied for Nor would i agree for a fee to be taken out if it has to supply my household with groceries or gas or electric. I want my money back as i am now without food, gas electric and i cant pay my television. | |||||||||
