| We purchased a repeater from mobilerepeater.co.za but is a British based company, to boost our cell phone and 3G signal in January. We were assured by Ryan that delivery will be 3 to 5 working days. Once you pay that is the last you will hear from mobilerepeaters.co.za. After four weeks of waiting we emailed and called them countless times, only to be shrugged off and told that its on its way. By February we got a call from TNT couriers that they need all our detail to get the repeater through customs and of course a fee of R431.91 for import duties and R439.00 for storage. Ryan assured us that we will be paid by Angela Tarallo. To date this has not been refunded back to us as promised. We ended up dealing with another American sounding guy named Josh Van Rensburg who made the same promises to refund us, but nothing ever was paid back. 4 Months later we received a dented repeater and paid an extra cost of R900. For the price you pay its a poor product that only boots our signal by one bar. You can be guaranteed that you will never get your money back from them, even if they say they guarantee it. | End of October my mother and I spoke to Brian (sales) about selling the van Brian checked and stated that Park Resorts would offer £6000 but because he thought the van was worth more he would try some buyers who visit the site. In November we came to the site to close down the caravan, not sure of the date but Brian was on holiday so dealt with the then general manager, not sure of his name as there has been so many in the years we have been on the site. Once we were ready to leave we went to the main office and again were seen by the general manager. He took ALL keys for the property and went through the leaving park form showing us an example of one that had just been returned, he advised he couldn’t do it there and then but advised he would sort it out when he had more staff and send it through the post just for us to sign and return. He also advised that because it was only November we might even be due a refund but all that would be on the form. He also advised at this time that the van would just stay on the pitch for when the site bought it they wouldn’t be doing anything with the pitch to the start of the new season, so could be used. I advised they could move it if they wished as we wouldn’t be using the van as we had handed in all the keys. Over the next few weeks Brian got in touch advising some buyers had viewed the van but he wasn’t pleased with the offer. He would keep looking for a buyer but also Park Resorts had advised that he couldn’t buy any further vans until March / April time but the offer would still be there if we waited. But if we also wanted to find our own buyer this was fine also. He also stated again that they would send us out a leaving park form. We then received the first bill for the site fees which we ignored thinking it was a admin error, if you check the records you will see we have paid every bill in advance and never had any outstanding debt. When we received the second letter my mother rang the site and spoke to Yvonne she then spoke to someone and came back and advised my mother to ignore the bill as the site was buying the van and we would receive no further letters, which we haven’t. A few weeks ago I received an offer for the van from another buyer and contacted Brian to advise he was happy for us and advised about the disconnection fees again and I advised him that we still hadn’t received a leaving park form; he advised he would get someone to send it out that day. After a few days we received the form with the amount of £1336.86 which included the £235 disconnection. As advised I don’t have any record of this in writing as I was expected employees of Park Resorts to be providing the correct information and to honour what they have said. We have also been requesting the leaving park form since November last year which has been requested and promised several time but not received. I also expected to be dealing with the same general manager as he advised he had only been there a short time and intended to stay for a while and if we wished to return in the future and buy another van to speak to him direct and he would ensure we received a good deal. I advised Mr Mills that I had a buyer waiting and he advised he would deal with my email quickly as it had gone on for long enough. I had not heard anything from Mr Mills, no surprise with the service you receive from Eyemouth Park so today 18th April 2013 I email him again and received the following back I have spoken to my director who, unfortunately, feels unable to make any change to the customer leaving site form. He maintains that as the caravan occupied a pitch throughout the winter and into the new year, the percentage refund takes into account our inability to sell or utilise the pitch during this period. I am sorry that this is not the answer that you were hoping for. I find it astonishing that a company the size of Park Resorts will not honour what not only their staff advises but their site managers. | |||||||||

| I have been searching for a small loan to get us to help us through as we've had some important bills to pay, however i did not sign up to anything that asked for a fee of any type as this would have made a bad situation even worse. I did not take any loan but after checking my bank statement smile finance has taken £26.34. I have never heard of this company let alone signed any agreement with them, I have not authorized any payment to them. I have tried to contact Smile finance to get my money back but so far had little sucsess. | |||||||||

| I applied for a loan with loads direct and they said I had been approved for a loan and at the very end of the conversation she said a direct debitt of 47.95 will be taken out, agfter I heard that I wanted to cancel but they were ringing off a withheld number, but today I went to a cashpoint and 69.99 had been taken out by enhance financial services and I have not had any dealing or ever spoke to this company ever, I have rang them and asked for a refund but have not heard nothing back, and now iv seen all these complaints I don't think I will ever get this money back, thankyou,,,,,luke ambler,,,07866459763 | |||||||||

I have logged onto there website and contacted them asking for my money back but have had no response and i have also emailed them. | I have been searching for a small loan and made the mistake of applying to cfo lending. A short time later i recieved a e-mail telling me i had been accepted, however within a few minutes of recieving this i e-mailed back to tell them i did not want the money and not to make any payments into my account. The foowing day a payment wes made into my account, i e-mailed again telling them i did not want it. Seven days later they finaly took back the cash that i did not want, allong with another £43.20. i e-mailed yet again to find what this is for only to be given an expencive number to ring to discuss my account. I did not want the account, they were told this before any money was exchanged, they were told again when the money was transfered and yet again a week later, all of this took place over 8 days, half of the cooling off period and yet i still cannot get my money returned. I did not want this service, I did not want this money and i certainly did not want a large fee! | |||||||||
