i called my bank on 21/09/12 re other issues, whilst on the phone they informed me that loans express had attempted to take £69.50 numerous time from my account, shocked at this i tried calling them 3 times (pressing a different option each time) but was cut off by their automated system. i also messaged them via their online form telling them not to take this money as i was not allowing it.

i go on my online banking on 24/09/12 to find i had a payment of £69.50 taken from my account. i called natwest to find out what was going on and they told me that loans express had taken it. called 4 times (again pressing a different option each time) but again was cut off by their automated system i also messaged them again via their online form asking what was going on as i had not allowed them to take this money. i have again messaged them online today with still no reply. iv also sent them a letter today stating how disgusted i am and that i want my money back now.

i wont make no lie of it, as i dont see the point, but yes me and my partner were looking for loans online that did not have a starter fee. i would deffinetley not pay a company to search for a possible loan when i can do this myself for free. i do not recgonise their name or website and if their site was popped up to me i shut it down without taking a second glance.

me and my partner are on a low income with him working part time, im a full time mum to my 3yr old and 1yr old boys. We dont have much money so i would never have done this due to the fact i could not afford to pay a fee.

has anyone had their money back?
please help?

my bank reckons i got to get hold of the company or as a last resort place a dispute which could take time.

i scared and this has been so stressful, i dont need it as im stressed enough due to being in and out of hospital with my condition.

I was contacted by this company, as i had "qualified" for a £1000 loan over 1 year, paying £89.00 back monthly. I thought this sounded legit as they gave me all the interest rates and seemed to know what they was talking about, so anyway they asked for an upfront fee of £75.00 which i paid on 14/09/2012 and was Promised my £1000 in my bank account in 5 Working days times. So the following friday i rang the office and spoke to a number of people who told me i had to wait for a call. no one has ever rang. I rang them back to find out but twice they hung up on me when i ask questions about them. I think the their aim is that they take and up front fee of £65 - £75 and tell customers it will be 5 working days - each time you ohone them they tell you 'funds will be released tomorrow' after 14 days you cant claim back your up front fee. I think they are trying to keep customers thinking thier money will go in and once the 14 days are up - you cannot claim back your up front fee therefor we are all out of pocket. What i cant understand is that i researched this company on google and found the other people have been ripped of by the same company to but this has been happening since 2005. I dont see how they can get away with scamming people for so many years and providing false infomation to customers. VERY GOOD LIARS.

I registered to to a loan broker named Money mill and after that I received through emails an offered of a loan then I just ignored it because the interest is too big and after couple of days, few peoples have called me and offered me a loan.This company named LOAN AND FINANCE LIMITED MANCHESTER phoned me and offered a loan and said with a lower interest, and they really sound genuine, and they asked me to confirmed the details that they got if correct, including bank details.And we agreed that they will send the money to my account after 15 to 20 minutes, that was ANDREW SMITH said to me and he gave the phone to his colleagues whom he said will complete the process of my loan application.And this lady asked me for the payment for the upfront fee of 100 through Western Union, and she guides me with everything on registering with western union and send the money to country NEPAL because according to her, they found this lender in NEPAL, and they said they have diiferent connection or partners or like branches with different countries and that i need to send 100 pounds to NEPAL under the named of SATISH SAPKOTA plus 6 pounds something charge or western union...And she said that I have to wait for 20 minutes, the money will be on my account and when I checked it, nothing is in there. And another man named ALAN phoned me and said that I need to pay like 200 pounds for the tax of the money that I am going to borrowed so that the money will be released to my accounts...I started to feel doubts for them because at first this ANDREW SMITH didnt talk anything about this payments, and I tried to look for ANDREW SMITH and this ALAN who said to me that he is the manager of ANDREW and that I can only talk to him and no longer to Andrew because ANDREW is only an adviser.And I said to this ALAN I dont want to continue with this loan because I have no 200 pounds to pay and he said I really have to pay if want the loan and he said they will not refund my 100 pounds that I sent through western union even if I dont want the application anymore...

I phoned a lady called Tasha on 0203 475 3531, and was told
that I need to fill in a form with a recent photo and pay ���£249.
She reasured me 3 day's work a week as a non sexual companion
for respectable business men, for dinners, theatre, concerts ect. ect. ...
It sounded promising. So I paid ���£249 by debit card on the 2nd
of April 2012 and registered with this company.
Unfortunately, They never kept their promis to provide me with
work. I'm out of pocket of ���£249, which I desperately need.
The telephone number on their website no longer works.
I emailed them continuasly, but so far NO resposes.

I'm Sky suscriber for over 1 1/2 year and experience during this time the more incredible not NON SENCE (Not At All)poor customer service in my life! after a lots of continius problems we dicided that is in off and we signed with Virgin 2 weeks ago so I cacel my SKY subscription (great news) NO!, 1st Sky did not acept my cancellation because was't in my nane (They said) so they sended me a letter to my house with MY NAME saing that I'm not ME?!, I called them and managed to set the cancellation after nearly 1 hour in the phone, my LAST BILL TO SKY will be paid by Direct Debit on the 01/10/2012 and the service will be running till 22/10/2012,OK I said. unfortunatley yesterday 23/09/2012 during the day the service in the TV stop working so I call SKY to doble check, they adviced me that apparentley the dish lost the satelite signal due to possible accidental move of the dish?, I said ok, how you will sorted it? after again 45 minutes in the phone the advisor told me that BECOUSE I'M IN THE CANCELLETION PERIOD THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO TO SOLVE THE SERVICE CUT - UNLESS- I CANCEL THE CANCELLATION, RE-START THE CONTRACT SO THEY THEN WILL BE ABLE TO DO SOMETHING in the next few days, (BLACK-MAIL!!!???)DO I BEEN BLACK MAILED BY SKY!?,I told them to forget about this and to enter my complain in my file and I will take advice if I still have to pay the last bill?, My contract with SKY is NOT finish till 22nd OF OCTOBER AS AFTER YOUR CANCELLATION YOU HAVE GOT 31 DAY NOTICE PERIOD (YOU PAID FOR IT IN YOUR LAST BILL!) this is incredible! hope many people arround the globe can read this so you know wath to spect from a company call SKY and they Customer Service Ripp Off Policy.

I am actually doing this for my daughter who was badly conned by the crooks in brentford,she bought a vauxhall corsa ,her first car,and it only lasted 8 days before the engine seized on the m25 she had her 1 year old baby in the car,when we told 5 star about how dangerous this was the reply was AND,I went down the next day and asked them to sort the car as it was a death trap and they told me to bring it to them,when i asked for a refund they laughed in my face.I have never met any people so crooked in my life so cheeky and rude,nobody else would employ anyone like that.My daughter paid nearly 2,000 for a death trap that lasted 8 days,it was written off by the aa.

On the website on my account it said the order was pending.

On the 15/09/12 i received a email informing me my order was processing.
I Have continued to send this company various emails regarding my order and i received an email back from them saying "sorry for the inconvenience be back on the 23rd Of September" ( That is today ) This email has now dissapeared from my mail box. I Dont understand and I Dont know what to do ...
