| 29.9.2012 i called the agent and asked that if he has got flight to goa , he said yes . i said i am looking for going out in 1st of november and coming back in 23 of november 2012 . he said the price is 475 pound . asked him if i can change date later on he said yes then he asked me to give me my bank details i gave to him , he said everything is done i will send you the email with your flight details. when i received my flight details it was all wrong date . i sent email back immediately saying you have mixed up my dates can you tell me why the agent did not reply me , i tried to call him again and again everytime i tired someone will answer and pass to other when i finally get a chance to talk to jack he said he will sort it out i had to call them every single day 3-4 times . jack always said i will do it , i will call you , email you he never does. after 6 days after all long phone calls i received email attachment where the agent send me the flight details and the price is 300 pound more than the agreed price . i sent the reply and said this was not agreed with me and i would like my money back they ignore my phone calls , no answer from the agent, if i do get hold of them then they will talk in rude and angry way . i really felt this is totally not acceptable. this company should learn to treat customer with respect, give correct information and not charge until they give what was agreed with them. | |||||||||

| I made an application for a loan, fee came out straightaway and I wasnt successful. Have been trying ever since to get hold of someone to get my £49.99 back but same message on phone. Very frustrating. I wont do it again. | |||||||||

| I was contacted by a guy called james who informed me that they had been able to claim back £4850 of ppi money from a loan that i took out with HFC bank he was able to tell me the amount the loan for and when it was taken out and said i could my money straight away transferred into my bank account but i had to go a western union shop and pay £350 so my money could be released he also gave me a number to phone and ask to speak to a paul wilson (02476980797)who would be able assist me with this so i phoned the number paul wilson phoned me back and told me to go to western union and get a sending form put my details in the senders part and for the recievers part put the name casandra jones and the recieving destination india i done this not realising at first and when i done it had to phone paul wilson and give him a reference number from the western union form he said he process the transfer for my money to go into my bank account and it should be in within 20-30 minutes of talking to him he said i would get a confirmation text message and confirmation call when this was done but nothing ever came through i am not sure what to do next i have also transferred whatever money was in my bank account to another one so that they can take no more money out can you please please please please please help me i have fallen for a trap and did not realise i feel so stupid but they both sounded so convincing on the phone i was also told that i would have to pay the rest of the 25% commission fee to them which is £862 within 15 days off recieving my money into my account | |||||||||

| I was searching for a loan online because at that time I had some money issues and unbeknownst to me my details were sent off to myloans and an account was opened with them with my credit card details even though I didn't borrow any money from them. Now some weeks later, I go to check my account balance and I discover that the above amount has been withdrawn which I require to pay my student accommodation at the end of this month. I would like to be reimbursed this sum and have all my details cancelled from the site. | |||||||||

| embroidered image review / complaint. www.embroideredimage.co.uk avoid like the plague. they not only spoilt what was meant to be an excelent cotton anniversary present but have absolutely no customer service at all!! 14 emails and counting. 21 phone messages & 3 actual conversation and still no product received or a refund. and this is a month since the order has been placed. unfortunately for them i am the workplace procurement manager for one of the biggest security companies in the UK & we are looking for new uniform suppliers - they certainly won't get the chance to bid. Terrible terrible terrible. dont not place order no matter how big or small. some online companies just need to be avoided. this is defo one of them | |||||||||

| as i was checking my on line banking last night i noticed that there was money missing but the transaction only showed up today saying that green finance has taken 49.99 from my account i have not ever visit there site so obviously important a little anoid as now i am over drawn in my bank and they charge five pounds a day there's no way they should have taken this without even consulting me I've sent an email to them but no replie i want my money back asap | |||||||||

| I visited this web site with aview to taking a loan. I was never advised that they charged nor did I authorise payments from my account. £59.95 was taken taken twice from my account with in minutes of each other. I have tried contacting them but they do not respond to letters. | |||||||||

| I visited there web site in early september with a view to taking a loan. I was dvised there would be a fee if I whent a head and took one of there loans but after concideration I decided they were to expensive. On the 11th September £69.95 was debited from my account despite not taking a loan. | |||||||||

| i got directed to a site called myloans.co.uk, i filled in details. went bank few days later and there was something waiting to be withdrawn.. £69.99. bank told me the company. i then emailed them explaining it was not at all clear of a charge to come out of my account, they said they would re-fund after doing an online form, i done that, got email sayin reund will be in the 27th september 2012, so i waited, no refund, emailed peter@myloan.co.uk and he said something wrong with there account and unds so changed date to the 4th october which is still in the 30 day refund of there terms and conditions. so have checked today no refund, sent email and no reply... so now i dont no what to do or who to get in touch with. i am a single mother to 3 young girls and i i new there was a charge i wouldnt have signed up to the site, but it was not at all clear they were taking any money out! | |||||||||

Im disabled and retired very early. I need a loan so i looked on the internet for loans for disabled and on benefits. Different info on companies came up, eg Merlin Money. I filled in the form and put in card details but it wouldnt accept the 3 digit number on back....so i tried again. Got fed up and it was late so i exited out. Over the next couple of days i was hounded by loads of texts and phonecalls from different money lenders. It was very annoying. Found out they took two lots of £47.50 on 1/10/12 stating was from Mauritius! Tried contacting them by email and phone without any luck. I am very angry like others on here....its money we cant afford to lose. Can you help me please? | |||||||||

| I had the misfortune to buy a car from Sentry Auto Sales in Leicester. The car has since been classed as un- roadworthy wit ha bent chassis. The idiot's that sold me this worthless piece of scrap could see I had a family with me and yet still let me drive it away. I had it checked at an independant garage who told me it was dangerous to drive. On emailing the idiot who ownns the garage he tried to taunt me by saying he has ceased trading and I would't get any money back. Lucky I paid by credit card heh... | |||||||||

A complaint over £79 that money essentials have taken out of my bank account which I did not authorise. When I had spoken to one of the staff who I believe is called Victoria. I had expressed my concerns of giving my card details and that it would be used to take money out of my bank account before I was given the loan. She had reassured me and made it quite clear that no money would be taken from my bank account before the loan was in my bank account. She knew quite well of my concerns of any money been taken out of my account, saying to me that no money would be taken from my account before the loan was in my bank account, she had to reassure me a few times before I eventually and reluctantly gave her my card details. Only about 7 days had gone by they took £79 out of my account. As no loan has yet been given to me I therefore demanded an immediate refund of my money. Which they refused. They obviously lied to me. I am still trying to get my money back. I have contacted CAB and the financial ombudsman. After a few days of contacted the financial Ombudsman they had successfully got my money back from this thieving company, money essentials also known as AKM UK essentials. Apparently they claim they do not have to give refunds for 6 months later. Fortunately I will be getting a refund in a few days. I do not see how they can justify keeping clients waiting 6 months for a refund and from what I can tell from all the complaints about them they do not even keep to their promise because even after 6 months people have not got their money back. | |||||||||
