| 26702 | QS Supplies [Leicester] Total claims:24 | appalling customer service » | 11 sept 12 | 13/09/2012 | 0 | ||||
| After several complaints following extremely poor communication regarding delayed delivery of radiators, all of which were ignored, I was forced to cancel my order with this company. Call centre assistants and managers alike displayed the same poor attitude and are extremely uninterested, sarcastic and rude. There is nowhere higher to take your complaint if you encounter problems so I would not recommend buying from this company if you want peace of mind. Personally, I have never encountered such appalling customer service - I really don't know how they stay in business! | |||||||||

| 26700 | MYA cosmetic surgery [London] Total claims:3 | MYA cosmetic surgery Incompetence and appalling customer service » | 30/06/12 | 13/09/2012 | 0 | ||||
I feel I have to warn and advise people of the appalling service we have received from MYA cosmetic surgery. My partner has saved for numerous years to afford to pay for a breast augmentation, and finally decided to get her operation done with MYA cosmetic surgery. (www.mya.co.uk) From the first impression they seemed very professional and knowledgeable until the received the first half of the procedure payment and our commitment, from there the service went down hill! The patient co-ordinater was no longer usefull or informative and was only interested in getting paid. We received numerous phone calls chasing the final payment even though we had never received an invoice! After requesting an invoice on 5 occasions we eventually received one and to my surpprise, it was not only somebody else's invoice, but somebody else's invoice for the same procedure only cheaper! When this was queried we were told that this was just a dummy invoice and apologised for sending it out! The service went from bad to worse after the operation and everybody at MYA shows no form of interest in the awfull experience we have had and the complete lack of incompetence from start to finish has left us not only distressed, but disheartened by the whole thing! We have written a lengthy complaint letter to MYA requesting a full refund of the monies paid, only to receive a response 2 months later stating they are sorry on the 13 points we have raised and have skirted around the complaint completely! They have completely ignored our request for a refund and instead have asked us to recommend people to them.... I have never felt so insulted!! I will be uploading a copy of the complaint letter and MYA's response tomorrow which is laughable. Having done further research tonite I have found a lot of people have had some serious complaints recently with MYA cosmetic surgery only to be dismissed with an insulting response!! I would advise that if you are seriously considering cosmetic surgery, you stay well clear of MYA and www.mya.co.uk as you may well be in for a troubled service that may leave you scared for life in more ways than one!!!

| i received a call from this company saying I had been accepted for a 3000 pound loan. They asked me to send 115 pound as a first month payment, through ukash. I thought it was odd but they sounded very professional and had text me confirmation of a loan. I called them with the Ukash voucher, no money went into my account and i never got hold of them again. | |||||||||
| 26697 | loans 4 uk [london] Total claims:6 | SCAM!!!! » | 12/09/2010 | 12/09/2012 | 0 | ||||
| I had been looking for a loan, and was contacted by loans 4 uk, offering me a £1000 loan payable over 3 years at a rate of £50 a month and said he needed to validate that I had an active bank account. I took the callers details a 'Marc Ignatius employee I.D 6134' and asked if it was loans 'for' or loans '4' he said f o r this is nonsense, loansforuk are a completely legitimate payday lender, it was only upon asking for their full website address they really slipped up. The contact us section on the website just takes you round in a loop and gives you no contact details whatsoever!! Thankfully I immediately rang my bank and have been assured they will not be able to remove anything from my account. I urge anyone contacted by these low lives to hang up immediately and report it. I've been lucky and still feel completely violated. Not only are they trying to dupe us, they're also taking down another perfectly reputable company with them. I have also found evidence of them trading under loans4u, loans 4 uk of london and a few variations on these names, as far as I can discover LOANSFORU is the only real company, completely seperate to these. I have also researched the address they claim to be head office (33 Throngmorton Street, London) and it would appear this is also nonsense, four companies occupy the premises and loans4uk is not one of them. It would also seem there is a lot of confusion over the correct phone number for this fraudulent, misleading company, they first rung off of 005616679102 and the number they gave me for 'customer services' is 01212882515. I hope this information both helps those already scammed and prevents anyone further being scammed, we may have small voices by ourselves but we WILL be heard together!! | |||||||||
| 26696 | i florist Total claims:9 | Non delivery of champagne » | 28/7/12 | 12/09/2012 | 0 | ||||
| Order placed on 28/7 for delivery next day. After 10 days no delivery made. After 3 emails response said " sorry ,problems with delivery agent. Will refund within 10 days AND make delivery". 12 days later no delivery or refund. Further emails and a letter sent to the address shown in Lancashire. New response said "unable to deliver" followed by yet another "refund now in your account" But of course there was still no cash received. After six weeks since they took my money they have not honoured the order or refunded anything. Yet they still say customers are important to them. For customers read MUGS!! Don't be one of them contact a local shop to the recipient. Plenty are shown in each town. | |||||||||

| 26691 | ASDA DIRECT Total claims:5 | Asda Direct do not have any customer service when they make a mistake » | 7 September 2012 | 12/09/2012 | 0 | ||||
| My partner is heavily pregnant and I'm doing all the running around getting things ready for our new baby. My partner ordered from Asda Direct Maternity Jeans, the website allows you to pick sizes from dress sizes 8,10,12,14,16,18,20. My partner selected her size and paid for them together with various other Maternity clothing and also a selection of Baby Bottles, Teets, Warmers, a Steriliser, Brushes etc. Everything bar the Maternity Jeans turned up correctly as advertised, however the jeans came in a "LONG" leg length, not even an option that could be picked. I thought it would be simple to contact Asda Direct and swap over the wrongly picked product with the original item ordered. First the 0800 952 3003 helpline is based in South Africa, now normally I hate overseas call centres as both parties can not understand each others accent, but as South Africa speak English as their first language I didn't expect there to be a problem on this occasion, however technology got in the way as they route the call through the Internet so the beginning and ending of each sentence both spoken by me and the Asda Direct staff were lost as the it is compressed? transmitted? or what ever the reason behind the poor audio levels. When neither party spoke the line was completely silent, but as soon as they spoke it was digitised and cropped. I assume they had the same problem their end as for the first few minutes of the call every other word they used was sorry (as in pardon) when they could not understand either. Once I got to understand that the first second and last second of each sentence is lost I could construct sentences with padding both at the beginning and end to allow the meat of the sentence to be heard. I was told that even though Asda Direct had made the mistake I had to find the time to time to take the goods to a drop of point and make a new order, I explained that I would prefer that they send out the original ordered goods and their delivery company HDNL can collect their mistake at the same time - a service offered as standard by any other online retailer in such cases. They refused point blank, and that was even confirmed by a so called supervisor. I do not have the time to run around after Asda sorting out problems they create. I have learnt after the call that the reason they have chosen South Africa over UK based call centres is due to the South Africa minimum wage is only 0.63 pence, so they would rather offer sub standard customer service and save some money. Obviously the 0.63p will not be the final price as they will need to pay for the overseas call routing and I'm sure other aspects to the service but the saving is obviously big enough to decide not to employ British workers. I phoned Asda UK phone number 0800 952 0101 and managed to speak to a member of Asda staff based in the UK who were sympathetic to my request and acknowledge she was aware of the South Africa call centre problems. She managed to transfer the call back to South Africa Customer service without the Internet routing audio problem. She spoke to a manager and requested that they deal with the problem correctly. Speaking with Sean from Asda Direct in South Africa he claimed he would try to resolve the problem and call me back but admitted as he was some 12 hours by plane distance from the UK there is little he can do apart from send an internal message back to the UK for them to action within four days. He suggested that we were to keep the "LONG" jeans and he would credit us by £6. I explained that my partnet was pregnant as I didn't think that saving £6 was worth risking my partner falling over the trousers incorrectly delivered as that would not only harm my partner but also my unborn baby. In the meantime I'm left waiting, never mind plenty of things to be getting done in preparation for our first baby, but getting the frustration of my chest is a relief in the knowledge that one other person may think twice about using Asda Direct just in case they have a problem. | |||||||||

Everybody here lodges their complaints against any company. Even some days back I also thought to lodge a complaint against 1StopEsolution. Even some days back I also thought to lodge a complaint against 1StopEsolution, but after calling them on their toll free number (+1 888 458 9001) I am satisfied. I agree that some people or consumers have confusion or misconception on their services, but they're experts are very helpful and resolve problems pretty fast. When I got a call from 1StopEsolution and they wanted to take remote access of my PC I made my mind that 1StopEsolution is a scam company. I apologize, I was wrong. Best of luck... James
| 26686 | Paul HenHawk [Cornwall,Ontario] Total claims:1 | renovation scam » | July 15,2012 | 11/09/2012 | 0 | ||||
| This is a native man who is 250 pounds, app 5 feet 8 inches tall with a growing out Mohawk hairstyle. Date of birth is August 19/1964. This man is known by the Cornwall police. He drove an old 1988 brown Chevrolet pick up truck. He had two accomplices one who claimed to be a metal collector with white hair and beard, thin, taller. A young man present as well. The Paul character did all the talking. He said he would put on a roof, that he was working in the area (roofing) and was looking to make extra money. He claimed to have roofing metal and asked for down-payment of $700.00. Just before he left he offered to fix the foundation as well and poured two bags of cement. He knew the law as because he did this work he can say that he charged $700.00 for it. He gave the false name of Paul Hill and a false cell phone number. I am pretty sure i just saw him in town and his truck has been painted red since the police paid him a visit. | |||||||||

| I applied for a loan online, was advised to pay a brokers fee but they wouldn't charge me till I had been funded by their suggested loan company. Well, a few days on, they have taken out their money which was unexpected, I still don't have the loan I was promised and on top of that I have ended up with bank fees as I was unaware of the money going out and I didn't have enough in the bank to cover it. | |||||||||
