i got a sun room build in 2010 the job started early and took longer than it was meat 2 but it happens then they wanted paid for job i was going on holiday and there was still things 2 be done they said it would be done for me coming back so i paid big mistake it went on for another year had 2 get trading standered involved but still 2 this day still having probs with them and you phone them you get nothing but abuse from them my door in the sun room don't even lock but the girl on the other side of the phone is ever nasty and should not be in that job o it mite b the boss dauther.....

I purchased a car a few months ago from JMCC Autos and wanted to share my experiences of them. I'm sure that some people have purchased without any issues, but unfortunately I did not!

The day after my wife and I found out she was pregnant, my wife's car decided it was going to die which was not the best timing!! We decided that she needed to buy an economical, reliable car and I was keen on getting a Polo for her. I trawled through autotrader and found a few that I liked, one of which was from the mentioned trader. I called and spoke to Jason, who is JMCC Autos, and asked specifically what condition the bodywork was in as we would be travelling a couple of hours to see the car and I wanted the bodywork to be in top condition - Jason told me that there wasn't a mark on the bodywork.

When we arrived to view the car, it was clear that the bodywork was far from spotless and that is where this story should really end, but as my wife was desperate for a car that weekend so she could get to work on Monday, we'd come so far and the wife wasn't that bothered about the marks, I decided that we'd buy the car.

There were various complications paying for the car as the banks were shut but we managed to transfer money via my smartphone (god bless technology!!) and purchased the car. Jason had made us aware that he'd noticed there was only one key and as he used to work at a VW dealership he could get one for cheap which he'd then send to us, we could get programmed and send him the invoice to be reimbursed. I thought that was a fair arrangement so we left with the car and the expectations of receiving a key the following week.

Unfortunately this did not happen! I waited a 2 weeks and rang Jason to be told he had ordered it, it had been delivered to the dealership and he simply had to pick it up and post it. He also said he would send it registered delivery and ring me to tell me it was on its way. This, again, did not happen and after another 2 weeks of waiting I tried to ring Jason to find out what was going on. Unfortunately, he would not answer any of my calls. Over the next few weeks I tried ringing multiple times and eventually sent Jason an email. Rightly, or wrongly, I pointed out in this email that I wasn't happy with being given the run-around and, as part of a small business myself, I thought that customer satisfaction, trust and reputation were key traits for success. I did also say that unless the situation with the key was resolved I would post details of my experience on VW forums as I thought it fair (and my right) to share my experience with others.

Subsequently, I tried calling multiple times and leaving voicemails, all to no avail. Finally, I rang from a different number only to have my call answered and when I confronted Jason about the lack of communication and the lack of delivery on his promise, he used my "threatening(!)" email as justification for not sending me the key - even though he'd been fobbing me off for over a month. He said he would not provide me a key, so now after parting with our entire savings, months before having our first child, I have no choice but to spend out another £150 to get a key myself.

This is an accurate account of my experience and I hope that people might find it useful.

I was searching for a payday loan a month ago, and I noticed today that £49.99 has been taken out of my account without any consent. After calling my bank they informed me that Greenleaf finance are a 'broker' who have been sold your details from other companies. I have not benefited from any of their so called services and so I want my money back. I will endeavor to do so until the matter is resolved. The money they took was my student loan and my last bit of money I had left from it. As a result I am struggling to get by for the remainder of this month. This company is a scam and what they do to people like me is despicable.

My bank have informed me that if Greenleaf finance fail to communicate with me and offer a refund after 14 days then they will enter a dispute with the company and get my money back. I suggest that any one else in the same situation does the same.

I was new in alibaba.com and was actually impressed when I first browsed the website. I thought that my import business could actually thrive through the various supply linkages created by the website. But it seems like I started off on a wrong foot. On 28th August 2012,I received numerous offers from different suppliers after posting several inquiries about various types of laptops and PCs in the website. After comparing the prices I decided to deal with Angel Gong(angelgong517@gmail.com) of H.K. ANJIER DEVELOPMENT GROUP LIMITED(website:www.hk-anjier.com).I had a lot of confidence since this was a company I had connected with through a reputable platform(alibaba.com).I also checked their website and everything looked normal. On 3rd September 2012, I sent US$248 through Western Union to Angel Gong( indicated recipient:SHUMEI PAN) for 2 pieces of laptop(Acer 1830T(68U118) @US$95 and Dell Allienware M14X14@US$110) and an external DVD writer @ US$25.I was also billed US$18 for shipping the said products to KENYA. The payment was confirmed on 4th September 2012 and I was promised by Angel that I would received the products after a maximum of 5 working days which ended on the 12th September 2012 .Up to now I have not received the products and I could not even track the said products as the tracking number I was given could not be matched in the DHL system. I raised the issues with Angel but no response was forthcoming. The DHL people actually informed me that no parcel was sent bearing that airway bill number. I started to dig deeper after realizing that the supplier was not responding to my email and SMS messages. I googled the company name and was actually shocked to realize that the company had a habit of not delivering products after receiving payment. On September 15, 2012, I received an email from the supplier (Angel) informing me that she had been a way and that the products had been shipped back to her by DHL after they were blocked by customs officials. She further informed me that she had resent the products to me that same day but the airway bill number she gave me was INVALID as it had 13 digits which started with 2 letters and ended with 2 letters.DHL does not print airway bill number in that format. They have 10 digits which are all numbers. I strongly believe that her plan is to take me round in circles and eventually defraud me. She wants to defraud as many people as she can. This monster needs to be stopped! I need my US$248 back including the US$15 for the bank charges (Total= us$263) I think these people have made a habit of living-off other people’s sweat.

Me too got cought on free trial with the shipment of 3,49€. After reading all the reviews on the next day after the order I've called them and requestedreturn codes for the products I've purchased. Had to call several times. First time lady told me it's too early to cancel, second time the same lady told me to call back in half an hour and the third time probably I got through the man answered, offered me the product with 64% discount, I refused. Gave very very huge MRA number to return the goods. Same day I've cancelled my credit card, and today posted the pills back. Will see if they still have a chance to take money from my account.

I have been applying for loans and this company offered me a loan and then took £49.95 from my bank account without giving me a loan, at this point I had no money, that is why i was applying for a loan in the first place.
Not very happy that the company can just take money from your account without offering any money to provide in the first place. I found this very unfair and now I can not afford anything this week due to having this taken from my account, also when you log on to the prontopound.com website it is a payday loan not a personal loan, so I dont know why they are taking money from my account when they should be paying out money, and I was applying for a personal loan in the first place.

I have paid the bill for the work in full to the company doodlebugs and yet the work remains incomplete. We have made several requests for them to install the two water features in the rear garden and yet I have not heard from them about when these will be supplied and installed. I am puzzled as to why they have not carried out this remaining work even though I have paid full and in advance.

I am disappointed with how i have been treated as a customer and to put the matter to an end I would like a full refund for the following:

• two water features and the associated labour costs
• removal of front hedge and supply / selection / collection and planting of evergreen hedge
