| i received a text after applying for a load for £300 saying that they had found a lender for me with good rates. went online, filled in all the necessary details etc. was told that brokerage fees will not be taken from the account, till the lender, had given me the loan and that the money will be taken within 45 days. but no lender so checked my account and 49.68 was taken out. phoned abbey Nat. and they advised me to phone them but the numbers that are on the website are fake | |||||||||

| I had calls from cash fiance direct. Theey gave me nubmers to call one was a 09 and the others 01 . They said they would reinburse my phones calls once I sent the phone bill. It has been 3weeks and nuffing at all. I am single parent and am missing £85 now . Could smeone please help me!! | |||||||||

| Debt line contacted me at the beginning of August to help me pay my debts and I agreed to use their services, however I was under the impression that they wouldn't proceed without written consent. they sent me a letter and I didnt sign and return. I paid my creditors and debt line went ahead and debited my account for £226.00, even after I spoke to someone two days earlier specifically telling them I didnt want my account to be debited and I have emailed them twice requesting my money back and cancelling their services and have had no reply. They have done me a disservice as now I have no money to pay rent or for food or insurance. What was the point of having to pay them and creditors too.. I want an immediate re-fund. | |||||||||

| I am a customer of Wonga.com but after todays phone call, i will never use there services again! after being declined 5 times of a loan of 40 pounds for 14 days, i called them and asked them why am i being declined. i have Always payed them of on time and never gave them a time to complain.firstly their automated serivce is like speaking to a robot and i was on hold for ages!!! then when i eventually got to speak to one of the representatives she told me i couldnt have a wonga loan because i had defaulted previously, which isn't true and was never the case | |||||||||

| at the beginin of da month i took out a loan wiv cash genie for £200. i tried 4 a loan 4 £500 cuz tht is what is advatised on their website but i was refused. i think its bad tht they pretend 2 offa £500. but tbh thy had gud customa serivce and the ppl were helpful and nice. fb page is gud though if ya wana try n win sum money. | |||||||||

| not only did plfinder take an unauthorised payment of 49.95 on the 16th aug 2012 frm my bank account i have only just found out that they also took a further 20.00 out my account on the 20th aug 2012 this was also unauthorised?... they send me txts everyday with different ref numbers saying to log in to find out my loan details but when iv tried it asks for a further 49.95? and doesnt give you any loan results? iv tried calling them on 3xdifferent numbers but it just plays music and no-one answers? iv sent emails and txts but get no reply just endless txts with different ref no.s?...iv also replied stop to the txts but they still keep coming?... i told them they have taken advantage of a disabelled woman etc but they dont reply...scammed...donna russell | |||||||||

| How easy is it to get into trouble with insurance company. I'll keep it simple, so I was going to buy a car but it had no tax disc or MOT, so I had to insure the car before I bought the car, after finding out the costs involved in repair were excess of £1500 I decided not to buy the car, So I called the agent/broker Crossroads Insurance, I told them the problem and they sent me the cancellation form I filled the box signed and returned it. Insured on 24/07/2012 cancelled on 27/07/2012 You would think its simple just return the money, no way its not the way with both companies. Problem or the joke I call it: I've been asked to provide a letter from a garage to say "I didn't buy the car" !, who would ask for this? what right does anyone have to provide this! what do you take me for, also been told I will be charged for cancelling, so I wrote a complaint since all my conversations have been Recorded, yep recorded. Still waiting to hear from the complaint department which is usually the case wait, and wait. I've called the 0845 number at least 4 times(15 minute waits each time) asking for my money back still no answer, Plus the company has no legally binding contract since I have not signed any agreements, so I am not tied to any contracts, the cancellation policy is as Below, This Motor Policy may be cancelled a) by You sending Us written notice and returning to Us Your current Certificate of Motor Insurance. Cancellation will take effect from the date We receive Your Certificate of Motor Insurance and We will calculate the refund to which You are entitled in accordance with our cancellation scale provided no claims have occurred during the current Period of Insurance in accordance with the scale shown below b) by Us or Our Authorised Agents by sending You seven days notice in writing by Recorded Delivery to Your last known address (and in the case of Northern Ireland to the Department of the Environment, Northern Ireland) and You will be entitled to the refund of the un-expired portion of Your premium c) by Us or Our Authorised Agents immediately if You do not pay the premium. PERIOD NOT EXCEEDING 1 MONTH So I wouldn't recommend doing business with MarkerStudy Insurance, or Crossroads, its been a month its just pure stress and not to include the cost of the phone bill and the bank account overdrawn. | |||||||||

| I had applied for a unsecured loan with cash genie only to find out that they wanted a admin fee i declined and my bank details and personal details were then passed on to numerous lenders, enhance finance wonga pounds to pocket, and many more, i had to go into hsbc today and cancel my card etc, as on the 24th august nearly £475.00 was attempted to be taken out of my account, and the fraud team raised the red flag and declined all payments, the complete time and frustration has been a nightmare, please people when your down and out soldier on through because you will end up losing money time and sanity and ...Enhance financial services and myloans for you no longer exsist . | |||||||||

| I found a company that was offering a loan using my mobile phone, halfway through the application I couldnt continue as my address was not available using the postcode search so I just gave up. 20 minites later the company called me to talk about the application, I told them it crashed and i didnt complete it. The lady then finished the application over the phone. I questioned why they wanted my card details and the answer seemed ok, they wanted to check if I had a uk bank account, now i didnt mind this as she said they would only debit and credit my account with 50p or less, what could go wrong? what i was actually doing was giving them permission to take a fee when they wanted, a fee they dont tell anyone about in advance because they know if they did tell people they wouldnt continue. I have lodged a complaint with the Office of Fair Trading and they are advising me and will send furtehr updates. With regards to Brian Kelly he said they are doing nothing wrong as the operator is asking if you have read the T & C's first. Well actually i think it was worded with me the following way, for me to continue with this application you have to agree with the terms and conditions, is this ok? i said yes as i wanted to continue, great trick but will the OFT see it as legal. | on the 23rd 69.95 was taken from my account without my consent i found a number to ring 01322479922 witch answered on the 23rd and was told they will send a cheuque first class after a while of arguing, witch i have still not recieved,then again today on the 29th a further 69.95 was taken and this number now does not answer not happy | |||||||||

| contacted the company to LOOK INTO a loan but after speaking to one of their advisers decided not to go ahead with the application. After a week of still receiving phone calls they finally left me a loan. Then out of the blue a £79.99 charge has come out of my bank that i didn't know anything about. To add insult to injury that money was for my bills and i have now been charged by my bank because the money wasn't there for my direct debit. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! The date on my bank statement says it came out on the 28th but i know it came out a few days before that. | |||||||||

| I was searching for a loan online, not a broker and was unaware that i was on a loan broker site and they debited my account without my knowledge and I need my money to pay my rent now and they say I have to write a letter and wait up to 7 days for my money. | i was looking to try and get a loan did not get a loan from this company but got 69.34 taken from my account. this is money i can not afford i never realized i had to pay money to get a loan i would not ask for a loan if i had that sort of money in the 1st place. when i looked on my statement it told me in 3 transactions from the 20-23 of august this it says 23.14 had been taking from my account 1 payment on 20th august and then 2 payments on 23rd august all payments was 23.14. i have not used their services ie not got a loan from them. On my bank statement the transaction name comes up with this MONEYGAGALOANAPLIC i have no phone number or details to this company!!!! please help me | |||||||||

| i want to claim this money back, as i was aware they would charge me a fee. i was not told anything, and now they have signed me up to a VIP service, i don't even want or need.
