| On finding the above company on the internet i made contact with a lady called Rose to start just applying for the vacancy of driver with the company, after a few days she explained they needed guys for Adult film work in the area so i paid a £297 registration fee to take part in various film shoots, some days later she and a lady called Loise asked me to take part in a upcoming film in Bath in the South West but becuse its from their so called European Division i would be required to pay a £2000 bond, sounds a lot but on the day i was promised £7600 of course the money was transfered into a bank account and since then no film shoot and not a reply from my emails sent regarding the film, even though ive recordings of the contract and also an email confirming if the shoot did not take place my £2000 would be refunded in full. To this day no reply or call, yet last week they told me its possible the film could run over into Mon or Tues and i would be required then, Lunabella is still advertising for Drivers Film Extras and Escorts now online. | |||||||||

| Hi I win then bidding on 4 th March 2013 and I paid on 6th march 2013 didn't received any collection note and finally they said thy will refund my money so far they did nt refund no one answer there phone,someone advise what to do with these people's.this kind of companies should be thrown out from business .. | Ordered samples and to pay just P&P - the very small print says that you must return the samples within 14 days or be charged for full amount which in my case was £200!!! I contacted the company and was eventually given a partial refund. I now have heard from my bank that the money was taken from my account before the "Free" trial ended . I now want the full refund and will also be raising this with consumer agencies. It's a scam and the terms and conditions don't make sense! How can you try something if you only have days to do so during in which time you have to send them to Israel. They also make a point about the samples need to be unopened but how can that be if you are supposed to try them???? The company offer this trial under many different names - particularly on Facebook - BEWARE!! Thet also then attempt to take repeated amounts from accounts claiming you also signed up for repeat orders... | |||||||||

| I regret buying LIFT SERUM PRO £1.99 an offer. LIFT & GlOW PRO-INSTANT WRINKLE REDUCER £1.99 an ofter. Silly me didnt look at the small print. However Iv noticed £84.71 taken twice of my bank acc,for goods i havent got..! Is their anyway i could get my money back? In the mean time i will also get intouch with them by phone. Not only try to get a refund,but to stop them taken any more money out in future. I feel sick,disappointed-they taken every penny i had. Thankyou for reading | |||||||||

| On 2/4/13 i had £26.34 taken from my account by smilefinance.co.uk i rang my bank to enquirer why i they had taken this from me being on jsa money is tight at the best of times and this came as a massive blow to me i was informed that it was taken by this company and was told that i had to take the matter up with them as the bank could not do any thing i looked online and could not find a number to call them all there is is a message board saying fill in details and will get back to you it has been two weeks and i have herd a thing all i want is the money back to pay for what i had to borrow so i am not owing money because a company just takes money from my account without my permission | |||||||||

| Called to make a booking and was given a price of £2600 to match the other company and promised to get the same connection that l wanted with Egypt air to travel to Nairobi in July 2013. The agent Ben said he did not want to loose my booking and the money so he lowed the price to £2588 and promised he was going to send my booking through email and l needed to pay a deposit of £150 to keep my booking and pay the lest within 2 weeks. He said if l paid with my debit card l was not going to get charged but usually they charge making payments with debit card. I went ahead and paid but to my shock when they sent the email they had taken £152.25 and also my bookings were wrong. When l tried calling Ben who did the booking he said that John took over and he will rectify the mistake. After 3 weeks of trying to rectify this nothing was done and now they wanted me to make more payments to be able to get the same booking that l wanted. I felt so cheated as they wasted my time and now l have had to make my booking with another company which has costed me more as the prices for travelling in July have gone up. This is very bad and l wrote a letter of complain to the manager on the 16.3.13 and up to now he has not replied. | |||||||||

| Paid in two parts for a bed for my children. The bed was supposed to be delivered the week before Easter but has not been delivered and the shop is now cleared out. Empty and a for let sign above the premises. I have tried to phone them but no joy. They have stolen my money. This was a high street shop. So what now? | the most conning company ever is webuyanycar.com. this is the story guys i sold my car to them at the agreed figure of 12000, they said to me i will be paid the following day so i waited the week aftter i call them they said the next few days they will pay i waited again nothing happened 3 weeks later i get a call from them saying come and pick your car up wedont want it , buy this time i had cancelledmy insurance paid a deposit on an other car of 500 pounds which i lost ... so i agreed to travel to the rochdale branch to collect my car ... when i got there the car had a cracked screen which i pionted out to the manager who said they will sort it out then i realised it had no deisel left in it so i checked myreciept and it had been driven 144 miles which in thier possesion so which they looked on thier file and said we dont know ..but we will investigate... so i left it to the manager but now he is not answering my calls so i lost out on a screen , 144 miles which companies charge 3 pound a mile for and my deposit on my other car on top of all the rest of the strees i have had with selling a car to them con men .... my advice never sell to them .....they take your car and dont pay you for weeks it has happened to other people to they always promice you the money is going to get transfered in to your acount in the next 7 days but it does not , also they returned my vechie with out all my receips and all the prevoius work that had been done i had a folder with mots etc hpi every thing went missing | |||||||||

| I was applying for a loan through tho company and was promised all right things over the phone and was even told that they would take a one off payment of £69.95 for brokers fees. What they I was told on the phone was that this would be taken after I was accepted and finalised for a loan. I later was contacted from a couple of companies(lenders) to be told that I was declined for this loan and shouldn't receive any charges from any companies but as I gave my card details to "Right-Finance" before this was said I didn't think anything would come of the charge as I was declined! I have now been left overdrawn on my account! Even though the loan was to consolidate debt it has infact left me with more debt!! I demand my money back as I was not in the wrong and infact this company was if the money is not refunded this will be taken further!! | |||||||||

| This company has taken 2 payments from my bank account £49.99 on 09 Oct 2012 £49.99 on 02 Apr 2013 both amounts taken from the same account using card details which I have not given to this company. I had never even heard of this company before seeing the name on bank statements. I want £99.98p returned to my account immediately. I don't know where this company has stolen my card details from but it is obviously something being done regularly as my card details were actually different for the above dates. the card used to take the 1st payment was damaged so replaced. The 2nd payment was taken using the replacement card details. I know absolutely that I have not authorised any company with this name to use my details for any reason & am shocked that this company have been able to do this repeatedly to so many people. | |||||||||

| I went on a site that comes up first on google ‘book your theory test’, well I spotted on there ‘unlimited re sits if you book now’ so been the mum I am i booked my son his test and thought great even if he fails he will be able to re sit, however, it cost me £59 for the privilege. well as you guessed my son failed and then sent his fail sheet to them for them to book another one ( this was after phoning them for about 20 minutes for them to tell us what to do, costing a staggering £1.53 per minute), hence mum not happy at this point! an e-mail arrives about 7 days later stating that he did not qualify for a re sit due to the number of questions he got wrong! i complained through e-mail due to the call costing me even more money to be told ‘the pass protection scheme is clearly stated on the web site prior to the booking form and in the agreed terms and conditions’ . i went on the site and it is not clearly stated prior to booking form, you get to the end of the booking form and then at the very end of a long terms it is stated right at the end. but nothing prior even stating something like ‘ there are terms attached to re sits!’ what do i do? have i just paid £59 for a theory test and about £30 phone bill to ask what to do next as it does not tell you, and cant do nothing about it or can i take this further because i bet there are many people out there in the same boat?? | |||||||||

| offerd me a loan for £2000 but they wanted a payment of a £105 so i payed them they want it done by uKash so i done that then they rang me back saying that they wanted a nother £150 before they can put it throu because of tax so i done the same agaig then they siad money would be in my acount with in 45 min and they did no put eney money in my acout just ripped me off for £255 | |||||||||
