Anyone who is thinking of using MCI Sales Limited in Kent UK, be warned!!! MCI-Sales.com, 45 Queen Street, Deal, Kent CT14 9EY www.mci-sales.com Re: Full refund including compensation for loss of earnings On 2nd October 2012 we paid an invoice to MCI Sales to provide us 50 qualified investor leads. It’s now 6 months on and not one qualified investor lead has been received. MCI Sales have not delivered; have taken our money, simply not performed and now not corresponding. We are therefore seeking a court order for a full refund including compensation for a total sum of £99,085.20 We have only received a few entries all were; enquiries, many duplicates, brokers requesting information and Nigerians. These entries are not high quality pre qualified investor leads as described on the site http://www.mci-sales.com/investment-leads. We emailed plenty of warnings to MCI Sales, on each occasion we gave them further opportunity to rectify. We received empty promises followed by no correspondence, this is appalling. It has been another three weeks of no word. They can’t deliver and have lost us serious earnings. Our original enquiry was received by sales executive Bryn Yorath, Josh Brearley sales manager intervened and sold us 50 x high quality pre qualified investor leads with an upfront payment required. We have also contacted Matthew Cullum the director who has never replied to any of our emails. You have neglected us, ripped us off, cost us valuable time and money. Our previous refund requests have also been ignored. We are seeking a court order for the total £99,085.20 plus any solicitor fees. This includes a refund and compensation. We would accept a minimum 25% discount if paid on or before 26th April 2013. We will take further action if this is not paid by this date. | Signed up for a free trial to then have it confirmed I've agreed to pay £76 per month. Couldn't cancel unless I hadn't opened any of the products even know the product came right away but the paying information of the scam came weeks later. Into the bargain the products did nothing, waste of time and money! Very disappointed | |||||||||

I have occurred bank charges due to direct debits not been able to be taken because of the monies you have taken. I need this refunded back asap as I am still occurring daily costs from my bank. | i have been skint this month and i wanted to get a small pay day loan to tide me over for the end of the month and the pay day loans windows went into another one tricking me!!!! i have been faked into paying them £34.12 which i can not afford and i have asked for a full payment back and a contact phone and i have been refused both currently. i have contacted omsbudman and they have issued a formal written request for a full refund and i have messaged these cowboys several times with no response. i can not afford not to pay this money back so if anyone has a phone number could they please add to my comment thanks | |||||||||

| I know Miles Grady VERY well, He did not set up or was the founder of Harrington Brooks, it was Ian Griffin. Ian took Miles Grady on as the book keeper, than laters a director. Then Mile went on to defraud Ian out of millions. Everyone in cheshire knows. Ian Griffin is suing Miles right now over this. Miles is a total fraud who ripped his friend off that gave him a break and a job in the first place. It was called Griffin Finance for the first year or so. Check it for your self on companies house. I see on his social network sites he claims he was the founder, what dreadful person. | |||||||||

| Hello, basicly I applied for a loan about a month ago and I was told that if the loan is accepted then I will be feed the amount stated, however I was not eligible for the loan and as far as I was aware I would not be charged. But it seems the company charged me anyway! Please help as I am currently unemployed and a single parent, so the amount that was taken is quite alot to me and has left me short of money for the time being! I feel like I have been robbed!! I hope u can help me,as I have already contacted the company directly and explained this issue to them, they said they would email m a form to print sign and send back, this form has never reached my email address, I have tried to re contact them but always busy on the phone line and the email address provided on the website keeps bouncing back as delivery failed. thanks | |||||||||

| Have sent cash via Western Union to the above and they promised to send within 48 hrs I am still waiting. I paid the amount given then had an email staiting that that was incorrect and needed to send another 40$ which I (stupidly) done. Their latest reasoning is that they were lost, now found, but I have been asked to send another 40$ in order to have them now sent to me!!!!! There was no address or phone number, just an email address of Cvskplc@gmail.com There have been a few emails to and from but never the tracking code that was promised and never an address given when asked. I only ever ordered from them as their feed back seemed realy good but was that too scammed??? Do not know what to do now. | Seriously hacked off today! Ripped off by HALFRDS AUTOCENTRE! What ever next? I booked my 10yo BMW in for an expensive service & mot ahead of a 1700mile drive right across Europe. I asked 3 people before hand to take extra special attention as the car was new to me, I didn't know it very well & I had a 36-hour !!! continuous drive at 90mph to go through & any weaknesses with the oil, would trash the engine. All 3 assured me they would check. Then I picked the car up & went to meet the servicing mechanic. I looked him in the eyes & asked him how the car was, 'is thee anything at all, however small or insignificant I should know about?'. 'No sir, the car is perfect, your are good to go on your trip'. I guess he wasn't banking on someone with 24 years experience in the field to check him out. When I got home, I could see plain as day, the filter had not be disturbed & the oil was black as night. On calling the center, I called their bluff by asking what brand of filter they used. When they told me, MANN, I asked why my car still had a different filter on it. At which point, they rolled over & admitted they had done nothing AT ALL to the car other than charged me for a service! | |||||||||
