| i used a company called ucaim4me to claim back my missold ppi finally after nearly 3 years the FSCS ruled in my favour and issued a cheque to uclaim for me (Patshull Owen Assoiates) but i am only now, after many phone calls and none back apart from when really pushed i am being told i have to wait over a month for MY money to be paid out which given the amount of time i have already waited this is not right as they will gain interest and i can not find in my original terms and conditions that this is the case overall not happy and just want my money as they have aready taken their 33.33% bet they do not wat a month to take their payment from MY money i have made many calls today to get my money issued to me and i have had lots of different answers to the same question i am no furter forward i do not want and am not prepared to wait another month for my own money HELP!!!!!!!! | |||||||||

| I don't know why I have been charged this as I haven't even taken out a loan I just applied for one they never said I would be charged but they have charged me anyway I am a single parent earning a part time wage and I can't afford that sort of money gettin taken from my account for no reason | |||||||||

| i had a pram on gumtree which this person replied to asking me to send it to thornton heath but she was dealing with the shipping and stuff i got an email from paypal saying basically that i had to send money for shipping as she had payed in to much to my account ,i hadnt used my paypal for a while as it had been limited i think it was someone trying to hack my account they said so anyway not thinking anything of it as paypal was supposed to be the safest way to do this kinda thing i went ahead and sent the cash needless to say that was the last i heard from her !! but it has taught me to be more cautious when selling never mind buying items | |||||||||

| My car broke down and had to call AA to take my car to nearest garage. The AA guy who assisted my car told me that your car alternator is not working and may need replacement. My car is Mercedes benz 240 CLK 2003 registration. As it was weekend holiday and the garage was closing, i had to leave my car. They said someone is going to phone you before the change of parts. They did call and quoted me £495 which included a new alternator and labour. They never gave me a breakdown of of the cost of alternator. As i was desperate to get my car back for use and car will not start unless alternator is replaced (as told to me by them) - i had no other option but to go ahead. When i saw my receipt on collection of the car, the receipt did not have any breakdown of costs of new alternator used / which company alternator they have used and the price of labour etc.. When i questioned; the chap at the reception refused to give me the breakdown and said this is a billion pounds company and telling me they never give the details of price. I have subsequently looked into the price and the type of Bosch alternator they apprantly used - and the price is around £120 to £130 maximum. Cant believe that the labour costs is around £350.. total ripp off, i phoned them to complain but no one has called me back ! i want my money back | |||||||||

Hi was browsing through loans and went onto my online bank statement a few days later to find a transaction from smile finance.co.uk for the amount of £26.34, a company which I have never heard of before and I did not authorise for this transaction to happen at all. I have tried contacting them but with no reply, this should not be allowed to happen as i am a mum of two and they took the last of my funds out of my bank account which I was desperately needing. | I have a per paid gas meter with Southern Electric. I had �£2 on meter on 26/03/2013. I went and bought �£20 of electric. I went to put the card in the meter with my credit. The screen went blank. I phoned SE. I must have been waiting for about 15 min to speak to someone. I was told that would send someone out within 4 hours. This waS A very very cold day. I was worried becaues the gas waS going to go at anytime. I am 74 years of age. I need gas for heating,cooking also hot water. Anyway the man came within two hours. He said I needed a new meter. He went and got the new meter. He then told me I need a new card. The old one would not work on the new meter. I got back to SE. I was told they would send out a new card. I should recieve it the next day. The new card arrived on the 28/03/2013. I was told to incert the card in the meter to register the card. I put the card in. It would not work I got a message saying card not accepted. I phoned SE and waited another 12 min to speak to someone. They said they would send someone out to fix it. A man came out. He said he would have to reset the meter but the card I had would not work in the meter after he fixed it. I got back to SE. They said they would put 310 credit on meter. I was told they would send out a card. The next day was good Friday so no post. I thought it would surly arrive by Saturday. The card never arrived. Today is Tuesday and it has not arrived. I had my family staying with me over the bank holiday. They dont live in England. I only see them once a year. We had to eat out It was to cold to stay in. I have never been through a worst time with worry about no food, heating or hot water. At 74 years of age I should not have gone through anything like this | |||||||||

| I WAS CONTACTED BY RIGHT FINANCIAL ON 17/03/2013 AND THEY SAID IT WAS ABOUT MY CLAIM OF 1500. SO THEN THEY SAID I WAS GOING TO BE CONTACTED LATER AND NO MONEY WILL BE TAKEN OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT UNTILL THE APLICATION IS COMPLETE AND WHEN I RECIEVE THE LOAN. LATER THE NEXT DAY I SEE THAT £69.95 HAS BEEN TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. THEN AFTER WEEK ON 29/03/2013 I WAS CONTACTED AND THEY CONGRAGULATED ME AND SIAD THAT THEY APPROVED ME. HE THEN SAID THAT HE HAS TO DO A VALIDATION CHECK TO SEE IF I AM ABLE TO REPAY £100 POUNDS A MONTH.SO HE SAID I HAVE TO BUY A UKASH VOUCHER AND KEEP IT WITH ME BUT HE ASKED FOR ONLY THE LAST 9 DIGITS OF THE VOUCHER AND TOLD ME I WILL BE CONTACTED AFTER ONE HOUR WHEN THE MONEY IS IN MY ACCOUNT. SO TODAY I DECIDED TO CHECK IF THE VOUCHER IS VALID CAUSE I GOT SUSPECIOUS AND I CALLED UKASH COSTUMER SERVICE AND ITS BEEN SAID THAT THE VOUCHER IS USED. I WILL CONTACT THE POLICE AND THEY WILL NOT GET AWAY WITH THIS!!!!I WANT MY REFUND FOR MY £69.95 AND MY £100. DONT LET THEM GET AWAY!! | |||||||||

Hello My name is Ian Griffin. I want to tell you a true story about Miles Grady From: School lane, Marton, Macclesfield/Wilmslow, Cheshire who I employed to run my company (Harrington Brooks/All Clear finance) some years ago. And most importantly what sort of a person he is, just in case you ever find yourself having to trust him. He currently runs; PayMatters Umbrella Company PayMatters PSC Accountant PayMatters CIS Barons Court Manchester Road Wilmslow Cheshire England SK9 1BQ Short name - Miles Grady Director ID : 915611724 Year of Birth: 1967 Last know private address : School house farm School house lane morton SK I set up/founded Griffin finance which I later changed to Harrington Brooks/All clear finance a few months later due to making Miles Grady a partner as he threatened to leave after he decided he could set up himself leaving me in the lurch as I would not be able to manage all my other business at the same time. So I gave Miles 33.3 percent, including making him managing Director as he was obsessed with looking like the boss, hence the company name change from Griffin Finance to Harrington Brooks/All clear finance. So I couldn't do much more to make him happy. Considering when I took Miles on he was working in manchester at a firm of accountants earning around 30k per year and living in a tiny bed sit flat and couldn't a car, compared to the 50k plus car... I gave him on top of the 33.3 percent profit share.On top of the fact he was my neighbour and a close friend I really didn't think for a second he would turn out to be the most hurtful and dishonest person in my life to date. In simple terms Miles Grady went about deceiving me over the coming years, from the christmas party to the company accounts he lied as much as he ate. His plot was to make sure I didn't speak to any of the key sales staff which would of put an end to his deception very quickly! One particular day Miles Called me and said (and I quote) "I can raise some money if you would like to sell your shares to finish off your building project in the USA" Miles knew I was looking to raise a couple of million to finish of a building project in the USA and more than my return from Harrington Brooks/All clear Finance. Or at least what I was told the company was making. What was really happening, a 3rd party had offered around £15,000,000++ and many more companies which I had never even heard of untill I saw the press. Used to defer profits from the main company. Miles Grady had been in talks with these people behind my back, not even a shareholders meeting was held which is fraud as well as civil damages... So based on his word of " I just want to keep it small as my little baby, I dont wont to make it a household name like you Ian, I can't deal with the pressure you can. I even sought advice from Paul Nicholson (accountant) whom is a partner of my very good friend who owns Baines & Ernst. He said " it's all a bit sudden, but if there was something going on it would be fraud and he would go to prison, so I doubt he would risk that as he has such a good deal anyway. Ask him to sign an embarrassment clause which will cover you even more if he is up to anything like that" I asked miles and he swore on his familes life he would never do such a thing. I felt guilty accusing him of such a thing so I didn't push it. I accepted the £1,350,000 share buy out but only based on the accounts he provided. A few weeks later the company that I spent so much time and effort, not to mention the financial risk was in the newspaper, it had been sold for around £15,000,000++ including many other companies... Miles Grady had been planning this for a very long time.I have never since spoke to Miles Grady as he would not take my calls then moved... I am now suing miles for the full amount plus damages. I am also making a fraud complaint to the cheshire police, which is an extremely serious criminal charge which carries a long prison sentence! How can you steel from a friend who did nothing but help you, giving you everything you have today. If a person can steel from a friend he can certainly steel from someone he does not know! | Joe Brady undertook a building project at my property on 11th Feb 2013. He quoted 10k to build a games room in my garden. He was recommended to me by a family member who had used him and by another family member who knew him personally. As he was just starting his building company (he is a carpenter by trade), we agreed to stage payments so that he could pay labourers and material costs. On 11th March he advised that he was overbudget and needed more cash. We had already given him 8k and he had only built the shell with no roof or floor and a window we had supplied; he had not finished the soak away or pipe work for a sink. We told him we had no extra cash as we had confirmed on numerous occasions before taking the quote that there would be no extra costs. He advised us he would be leaving the site if we didnt give him a further 1.5k. I advised him that if he did, he could not leave us with holes all over our garden and the damage he had made to my interior doors by bring a digger through the house. He agreed to return the following day after having a change of heart and put on the roof joists. I haven't seen him since and he has left my front door not closing properly, a load bearing door frame in a terrible state, holes all over the garden, cracked paths in the front garden, broken fences and the shell of a games room with no roof or floor. We have tried to contact him on numerous occasions and he has disconnected his mobile telephone, blocked our emails and refused to sign for our letters | |||||||||

| The same thing happened to me as with Money warehouse other company they Smile Finance they dipped Into my account and stripped £27.00 out off It without my consent after looking for payday loans . It seems some company sells peoples bank details on to these 2 compnies who trade out off Metropolitan House Station Road Cheadle Cheshire SK8 7AZ . I have In the past week reported Smile Finance to this website as I have sent 6 Emails And wrote to there other company asking them for a refund without success PLEASE NOTE CANCEL YOUR BANK CARDS ASAP AS THEY HAVE TOOK AROUND £60 BETWEEN THEM OUT OFF MY BANK . They don't want people contacting them as they don't provide a phone number they want you to Email Or write In without 14 Days and ask for a refund which never gets paid back after .
