Money Back »21.3.1328/03/20130
I was looking for a short term loan and when this company tried to take the payment the first time it was declined due to lack of funds. I thought that this was the end of it and certainly didn't expect the payment to be taken almost a week later. I can't find anywhere that it says that the transaction will be attempted again if it failed the first time. I am in receipt of E S A and I can't afford this loss. The whole reason that I was looking for a short term loan was because I needed money not because I wanted to spend it needlessly. I really need to get this money back but I don't know how to go about it. Merrywood Loans seem to have an answer for everything.

Fraudulent Calls from T-Mobile »October 201227/03/20130
I am a T-mobile customer and has been for over 10 years. I recently got a call from a lady called Rebecca in November 2012 who claimed she was from T-mobile. She had all my details and information of my account therefore there was no reason for me to doubt that it was not T-Mobile, she informed me that I am due for an upgrade for both my contracts that I have with T-Moible and she can offer me an "exclusive deal" which involves getting 2 Samsung Galaxy Ace2. During the conversation I informed Rebecca that I am currently receiving a loyalty discount on my previous contract and if I can keep that then I will agree for the upgrade, she affirmed everything will stay the same.

Three months after I checked my bill and noticed that I have lost the loyalty discount and paying more on my bill. I have been misled and misold a product that I would have taken if the T-Mobile dealer was honest about her limitations in this matter. She has breached a very important customer rights and has used my personal details to mislead me to believe she was from T-Mobile rather than just a dealer of T-Mobile with no power to do anything except offer phones to customers.

In order to clarify my bill I rang T-mobile on 29.01.13 spoke customer advisor Mathew938 and she informed me in her own words “we are aware this has been happening and a lot customers have been victim of this by dealers” please check the phone conversation as I am sure it is recorded to verify this as I am telling the truth. She suggested that she is aware this was happening and that it was not T-Mobile who rang me but one of their dealers. She informed me that she will be looking into this and will email me the same day to let me know the outcome but I was never contacted at all. I rang the dealer on the number they provided me 01267226767 and was informed that they cannot do anything on their end and will need to contact T-Mobile as they have done what they have been instructed to do by T-Mobile.

I rang T-Mobile on 31.01.13 and spoke to a customer advisor who refused to give me his details. He was very unhelpful and very dismissive. He said that it was between and the dealer when I clearly stated that the fact that the dealer told me that T-Mobile is responsible. Again he said that someone will get back to me but this never happened.

I again have spoken to Gerry732 on 06.02.13 who took note of the conversation and said she was going to write something on my memo and send me a text to acknowledge the complaint but this was not done.

Frustrated with the lack of response on 06.02.13 and I rang again on the 06.02.13 to speak to Gina605 who was unable to tell me when I will receive the text and refuse to pass the details to her Team Leader so that I can further state my case as I was not getting anywhere with the customer advisors who I felt were avoiding the situation. She informed me that the Team Leader will ring me within 24hrs and refused to give the name of the Team Leader who was ringing me.

I am very disappointed in the way T-Mobile is treating a loyal customer like me and also unhappy that you have passed on my personal details to a dealer without my consent which ended in my old contract to be corrupted. Nobody is willing to take responsibility for this but someone will have to deal with as I am a loyal customer who deserves that respect.

I would appreciate that this case is formally investigated immediately and an operation manager to contact me by email or in writing, I will not accept phone calls as I find them very unhelpful and will not answer anything over the phone to T-Mobile until this matter is resolve. If I do not get an acknowledgement within 24hrs then I will be taking this case further to be investigated by the Ofcom. I have the right to inform your followers on Twitter and Facebook about this Scam and will be writing on these sites as well so that others are vigilant to what is happening.

I have so far formally complain on two occasions and T-Mobile refuse to accept any responsibility. The Head Office was written to directly but never even attempted to respond instead the customer service manager both different names keep writing to sustain that the deal was done by third party cold caller and not T-Mobile, so how come they process a transaction from a cold caller without contacting the customer.

I am very unhappy and waiting for my contract to end so that I can move to another service provider. I am fed up with this constant rip off by phone companies, T-Mobile should be blacklisted for fraudulent transaction and passing personal details of their customer to third party.

Frauds »07th March 201327/03/20130
I recently won a vehicle through an auction by Salvagesparefinder. I was asked for a deposit of £312.00 which I paid as guarantee for the bid and this would be refunded once the transaction was completed.

I was called by Dave Smith to inform me that I have won the vehicle and to pay for full amount. After this I had to phone him several times to find out when I could collect my car and in the end he forwarded me an email to contact the compound to arrange for the vehicle to delivered. To top it all Dave rang me on the day to ask for my bank details again, the reason for this was for verification purposes. I later checked my account another amount of £312.00 (deposit) was taken again.

I emailed him to requested that both amounts be credited to my account but did not get any response. I have been phoning and I get the same answer every time, " the money will be in your account tonight" or " I am at an auction, I will email you". I have emailed him specifically about this issue and even threaten legal advice but without success. I have been ringing but cannot get through to anyone.

I am frustrated and I need advice from someone who had similar experience and has been successful in making a claim. We are honest and hardworking citizens we should not be duped by uncanny characters such as this Dave Smith or others similar to him. I am lucky I kept ringing to get my car or else I might have got nothing at all and lose more money.

Undelivered goods »11 Feb 201327/03/20130
Kitchen was to be delivered on 11th Feb and I took the day off work. Phoned at about 10:30 to say the van had broken down but would be there in about 2 hrs. Eventually arrived at 5pm in the dark.
The fitter arrived the following day only to find some items missing. He said he would tell the company and I would have them before the end of the week. It is now 27th March 6 weeks later and I am still waiting to finish my kitchen. I have rung several times only to speak to a sales person who, when they realise it is not a sales call connect me to a line that never gets answered.
The guarentee 100% satisfaction and that they answer calls up until 8pm THEY DONT I would not deal with them again. Beware!!

Hi after looking looking on the Internet for payday loans I noticed that £26.24 had been taken out off my account without my knowledge or permission . I have Emailed them 4 times without and luck In receiving the £26.24 refunded back Into my account . I have noticed other people have been ripped off In this way after doing some research on The Internet.

The company has not got a Phone number to ring on there web page which seems rather strange making me & other people think they are only In this to Con us

4 Months No Refund »13/11/201227/03/20130
Hello I made a complaint to this company on 13/11/2012 as after 16 months of having my details the had paid £2.00 off my £1200 Natwest Loan and about £200 off my Orange Bill. They had told me not to have contact with my creditors in this time until I got fed up of the lack of progress I contacted Natwest myself and proved my that my loan was forcible by asking for my own documents which I received within a week. My credit rating has been destroyed because of this I achieved in one week what they failed to do in 16 months! I have now set up my own payments to my creditors and I am fighting them for my money back minus their 8% fees of course, they have tried to refund offer me £330 of my £1300 I have paid! which I have refused I was never told how many fees would be applied for them doing barely nothing! 8% was what I signed up to this is pure robbery and taking advantage of people in dept! I have complained to the Ombudsman but they still have not refunded me in these 8 weeks. I need to clear my dept once and for all please help! I have read various forums including this one they cant get away with it anymore! I am not paying them £1000 for paying £200 off my depts!

CANCELLED AND CLAIMED »18 March 201327/03/20130
On 18 March 2013 a consultant from this loan company called to say i had been approved to borrow £2500.00.
I was hesitant as I hadn't been looking for that much money but I heard him out.
He insisted I wait and electronically sign a form while he was on line. - all was fine.
Not even an hour later someone else with exactly the same script called with an offer of £500.00
I was immediately suspect.
I called the company and told them - and asked them where the application pack was.
I completed the application but every time i pressed complete the whole screen froze.
I then scrutinised the form to see what I had done wrong..... then I saw that loans are only given to employed people. I called the customer service again and told her I had tried to fill in the form but it wouldn't complete and then I had seen the employment clause. I asked to cancel it all and that was that. I heard nothing more. I did send emails to the company but they came back as they are not on a manned email address.
Today I saw the money is taken out of my bank account. It is the last money I have until Monday next week.
I called and told the cs that i am going to take this matter up if they do not immediately refund that money. (there is a 14 day cancellation, and 3 days for a full refund).
She said they will send a form by email today and I must sign and return it and they will refund the money.
I am suspect about this too, as I have read other complainants messages....something i vow to do first in future.

I will keep in touch but I am also going to advise the bank of this scam.

Thank You.
Julie

I feel I've left it to late to resolve my complaint but in view of the volume of e mails I've recieved from people who read my negative feedback on e bay and are so distraught at the shoddy workmanship of their dolls and Emma Fields couldn't care less attitude when they try to resolve things, I feel I need to add my voice to this to forewarn others.
The doll I recieved was more than twice the ordered weight (not suitable for a 4yr old) the outfit I paid for was 2nd hand and bobbled through wear (not what you would put on a doll costing hundreds of pounds) the dolls hair was so disgusting and it has proved impossible to put right even via proffesional hair stylists, that it is now permanently covered with a hat.
When I tried to contact Emma Field, I was told she had done me a favour getting the doll to me before Xmas. NOT TRUE I paid extra for pre xmas delivery. She said the outfit was expensive, maybe so when it was new, this was not, it was stocked in a well known baby shop many years ago. She said the hair was messed up in transit - not true the poor standards of material used and bad workmanship is irreversible.
The doll was put together with cable ties, I dismantled it and removed over 2lbs of a sand like substance. I bought a new outfit in pink & white frills as I requested when I ordered & her hair is now permanently covered with a hat.
Her communication throughout the transaction was appalling and she failed to respond to my last e mail at all.
I have recieved so many e mails with such sad stories of bitterly dissapointed children, I want to do my bit to prevent it happening to anyone else.

Scammed »3rd March 201327/03/20130
On 3rd March i Googled how to book your driving test and first site,at the top of the list was Book Your Driving Test Online. The site offered a good incentive of free resists if you fail as long as you keep your fail sheet and the fail isn't because of a major error. Proceeded to book and was sent an email saying I would receive a confirmation of the time date, location of examination on 26th March 2013. When no email was received I became suspicious and went on scam advisor where I found reviews saying that it was a scam site you cannot ring them they do not reply to emails and you never get a test date. They took payment straight away on 3rd March 2013, and now my sons money he had to save for his test has been lost
