| I was filling in a survey online, which I didn't even complete, when a clicked on a promotion offer to receive a toothbrush for �£1. A few weeks later �£45 was taken out of my account. When I called the people to find out why they told me I signed up for their service which would cost me �£45 a month and I would not be given a refund even though I'd requested one. The service they provide is based on collecting points (I visited their website to find this out) and is a complete rip off. No one in their right mind would use this service and pay �£45 for the privilege. | |||||||||

| i was called by phone and asked if i eanted a loan they saidall the details would be sentin the post they took my details mumbled a few words and ut the hone dowb i hadno text or emaili didnt know who they was i went into my bank and they told me where my money had gone i have twi young children and its not acceptable | |||||||||

Basically i Signed up for a Loan with Right Financial,I was Told that i Will get my Loan before I am being charged the 69.99 Then i wrote to them several emails 5 to be correct I Wanted to make sure that it is how i was told.Then i got a phone call from one of the workers i spoke to her on the phone and i said to her NOT TO TAKE ANY MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT! I even told her that i know that conversation is being recorded and i told her several times not to take money from my account. On 15 of march i had to pay off other loan that i had I had money in my account to pay it off BUT then right Financial took the 69.99 from my account AND i COULD NOT PAY MY old loan back so NOW i am in debt, Right financial Hasn't Bothered to contact me, I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY LOAN TROUGH THEM,SO NOW I AM IN DEBT,I HAVE LOST MONEY THEY TOOK, AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED LOAN I SIGNED UP IN THE FIRST PLACE WHY THE MONEY WAS TAKEN FOR. IF THERE IS SOMEBODY THAT CAN HELP PLEASE HELP ME BECAUSE I REALLY NEED SOMEONES HELP, THEY KEEP IGNORING ALL MY EMAILS THEY DO NOT CALL ME BACK I AM BEING RIPPED OFF, AND THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO.. | |||||||||

| i am completley distraught i have no idea who this company is or how they have my details i am a single women with 3 children my husband has recently left us and also left all bills morgage everthing he hasnt paid in months i have had to install pre payment meters for electric and gas and now have no money to put in them i have no idea of what to do also the people who actually gave me my loan which was not my loan will still need to be paid and i have no idea of how i will do that please some 1 help me | |||||||||

| Hello I was checking my bank account and I notice merlons had WITH OUT Permission took £39.99 from my account I had made an inquiry about loans and they ask for my detail but they did say on their site no money will be taken from this account all information is to provide a better service.. I didn't take any loans out and didn't complete any other forms link to this site... | |||||||||

| Made a big mistake because I actually thought they would charge me £25 only to receive £23.38 so thought company would make £1.62 profit on transaction...however it's other way round which clearly dosen't make sense...wish I read it properly. Anyway £23.38 is now out of my account but no promise delivered for the voucher code and by the way the first indication you'll get is when they state that the order is in process is that you'll receive it in your junk email...that's when you realise you're on your way of being scammed.....any help much appreciated....thank-you | |||||||||

| I got a man called Alan Johnston from drumquin rd castlederg co.tyrone to repair engine on my yamaha125 TW.he told me he had fixed valve in it and that total cost would be £360.this was for parts and labour and vat he said.but he couldn't produce me with an invoice for work or lack of work done.within one week of having motorbike bk it broke down again.ive been totally let down by a rip of mechanic.i want him to pay and to be named and shamed. | |||||||||

| MY HUSBAND BROKE DOWN ON THE M25 AND WAS UNABLE TO GET TO THE VENUE IN DARTFORD. I TELEPHONED SEVERAL TELEPHONE NUMBERS AND EVENTUALLY HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. I SAID, HE HAD BROKEN DOWN, WAS OUT OF OUR HANDS, NOBODY COULD PREDICT IT. HE GAVE ME THE NUMBERS OF THE ABOVE AS APPARENTLY THE MESSAGE WAS FROM THEM. I SAID, IT WAS MEAN AND UNPROFESSIONAL, AND THAT I WILL NOT BE BOOKING AN EXPERIENCE WITH THEM AGAIN AND WOULD ADVISE MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO DO THE SAME. | After paying This company £2040 for website and online SEO webhosting and other associated products found my website on page 3 of google after 3 months. Contacted them to move SEO and running of site to another company after which a lot of aggravation and phone calls for two weeks finally got control and the new company within 3 weeks I was on page 1 in the top 3. so all they had done was host site until now. Then on the 15/03/2013 my site was suddenly shut down by smart local media with a banner saying Suspended pending and a phone number, contacted them and they said the wanted £199 to give me the site otherwise the would not let it go to me which after paying them over £2000 was tantermount to Black mail. I had no choice but to pay and then after two weeks the finally transferred site and IPS tags which left me without a site for two weeks and loss of business for that period of time and a charge of £199 for release of my site. This company are a dirty tricks company and would not refer them to anyone. | |||||||||

Spoke to a lady who was promising a good career, lots of work opportunities etc. What I needed to do was to pay £130 for a contract with tgem and upload some photos for my portfolio. Apart of a scam e-mails I have never heard from them since. I did apply for some work but never got accepted. | |||||||||

| I looked on site site and was so keen on how escort works. Within hours a gentleman called John from the agency called me and explained ow it works. He made a profile for me and went on to tell me that there was a client already waiting for me. He pressured me to pay the joining fee of £290. I paid the money and as soon as I paid John disappeared. I started calling the agency for work as was promised but they kept saying someone will call you back. I have been calling and sending email since then without any responses. Til today I have not heard from them. They have even changed some of their numbers | |||||||||

| i contacted this company as they were advertising online some really smart looking cheap fitted kitchens, an alleged designer called at my home and set out a graph sheet of the planned units i was going to order,he managed to cock -up even this simple task, as i found out on the 4th of march when the company delivered my kitchen,there were parts missing ,wrong parts, wrong colour of end panels, screws missing, even some wall units which would not assemble correctly,a 600mm drawer unit was in fact just a 600mm base unit,with no indications as to where the drawer runners were to be attatched to,this and a few other parts were eventually replaced, i am still waiting for a length of cornice & a handle along with the plastic hinge covers, more annoying than anything else is when i was waiting to speak to someone at customer services ,i began to browse through their website & noticed they were clearly advertising a totally free delivery service!! i was quoted £150.00 by their designer for this delivery, when i pointed this out to customer services i was hit with a wall of bullshit & denial, stating that any arrangement was made between & the designer who called at my home, on looking at the receipt & the plan left by the alleged designer i noticed that the £100.00 deposit i had paid him was marked under design charge,this is also advertised clearly on their website as a totall free service, i know i have been ripped off to the tune of at minimum £150.00, and also a poorly made kitchen,i really dont know how long that may last,i fully intend to pursue these people and will on monday of next week contact my local trading standards people, nobody likes to be lied to & conned. | |||||||||
