| This morning I received letters from iqor stating that I owe £130 to ebay buyer protection. I know that I do not owe this as my ebay account have been closed for a long time now and also the address on the letters isn't my address but is in my name . I have contacted them and they are still demanding that I pay the debt even though I don't owe it . | |||||||||

| Right guys! I have some very good information. I have been affected by fraud which I called the police and they gave me a Internet fraud number which is 03001232040! Give them a call they will do a claim over the phone then the information is passed on to the fraud police! Very helpful people and make you feel great afterwards. CALL THEM let's get these people known around the UK. | |||||||||

| I have just found out that I have been debited by Merlin Loans for £39.95 and as far as I am concerned, they were not given my bank details by myself so how the hell have they got my details. I have been looking for a loan but have not had any communication with these people. I fully intend to take these robbers to court if need be and I shall retrieve my money by hook or by crook. These people think they can just take what they like , whenever they like . I have a phone number, 01614479177 and then they pass you on to 01618501933 but you try getting someone to answer, they obviously know what you are ringing about so don`t answer. | I went on line to my loan.co.uk for a payday loan i then decided not to so i canelled my details i put in. when i got paid from my job the company my loan had taken £70 from my account without my permission. i then phoned them and they told me it would take 30 days for them to refund my money! they are very quick to take it but not to quick to give it back ! its now 30 days and still no refund so i had to call them again and was told the refund was going in to my bank account today but would take 1 - 5 days to clear ! what a joke so my advice would be NEVER to use them as i was thinking of taking legal advice. | |||||||||

| i had enquired on line about loans and smile finance was one of the companys that came up i didnt make an agreement for a loan from them or agree to any charges but the money came out of my bank surly this is illegal i want a refund and an explanation as to how they think they can take money without consent | |||||||||

| I'm so upset with a company that called themselves "direct finance" a man called MR BAKER called me from 020 3289 5857, offering me a loan of 2000. He said that I had been accepted but needed to pay a 100pound insurance fee, I refused to pay 100pound, he then called back and said he had spoken with his manager an if I paid them 50pound I can then pay the rest once my loan was in my bank account. He gave me the details to pay the money into, the sort code is 309672 account number 23787468. The account belonged to a MR WILLIAMS. I was then told if I pay by UKASH the money would be in my account within 2 hours. The company are now asking for a further 50pound to transfer the money which I refuse to pay. I'm extremely upset as I lent the 50pound of a family member, thinking I would beable to pay them back within a few hours, Can somebody please please help me get this money back and find out who these horrible people are so it dosnt happen to any body else. | I don't know how but this company ended up with all of my bank details and took the money out. I've tried getting in contact with them but they've got no phone numbers on their website. The company taking this amount also made my direct debit fail to pay off my phone bill and I still have no money in my account now. It would be greatly appreciated if you could help me. | |||||||||

| I enquiried about a Loan through the company just to see what the interest prices were etc and the company ended up taking £39.99 out of my account without my say so. I've called them and they said to write to them so I did but I've still not received my refund. When they took the money out my account they made my direct debits that were already setup fail which caused me a £20 charge from my bank. | |||||||||

I was inquiring about a payday loan on the 11/03/2013 with smile finance. I had been refused the Loan. Then on the 20/03/2013 i went to collect my money as I normally do on a Wednesday. It was then I realised there had been money taken out of my account to the sum of £26.34. I then went in to the bank to see what company this direct debit had been taken out from it was there they told me it was smile finance. I find this an absolutely disgraceful as it did not state at any point in filling out my details that there was going to be a payment taken from my account!! i look forward to hearing from you. kind regards Allan M Douglas | |||||||||

hi my name is Miesie Panzu. The company named Merlin Loans took £39.95 from my bank account without my permission. | I tried applying for an loan through Enhance finance, i gave all my bank details in but however did not want to go through with the loan after all. Then i went to my bank yesterday and got informed that i had been charged a £69.99 handling fee through a company called MYLOAN.COM which i did not authorise to be taking out, i am absolutely furious with the fact of this happening to me, i did not want this loan to proceed and i have to young children to look after and now I have had this money taking away from me with out my consent, how can I get this money back? | |||||||||

| This company rang me up asking questions about my gas and electric suppliers I said that I wasnt interested in changing. Minutes late this company took £79.99 out of my bank account which was my 2 weeks worth of income support to look after my two children. I was looking at applying for a loan on the internet but never signed up or agreed to anything as wasnt sure. | |||||||||
