David Madeley: Today, I received my Ipod nano from China. There were additional items sent i.e. Mains charger and Ipod cover.
Samuel Bancroft: Loanfinder (CreditXtra) compliance officer James Hicks (email@example.com) is the gentleman you need to speak to if you have problems with either payment taken (the initial or the monthly amount). Within 24 hours of emailing James I had received a full refund (not minus the £5 which they are entitled to keep either :-). Although I believe the service they provide is a little unclear and somewhat clandestine, this man wokring for them is a star. I would strongly suggest to all who have a similar experience with loandfiner(creditxtra) to skip all the usual channels and go straight to James Hicks as he knows what he is talking about, is courteous and extremely helpful.

I have received a full refund today by BAC s into my account !! very happy , Steve who is another manager at the loan-centre .net contacted me after receiving ALL my E-Mails Monday morning , which of course left him in no doubt I was asking for a refunded.So A big Thank you to Danila who works for Natwest in Scotland , she was great and gave me all the information I needed to contact Steve or Tom at the loan-centre.Thank you to Steve for not messing me about and giving me a refund straight away , great turn out for me and my pocket , happy and going shopping Saturday with my Daughter !!

Connie: Keep on calling them, I couldn't understand the rep since she couldn"t speak any ENGLISH!!!! But I finally said the letters BBB, and she took care of me real quick. Also someone said that we need to call the number on the back of the credit card and tell them we didn't authorize this amt.

mary gapinski: My Bank issued chargebacks on Everbright Smiles and Clean Whites and i have been reinbursed for the ridiculous charges from both Companies. If anyone has problems with these Companies - aske your bank to issue Chargebacks and good luck - they are complete scammers!!
Marjorie McElroy: Nine hours after I had posted my complaint, I received a call from Erin Fisher from Vibrant Health Solutions. They decided to refund most of my money. I think that it was only fair that I pay for the bottle of Pure Cleanse that I tried. I checked my account this morning and a credit has been issued to my credit card. Thank you so much for helping me to resolve my claim. Score one for the little guy!

Instead of 2-3 weeks that it should have taken, it took 7.
But most important, it got here. After reading several complaints about this company I got afraid that it could be a phantom one. I am relieved to see that it is not.
jeremy: Thank you very much for all your help. It took 2 months to get them to respond, but after your assistance, they decided to refund me the money. It's funny how it takes threatening legal action to get them to do the right thing. Next time I'll cunt on you guys! I now know that if I ever have any problems like this, you will be the first one I turn to. Again, many thanks!!
M.Briggs: Trading Planet have given me a full refund (subject to currency exchange!). In total I sent 2 emails, strongly worded and advised all of the Gov websites and Police I had reported them too. I threatened MP action, which I was more than happy to take in my second email. And what do you know, email from them the next day advising they had reviewed my refund request! Keep pestering, register your issues here and on Trading Standards websites, with your MP and keep emailing them. See my claim post last week for their email address and use it! Keep emailing them daily. It worked for me, but I have to admit I would never have given up had they not revised their decision. Good luck to all in the same situation :)
