This company are not just FRAUDSTERS but they keep you waiting days on end for that telephone call that once you receive you have to them telephone City Financial to check that it is the correct lender. However, the baffling part is they don't know which lender will contact you themselves. I am totally ashamed I naively trusted them blindly. In addition I would like a refund of the countless telephone calls made to their customer services number 0161 406 5914. The real sting to this is how ruthless this company is - because during my initial phone call the customer services adviser listened to my family's hardship(husband MIA) after 6 years. He listened to how difficult it has been and still continues to be physically, mentally and emotionally for our two sons(who do not know whether their dad is dead or alive). We have been/still are living in limbo. I was nearly in tears whilst i spoke to this customer services person. Yet dispite the above they still misleadingly took £75.00 off me. Totally heartless and corrupt company who did not flinch one bit in taking money from a veteran's widow. You know the same soldiers that risk their lives to protect scroundles like these people. Basically they have put up ' TWO FINGERS' to our troops.

I took my wife to Opus Restaurant in Birmingham for a special meal which cost us £200. The service was appalling, after taking our order our waitress was nowhere to be seen for the evening, not once did she come over to the table to ask if everything was alright, if the food was fine or did we need anything. I complained about the service to the manager at the end of the evening who was totally unsympathetic and did not apologise other than to offer us a free drink as we were leaving!. The food itself was no better than average and overall I feel we got absolutely no value for money. As regular restaurant users I would rate the service as 1 out of 10 and the food as 4 out of 10.
