Claim title: vivaro van repair

[28/10/2009] mo: Pentagon seem to charge a ridiculous amount for the time they actually spent on the car.

For all the money they require for services and repairs, you'd think they'd at least spend soem quality time looking at your vehicle in detail.

I paid £130 + £25 for a service. I passed my car three time on the way to work. It must have been in the garage for no more than 10-15 minutes. The mechanics should be rich I unfortunately, it's Vauxhall and Pentagon who keep the cash.

They've even changed the free coffee machine to one which now costs 50p! They must be doing badly at the moment.
